(Hi)
『Hi again』

(What kind of game is this?)
『konami has accomplished nothing by making this game. what a waste of plastic and microchips. in hopes that this hockey game would be good, it isn't! you might as well forget taking the puck to the opposing goal because chances are you won't even make it that far. konami should stop making hockey games and stick to games that don't involve much thought in producing. all this game is good for is wedging it under the leg of an unbalanced table or chair. if you are a loser, then this game is for you.』

(Worst ever!)
『This is a shockingly bad game, especially since Konami is known for previous games that were good. The play is too fast, players and puck are just blurs. You can't see a thing, let alone play the game. There's probably a much better hockey game out there for regular old fashoned, black and white Gameboy.』

(E.T is teh greatest game ever made!!!)
『tHIS is the best viteo game ever!! it is lik wathcing the mobie it takes you back to teh mobie, espeshally the cover teh coool boy wit teh amasing ET!!!! E.T if you dont know stand for Elevator Terriroty, ok thank you, please by this game it is fworth all teh hours of fun. It is amasing like teh movie, ok tank you.』

(ET)
『This game is alright-nothing more. All you do is go throught different locations collecting bottle caps and trading cards in order to exchange for parts with other kids. With your parts you can then create your communicator which lets ET phone home.』

(Rather fun.....)
『This game was fun on the first level, the City. However, on Level 2, the Forest, it became rather bad. The animals that are in various levels after the City are unavoidable! If you get near an animal it kills you! It should not be bought( I've had the thing over a year and still ain't beat it).』

(Rent or pass up. Don't disappoint you kids with this trash.)
『I remember getting my first ET game on the Atari 2600 (I am 25 years old). It was kind of fun, but the rest of the world hailed it as trash. Fast forward to 2002 and the 20th year celebration of the movie. New Kid Co releases 3 titles for Gameboy color. I decided to give it a try and see if I felt like a kid again. I didn't

This game has kids solving an endless barrage of unchallenging puzzled of a reform school zelda type. After 20 years I thought that this game could have been remade as an original that was fun, but it is more like the old school games like Bill and Teds Excellent adventure where you collect [stuff] and move on to the next level.

I beat this game in 3 days and returned it. I was severely disappointed. This title is an attempt to cash in on the old name and sucker parents into buying a label instead of an engaging game. Kids will love the box and hate the software.

The only good things I have to say about this game are that it had battery backup and 3 slots to save games so 3 kids can play and save progress. It also had a few rendered screen shots taken from the movie, but no motion pictures. It didn't even come close to pushing any of the gameboy colors limits.

Beware, this tat is a dragger on the pocketbook and will end up in the back of a drawer or at a 2nd hand store soon.』

(Awesome!)
『Excellent non-violent gaming with powerful message for children of constructive resolution』
『As long-time fans of the classic film know, it's not easy being a visitor on another planet. This handheld game for the GBC closely mirrors the plot of Steven Spielberg's 1982 classic science fiction masterpiece, putting you in the shoes of E.T. or his human friend, Elliot. Of course, the game's main objective is to collect the parts necessary to construct an interplanetary communicator that E.T. can use to "phone home." All the while, Earth-based authorities will try to apprehend you, so make sure you bring your wits and reflexes to the table. There are 45 quests in all, each of which presents new traps and obstacles to avoid, and the game even has three separate difficulty levels to master. With six main game areas and 10 detailed environments, E.T. THE EXTRA TERRESTRIAL: Escape from Planet Earth has unusually high replay value, wonderful graphics, and more gameplay than you can shake a stick at.』
『Your mission is to construct a communicator so that E.T. can phone home. And just like Elliott and his friends in the movie, you'll have your work cut out for you. In this release for Game Boy Color, you must search 60 environments for all the components needed to build the transmitter. All the while, you have to evade capture by government agents and avoid the clever traps they've set for you.

