| カスタマーレビュー: Great for Baking (2009-01-06) My wife has been using Silpat and Matfer silicone baking mats for years. Both are made in France and seem to perform equally well. Recommend both highly and would opt for whichever is cheapest at the moment.
The best ever... (2009-01-06) This is the best invention ever... No more parchment paper. The cookies I baked turned out wonderful. It is so easy to use and clean and you simply store it with your cookie pan. I meanwhile bought a 2nd one. Great product, which I definitely recommend.

Best cooking mat that I own. (2008-12-21) I have used other cooking mats in the past (the ones that are supposed to make all your pans like teflon) and this hands down is far superior. I just received them last week and made cheese sausage balls on them. They browned up beautifully and all I had to do was wipe them off with a paper towel. I also bought one for my two adult sons as they do a lot of baking and heating up of chicken tenders etc. Since nobody like the clean up part of cooking these would make a great gift for anyone.
