『My kids (4 yr old boy&6 yr old girl) love this game. The 4 yr old can play it, and actually get to the next level. My 6 yr old gets into the double digit levels, but my wife (mommy) observed that they both started talking about killing things, which are obstacles in the game. They drop stuff on Daffy Duck, blow up Elmer Fudd, and dispose of them to advance. This could be the only negative about this game. It is also very absorbing. A good value for your Gameboy Color.』

『I finished this game in 3 days. I never want to play it again. Bugs can do barely anything in his defense and there are a ton of annoying passwords to write down. There are actually 61 levels and the treasure Bugs does all this for is just Lola Rabbit!』

『This game is a average game. The object is simple. You try to get the keys that lead to the treasure. You don't want to run into anyone because they are after the treasure too. This game is VERY, VERY, LONG. I guess that's a good thing. You also can't save the game. Instead you write down passwords. ( There kinda long. ) There is a good and bad thing about this. The good thing is that more than one person can play the game at a time. The bad thing is you have to keep writing them down. This game would be better for young kids because there isn't any fighting.』

『I bought this game along with elmos 123's for my son's christmas with the gameboy console. He will play it for a while but he gets bored with it too easily. He switches games constantly and it just moves too slow. I would not recommend wasting your money on this game.』

I thought since it was rated EC that it would be good for helping him get used to the controls as well as be educational. It was EXTREMELY EASY and moved EXTREMELY SLOW that he threw it down inside of 3 minutes! Didn't teach him anything about using the controls, nor did he learn anything!』

『The box rates this ages 3-6, but it is too basic and slow for my 5 yr old. And I can't imagine a 3 yr old manipulating the controls correctly. There are six variations but all have the same screen. Elmo juggles letters in a big circle over his head, like a ferris wheel, and you have to wait for them to roll to the right spot at the bottom before clicking on it. This part is *very* *very* slow, and when you click on the letter it **sloooowly* moves into place. My son totally lost interest after playing once, for about three minutes.』

『This is not a very good game. The graphics are poor the game play is not very good. The only thing this game has going for it is it is a rumble pack game which is fun. I think they put all of their development money into liscensing the Nascar logo and driver names.』

『When I bought NASCAR CHALLENGE for Game Boy Color, I expected this game to have more tracks then it has, more relistic pitting and damage, and more NASCAR drivers. I guess I wanted too much. I guess I wanted a real NASCAR game. And while I still don't mind graphics ( Game Boys have only 8 bits), I really would like real NASCAR drivers, real tracks, and real damage. Overall, the game is fun by how you have to qualify for the race, and the racing itself is fun. But, to me at least, it could have been beter.』

(Fun, but a real buzzkill too.)

『I had this game a while ago. I loved it almost as much as I loved the SNES version. I liked being able to play a girl, and to get a cat, and I also liked that this was back when you could decently play the game and turn a good in-game profit WITHOUT the optional help of the sprites (all other HM recently, I've noticed you NEED them...I'd rather do the farming myself than pay a stupid lil sprite to do it)...but I was sorely disappointed that the marriage system is completely missing from this game.

And thats not the worst of it...

This is a 'real time' game, and after a while, either it decides you're not playing enough, or the time system just breaks...either way, unless you play it almost nonstop, it will start killing your plants and your livestock will mysteriously hate you.

Its good fun while it lasts...but it doesn't last long enough to even win it.』

『Okay I use to have Harvest Moon for the GBC and in the game you talk to alot of people you get a pet and you do a bunch of farming all in all it's a really great game and can be played on the GBC, Original GBA, and GBA SP. So if you like farming and talking in games then get this game you'll really enjoy when I first got this game from a friend I couldn't put it down for almost over a month. Oh and plus there's a photo album in the game that you have to play the game for a while to unlock each picture and if you have a Game Boy Printer which you can get off here amazon then you can print out your pictures and you can play as a girl or a boy in the game.』

『I first got this game because I saw my friend playing it, right then I wanted to play. So I got it and it was quite a pleasure to take care of my farm and watch it grow while saving up for new animals or bigger crops. If you get past the cute looking graphics you'll realize there is a fun little gem of a game in there. There are few downsides to this game, but they are downsides that really hurt it. The first one that comes to mind is that there is no real ending of the game. Also after a week or so of play, you can get pretty sick of the game, and let me tell you, when you get sick of this game you really get sick of this game. Its a pretty fun game that you should check your local bargain bin for.』

『Harvest Moon, it is fun enough to spend hours and hours on. Even though some games of Natsumes were not good I have liked them all. This game is fun and sticks to the nature of Harvest Moon by just allowing you to take care of your animals and crops on a day to day basis. The main objective of this game is to fulfill your grandpa's wish for you to become a Ranch Master. Although you have loads of time to overcome these challenges this game will keep you entertained for hours. I just recently bought this game and I think I have spent a day on the game. Some say this game is one of the worst, but I think it is a great game for it doesn't deal with saving the Harvest Goddess, it doesn't deal with your grandpa just died and he left his farm in the will, it doesn't deal with getting married, it doesn't deal with making friends, but it does deal with the main points of Harvest Moon; harvesting and caring for animals. Although the non-marriage thing is sort of a bummer and the events are sort-of boring the game is very fun. I hope this helps everyone make there choice on this game, for some reviews are not helpful so I bought the game anyways and It was great. If you don't like farming and taking care of animals then this game isn't for you; but if you do this game will be your #1 choice.』

『Read this "kid's review!" I didn't want to go through all that real name stuff so I went with this kind of review,even though I'm 14(not quite that old,but hey).Anyways,Harvest Moon for GBC is a great game.I played it today actually.You do many things,such as plant crops,look after animals and even buy things with your own money at the local market.Sounds boring?It's not!I like the game because it's different,you are in control of every aspect of the game.You work as hard as you can or as little as you want.What's fun for me is earning money through planting crops and tending to your animals.It's also fun to go the the market and buy a bunch of food and things for your ranch.You can play hours on end and still not get bored-that's me at least.Summer is the best season for farming.The crops keep growing so you don't have to keep buying seeds.That's a huge convinience.Overall,I would say this game is one that you can simply play for fun and not be worriend about certain things unlike other games.It's not a huge challenge really.You just have to strategize.

ps-warning on the wintertime music.it's probably the most annoying in all of the game.』
