IPhone 3G used's review (I own two of this series, do not hesitate) 『I own this DVD, I have another, they are both top notch. They are well produced, have great visual and audio quality. I would not hesitate to buy any of these, of artists that interest me.』
(Fine BB) 『Lucille and BB were in fine form for this video. We really enjoyed listening and watching him play. And as typical of recent years, he lets others shine out while taking a step back. Worth having in the collection.』
(80 years young and still doing it) 『B.B. King still has it. Saw him in concert recently and the man had the audience on its feet.』
(Outstanding concert and DVD) 『This DVD does an excellent job of capturing the essence of the performances B.B. King puts on today. It's amazing the energy he continues to put into his music despite his age and infirmities. Ditto to the other reviews praising the production values. The DTS recording is superb. Great for fans, great to introduce newbies to the master.』
(Incredible clarity of sound and picture.) 『This is yet another great DVD I purchased at Amazon. This is BB King in concert taken from the BET network show BET on Jazz. This is a fairly recnt concert. BB sits while he performs now due to his age and weight I suppose. He still puts on a great show though. He has the whole band with him and a horn section. This DVD is encoded in the DTS format. If you haven't heard DVDs in DTS you don't know what your missing. It opens the sound up that much more and you hear greater separation and clarity. The sound quality on this DVD is just incredible. My hat's off to whomever recorded and mixed this concert. There's a few other BB DVDs out there and they are all good, but the sound on this one beats them. If you have a good sourround sound system (with DTS) and you play this DVD and close your eyes you would swear you were listening to BB live. It's that good. A great choice to add to your DVD collection.』 『The reigning king of the blues, B.B. King, rules supreme on BET on Jazz: The Jazz Channel. The legendary blues guitarist and his beloved "Lucille," let the good times roll in a live concert recorded at Black Entertainment Television Studio II in Washington, DC. This electrifyingJazz Centralperformance features the trademark guitar and vocal styles that have made B.B. King one of the most influential blues musicians of the 20th century. Songs: Two I Shoot Blues, Let the Good Times Roll, I'll Survive, Bad Case of Love, Peace of Mind, Caldonia, Blues Boys Tune, Early in the Morning, Just Like a Woman, I'm Gonna Move to the Outskirts of Town, The Thrill is Gone, I Know, Don't Go No Further (You Need Meat), Please Accept My Love, Making Love is Good for You. 65 minutes.』 『If you want an hour with the master, you need look no farther than this production of the Jazz Channel and BET. A live concert performance by the 75-year-old blues legend, this video shows the robust King at the height of his guitar and singing powers. Though it's a little sad to see him forced to sit in a chair to perform, that impression is quickly wiped away by his music. Whether wringing stinging solos from Lucille, his beloved guitar, or singing songs as varied as "The Thrill Is Gone" and "Making Love Is Good for You," King is like some blues-soaked Buddha, so lively that you forget he's sitting down. He acts out a whole lifetime of drama in the facial expressions of a single guitar solo; multiply that times an hour and you've got a King so animated that you expect him to hop up and start dancing.--Marshall Fine』

(Known Non-concert Concert!) 『This "Concert" was MEANT TO BE a low-budget lip-synching videolized images of Celine Dion aimed at the English-speaking North American market in order to introduce this new personality to the public in moving images. It was filmed very early in the 90's, during the time when she began to put out a lot of English language songs, composed specifically to be launched as hits. She was not a mega-star at the time, hence the amateurish production value. When you buy something like this, you just have to be sophisticated enough to realize that this is not a real concert, and just enjoy it for what it is. Yes, the title is a little misleading (ALL advertisements are truth-bending in some way, period!), but it did not say "LIVE concert"...For all we care, it was probably "taped before a live audience." Three-stars for low production value, otherwise, Celine is great as she was.』
(Nice Concert but its obviously made up of tracks.) 『My dad and I have many concert DVD's. This one is alright. The concert is obviously all on a track (except for one song.) I didnt like the way that most of the songs faded rather than ended like a REAL concert should have. Unless you'd like to see Celine live and not hear her live this DVD isn't for you..』
(One of the best concerts) 『Celine Dion has an incredible voice and apartently a good chorographer. The problem wth this DVD is that the person operating the camera needed to quit looking at everything else and focus on Celine! She delivers a wonderful performance just to have it degraded by the people behind the post production. One last thing, I Cant Help Falling In Love Has LIVE after it because it's different than any album version. Also it's very evident that she does sing.』 『Filmed in Quebec in 1995, this concert souvenir captures Celine Dion as she turned the corner from pop contender to platinum princess. Long a star in Canada, and a major draw throughout the Francophone world, the Québecois vocalist was still a relatively new, if increasingly successful, commodity stateside. A clutch of single hits, augmented by two big soundtrack themes, hadn't entirely erased the suspicion that Dion's career was being bolted together on an assembly line not far from Mariah Carey's--apart from frequent overlaps in production support, both singers relied on similar mixtures of sweeping ballads and crisp, uptempo dance workouts, and both were notorious for their vocal gymnastics.
The Colour of My Loveworks hard, as does Dion, to convince us she's already a major diva, and the approving crowd of hometown fans obviously agrees. Dion, her hair cropped in a shorter, curly 'do, is equally chic in black suit or blue gown, a troupe of dancers invades for strategic uptempo pieces, and her studio duet partners for both "When I Fall in Love"(Clive Griffin) and "Beauty and the Beast" (Peabo Bryson) pop up to repeat their roles. The star attacks each song with laser-like focus, and she radiates a sense of theatrical drama.
Technically, however, the special suffers from direction that mistakes swooping camera movement, sudden zoom shots, tilted frames, and other concert video clichés for real drama. More problematic is abundant evidence of considerable post-production sweetening in the star's vocals--like other post-rock divas with arena-sized ambitions, Dion (or perhaps her producer) is apparently determined to reproduce the surreal sonic precision and scale of the records. It's a slippery slope that tempts perfectionists to leave less and less of the actual performance on the soundtrack, even though Dion's huge voice would still be impressive (and possibly more exciting) if rendered without such editorial tweaks.--Sam Sutherland』

Is ideal for someone in an intermedium piano level that has some understanding of what he is doing, this is surely the next step. It comes with the sheet music for everything so you wont miss a note』
(Interesting but not instructional) 『I'm a huge CL fan, and got interested in playing piano in part, because of the great music CL plays. But while the DVD is interesting, it was more style over substance. Not that that is bad, the video's are worth the price. But since CL doesn't really read music, they never show any music, and the teaching is very limited.』

Many of Zaimont's works have won prizes; she composes in all media; and is one of the most recognizable among today's composers. Her chamber and symphonic works have been widely recorded, and her orchestral works have been performed by the orchestras of Baltimore, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Mississippi and groups in Europe. As she writes about this collection, "...I've been fortunate throughout my teaching career to have experienced performance collaborations with a good number of top-rate faculty colleagues-including the past fourteen years at the University of Minnesota...This disc celebrates several mostly "Minnesota" collaborations, centering on more recent solo works. Several of these pieces received their premieres in vital interpretations by the same artists heard here."』
