『This scratching post is useless, unless you modify it like I did. My cat wouldn't touch it. I ordered sisal rope and some catnip spray. I wrapped the sisal rope around the entire cat tree and secured the rope with a hot glue gun here and there. Then I sprayed the rope with a very strong catnip spray and now my cat loves it. Cats are naturally attracted to sisal rope, and I hated of the idea of wasting my money since the cat wasn't using it prior to adding rope. Another bad thing is that this scratching post is very lightweight. If you use it in the upright position, when the cat scratches it will fall right over. So I only use mine in the laying down position. So unless plan on modifying this, don't waste your money.』

(Poor reliability and difficult customer service)

『We purchased this item October 2006 for a one person office. It is only used for 10-20 copies per week. The black ink cartridge will not print anything. We've replaced the cartridge twice, cleaned the print heads, have gone back and forth with customer service and now will need to take into a repair facility which will most likely cost more than replacement. Somehow I was expecting a longer life due to the low print volume, but no. I've used HP printes at home for years and never had a problem like this.』

『I purchased this printer 3 months ago and it has been a terrible disappointment. There is no single sheet feeder. When feeding envelopes, they get jammed most of the time. The paper feeding from either tray pulls more than one page thru. I will be going back to HP....』

『The printer works great. However, I wanted a legal size flat screen. The descriptions on the printers will tell you what size documents they will print but I could not find anything that told me the size of the flat screen. The printer will copy and print legal documents by using the feeder. The worse thing there is nothing to catch legal size paper and so it just falls on the floor and if on a desk the papers end up in random order.

Letter size documents and labels work great. There is a catch for them so documents do not fall on the floor.

I also like the ink cartridges that come with this printer verses the cartridges on my earlier printers.

Conclusion: If you deal in letter size documents or smaller this is a great printer. If you need legal size find another』
