『If you are are skeptical of meditation and/or hypnosis but have an open mind and a desire to explore, then this is an easy, non-threatening place to start. For listeners who have already experienced self-hypnosis, Victoria Wizell is the perfect non-obtrusive guide as you reach for higher goals in your Yoga practice and other areas of life.

Victoria's voice is smooth, soothing, serene and melodious. The words and music complement the clear instruction. There are no distracting elements that often hamper the effectiveness of this type of CD.

My favorite feature of Hypnotic Yoga is that there are three tracks. The first simply introduces Victoria Wizell and explains step-by-step how to make the best use of the program. Then, there are two exercises that can be used in two 15 minute settings or used together if you can find 30 uninterrupted minutes. In my opinion, this CD is effective for relaxation as well as for Yoga visualizations.

『I was pleasantly surprised by this product.

I, as most people do, have a hard time mediating. We feel in America that lives should be constantly on the go and stressful. So imagine my surprise when I was actually able to use this CD to relax.

In addition to have trouble with mediation and relaxation, I find it difficult at times to stay focused on my yoga routine. This CD did give me the ability to focus and feel strong. I have recently had physical therapy for tendonities of my Achilles tendon and I now find my balancing exercies much easier.

There are two drawbacks to this item:
1-finding a quiet place is difficult for myself-so not the
fault of the creator but many people may have trouble
getting themselves relaxed if they can not find a good
quiet area.
2-The segments were a little long for me. I do have trouble
making the time and I think 15 minute segments would have
been easier for myself to digest and make time for.

The best positives:
1-It is great having two segments on one CD.
2-The additional CD, a Guide to Self-Hypnosis. Is also
wonderful to get you started.

I do recommend this for anyone who wants to help develop their focus and ability to relax. I have really enjoyed using the program and I hope to continue doing so.

『I've been using this CD every day for a few days now and love it. I've found it tremendously helpful learning and really feeling meditation; it's certainly helped me develop the calm, alert, aware state far more deeply and rapidly than I would have achieved without it. I found Victoria Wizells' cd to be a breath of fresh air. Her soft clear voice is perfect to lead meditations. She carefully sets up each meditation in easy to follow steps. I highly recommend this for someone starting out, as I am, it's been a wonderful experience.