You can alternate playing as the strategic-minded Elliott or as E.T., whose extraordinary powers, including levitation, can help you out of the many tricky situations you'll confront. This single-player game features three levels of difficulty and three modes of gameplay: exploration, quest, and encounter. Six large maps with 10 environments in each extend playability, as do 45 challenging miniquests that unlock hidden items you can trade later.』

(Better then Mia)
『This game is a winner better tyhen Mia hamm soccer shoot out. The ball goes in the air』

(It's ok)
『I bought this game and it was a lot different to Fifa 99.More teams and leagues have been added including classics. The players faces look a bit like cartoon figures. But the action replays will rock your world. The seasons are good too. Each time you finish one you can choose to carry on.If you say yes then teams get relegated and promoted and other teams qualify for European Cups.In a season they include the FA Cup aswell. You can also edit the tactics. You also have real injuries to cope with too and suspencions.』

(Fifa 2000)
『I thought Fifa 2000's gameplay is only slightly better than fifa 99.Though I also think they overdid did the slide tackle a bit the referee nearly always gives a free kick.I was very impressed with the season mode because in it teams can get promoted and relagated and you can play in all the cups some of which you couldnt participate in in the past fifa's.I also really liked the music to it.In Fifa 99 I was slightly dissapointed that you couldnt play in the indoor mode and I was expecting you to be able to do so in Fifa 2000.And I think that it's a shame that you can't pick what stadium your playing in and you have to go into options to select the match length.Overall the gameplay just improved but some of the other features such as season mode and the classic teams which you can play with are superb and apart from a few features that featured in fifa 99 and not in fifa 2000 .It is an improvement』

(It's okay - a little disappointing.)
『FIFA 2000 is a good game. I am disappointed about several things:

1. The graphics are not much of an improvement over FIFA 99, and the players' faces and hair are actually kind of goofy.

2. The refereeing is terrible! I got 4 red cards the first time I played. I mean, refs are bad in real life, but this is horrid.

3. The MLS license is almost meaningless since a) the rosters are wrong and b) you can't play an MLS season with playoffs, you have custom make your own. Plus, they didn't get the uniforms right.

I am awaiting Konami's Major League Soccer. Konami's International Superstar Soccer has always had the better gameplay, in my opinion, but has suffered because they didn't have the FIFA license. Maybe now with the MLS license, they can have a more successful game.

The game is still fun, even though it's very difficult to play good defense and your players don't mark their men for anything. The most dangerous situation in the game is a free kick from around midfield, because they are going to lob it into the box where a (completely unmarked) striker will make a perfect glancing header to beat your out of position goalkeeping.

THAT'S irritating.

FIFA 2000 - Not bad. Could be better. Can't wait to see a FIFA game on PS2 or Dreamcast.』

(What's wrong with EA!)
『The much anticipated FIFA 2000 has been a big disappointment. I think FIFA 99 is better. Even the opening video is senseless. The graphics are good but the player faces look so cartoony! And their arms look like sticks attached to their body. One good aspect of the game is the crowd animation. The stadiums really do look good but before a playing a match, one can't choose the stadium he wants to play in. This is a major disappointment when compared to their previous releases.』

『This is one of the best gameboy games I have in my colliction. This game brings the experience of flight right to you. This game is so action packed, my palms got sweaty! In this flight simulator you get to shoot down enemy aircraft, refule in the air and land on carrier while over the water the whole time. I would recommend this game for anyone over six who wants high flying action with out learning to fly.』

(Great Plain fun)
『I love it. I think this is a must buy. I previously have a sega game gear and I spent a long time trying to find a flight simulator. Now (even though it's not for game gear) I finally found one. The sound is great and the graphics are ok. But don't just fly around, the graphics don't make that very fun. However this game is hours of fun in one little pack. A must buy!』

(sweetest game)
『I played this game thinking it would be just another GBC mistake,(by the wa i love hockey and hockey games)playing this once hooked me onto it. Playing a season is so realistic and exiting. The players movment isnt to great but i forget about it and just play it. I'd rather play that than my NHL2k on dreamcast!』

(not bad, not great either)
『being used to the PS version, perhaps i was expecting a bit more. still, there is much room for improvement here. players are annoyingly stupid in this version. they jump the blueline *all* the time or just take a nap in the offensive zone causing many offsides calls. also, pulling the goalie seems to work infrequently at best (my shootout mode doesn't work at all, so maybe i should be happy.) having the check and speedup buttons combined can be very frustrating - you try to check your man and end up flying past him down the ice. that all said, it still can be a pretty fun game. just don't expect too much.』

