(A must buy for LEGO lovers) 『We bought LEGO Racers for my brother on his 8th birthday. He loves it. Here's how you play: First-You design your player. You pick his outfit, and his/her name. Second-You design his/her car. You choose the color and what LEGO's to put on the car. Third-Race. The main thing you would race in are the "Circuit Races". A circuit race has three races w/ diferent settings, 3 laps per race, and 4 computer players you race against. You get certain points for being in whatever place in each race and if you are in 3rd place or higher at the end of the circuit, you go onto the next circuit race. You also get new LEGO pieces for your car. When racing, you can pick up LEGO pieces to use as one use tools in the race, such as GREEN-makes you go faster RED-can shoot other cars down BLUE-is used as a sheild etc. Then there is the "Single Race" its when you choose how many opponents and laps. And the "Versus Race" when you can race a friend with the game link. The only reason I gave this game 4stars is because it was a little too easy for me. I would recomend giving LEGO racers to someone 6.5-9.5 years old. Overall this is a great game! Allie』

This game allows younger gamers and LEGO fans to construct their own cars, select and customize their own drivers, and then take to one of the 25 different tracks in one of four different worlds. Hidden within each of the different tracks are some power-ups that will supercharge your car and give it a boost of power that will help you blast your way to the front of the pack. Finding the power-ups and racing against the other five drivers in this game is half the fun.
One really cool feature allows you to save your driver and car and link up via the Game Boy Color Game Link cable to battle it out against one of your pals (provided, of course, that your friend also has a copy of the game). If you want to go it alone, the five computer-controlled drivers in the game will offer up some competition, but not enough for serious racing-game fans. The AI in the game isn't stellar, but, then again, younger gamers like to win, and this game delivers an incredible gaming experience for budding Game Boy Color enthusiasts.
The game's graphics are on par with other Game Boy Color titles and the controls are solid. The instructions are easy to read and follow, and, as a result, the gameplay is simple.

There I discovered some extra options and once I started adding some of the extras it became a good way to pass the time. The power up items that you can pick up off the court are the best part of the game- going for a shot that is worth 9 points is a lot more exciting than a two pointer. I did find the controls a little difficult to get used to, however after a couple of games I was destroying the computer. The most frustrating feature of the game is that you have to keep track of passwords to continue your season (I haven't had to do that since I bought my original Nintendo back in 1987). If you are looking for a realistic NBA game that simulates real life play this is not the game you want- but if you want an arcade version of wild hoop then it's a good start.』

IPhone 3G used's review (Rainbow Six on GBC) 『this is one of the finest games on GBC, though it has nothing that Resident Evil Gaiden or Metal Gear Solid has to offer. This is a game of strategy and skill, needless to say, this is probably the most realistic game on GBC, the realism is the mark of Tom Clancy. So here you go, my review on Rainbow Six.
Story: The story revolves around the plot of different terrorist orginizations hitting locations, taking hostages, and planting bombs. You should be able to geuss that its you're job to eliminate the terrorist, rescue the hostages, and disarm the bombs.
Graphics: There really is nothing in the enviroments that stand out or catch you're. What is in the enviroments is displayed through colorful and smooth animation.
Sound: The weapons all sound the same and music is repetitive and annoying. Period.
Gameplay: There is alot to touch on here. Suprisingly enough, the game is about 80% reading and planning, and the worst part about this is, that you must read these texts to plan a successful mission. The action part is a bit slow and confusing, and after you kill everyone, there really is nothing to do except look for you're objective and wander around. After the mission is complete, it continues to the net, so there is no story telling foundation. Oh and there is also a first person mode ever so often that changes up things.
my conclusion is that, if you like violence and strategy then you'll like this game, if you don't like the violent type, go get it anyway.』

I was overjoyed when I heard of the Muppet game, but sadly I shouldn't have been. This is one of the worst games for the GBC. The control is awful, the graphics are barely passable and the characters look nothing like their normal selves. Kermit and Animal are so tiny that you can't make out any body language. They're just green and red blobs moving about. The music is really awful too. When it boots up the music is barely audible, then once the "game" starts you get a repettive bore of a score. Don't even mention the "story line" and action of the game itself. It's just all so basic and executed so poorly. The Muppets hold so much promise for a terrific game and to see it wasted is painful. All we can do now is hope for a better effort on the Game Boy Advance.』