(gamer)
『Players do not collide with each other, they pass right through each other. The speed boost sometimes shoots players three quarters the length of the ice. The player's are tinier than they needed to be. This is gameboy, don't be real, be fun. The player acceleration and deceleration is way too slow as well.』

(NHL Y2K Ready)
『I find NHL 2000 to to be very entertaining, I don't spend a lot of my money on Game Boy games, but I do get the games I know I will like for a long period of time, and this is one of them. I own about 15 top games and this is my 16th. EA Sports games are one of the best in my collection. NHL 2000 features what I want in a hockey game. GFX, Enjoyment, Color # 1. NHL 2000』

(Genesis hockey is back!)
『When I bought NHL 2000, like everyone else, I was hoping to be taken back to those good old Genesis days and for the most part I was. I can understand how people could criticize the control but if your a real NHL Genesis fan you'll have no problem adjusting to the controls and having hours of fun with this game. I was very pleased with the graphics with the individual players and I also liked all the updated teams and players. So if you're looking for a game to give you a taste of Genesis type fun pick NHL 2000.』
『Cartridge Only Professional hockey comes to the Game Boy Color with NHL 2000. You can choose from all of the NHL teams, including the expansion Atlanta Thrashers. Play an Exhibition game to work on your tactics and strategies, and when you are ready for long-term competition, try to endure an 82-game Season, or just skip straight to the Playoffs. While in the game, you will have to learn when to make line changes and determine when it's a good time to pull the goalie. In addition to these tactical decisions, you must also deal with penalties and infractions including offsides, two-line passes, and icing. However, you can customize the game by turning off certain rules and setting the referee's strictness. In addition, there are three different difficulty levels. Will you be able to claim the Stanley Cup? The only way to find out is by playing NHL 2000.』

(Great game, but sometimes gets boring...)
『Ok, this game is fun, but occasionally it gets boring. There are 4 mini-games, i still havent beat the platform one. There is a huge selection of wallpapers that you get to choose from, tons of sound clips(hard to here on some) and 1 movie clip. There is also a few more things i didnt say like the word pad program, internet program(just a website about Austin Powers), FAB-DOS program, and tons more. If you ever get bored with a game just try to beat your high score. This isnt a must-buy though, im glad i bought it, but its not a must-buy. I suggest you try it though, im sure you will think some of its fun. I only have Oh Behave though, i plan on getting Welcome to My Underground lair as soon as i can. I gave the fun of this game 3 stars, and overall 4 stars. Why dont you try it out, dont like it, sell it to your friend who does...

(Average)
『Lots of other people have thrashed this game, but I don't think it's really that bad. The computer-like interface isn't too bad once you get used to it, and you can turn off the loading sequence at the beginning which becomes annoying the second time you play the game. Actually, "Oh Behave" isn't really a game in itself, but a collection of activities, games and tools. Included are a stylized calculator, a typewriter that can be used with the GB Printer, 4 mini-games, and a selection of wallpaper to decorate your "desktop". There is also a bunch of sound clips, but they're really scratchy and hard to hear. There's also a short movie clip but it's really fuzzy and all in blue. Overall, it's a descent package that will be groovy enough for Austin fans to enjoy.』

(It's kind of fun.)
『I ordered this game just a few days ago, I think it was kind of fun. The things that are not fun, are that it's set up like a computer. You have to restart it if there's a problem, it has to load when you turn it on, and you have to shut it down when you done.On the back of the game, it says there's TONS of mini-games, but there's only five. I still can't figure out how you download the " world of tons' of mini games." I think you should buy another game before buying this on. PS: The Rugrats Movie Game is a really fun chanllnge! The Sherk game is fun too!』

(The Best)
『This game is the best game ever for game boy color! And what makees it even better is that its Austin Powers!』
Austin Powers: Oh, Behave!is a collection of activities and minigames that are selectable through a parody of Windows operating systems. Games include rock, paper, scissors; Othello; and aPac-Manclone. The background, sound effects, icons, mouse cursors, and screen savers all are customizable. Users can print notes with the Game Boy Printer, and link up with or beam info to other Game Boy Colors. There's a library of sound clips from the movie.』
