IPhone 3G used's review (THESE AREN'T JUST GOOD - - - THEY'RE PRETTY) 『I really didn't think there was so much to push-pins until my teenage daughter started getting silly over color matching all her stationery and school supplies. Somehow the question of the occasional desperate need for a push-pin came up, and when I proudly displayed what I thought were two distinctly different and versatile types of pins for different jobs I thought she would say something like, "way cool, ya guys got it covered." Instead, she turned her nose up at my push-pins and said something like, "YUK --- what NO COLORS?" But when I said there were 5 different colors she just nodded her head as though I just didn't get it.
WELL - I GOT IT AND HERE THEY ARE! Special - Nice - Pretty and lots of them. Birthstones, all 12 of them. Oh, they work just fine too.
There is much to recommend these push pins:
1] You get 100 push-pins.
2] There are 12 colors included in roughly equal number with both reds and greens coming with a translucent twin to differentiate between Garnet and Ruby for red and Emerald and Peridot for green. Very pretty, nice for parties or just for looking colorful or to personalize. My daughter "borrowed" all the July pins [Ruby] but decided that both the opaque and translucent red could be ruby. Right there 1/6 of my pins vanished and she did not even need them yet. Anyway, I don't need them yet either but they were so neat and special looking that I figured, like why wait till I need them and have to settle with some rough aluminum pin or some standard colors that everyone has.
3] They come in a nice transparent case so they are contained while you can see exactly what you have available.
4] The points easily pierce plasterboard and the holes are small enough to be painted over later if you remove the pin.
5] They work easily and are easily removed and reused.
The only shortcoming is that the 3/8" point may not be long enough if you are using posterboard or any other material that has any thickness especially combined with any weight to the item you are hanging. In this case you may need a longer point. 1/2" or 5/8" are available, but some have a thicker point that may leave a hole too large to paint over so use as small a point as possible.
Getting 100 of these in a hard container for 1 dollar [or a little more at brick and mortar outlets] is hard to beat. However, at smaller outlets they don't always have these gemstones and some manufacturers who also make them, call them "Birthstones" instead of "Gemstones" which they are by the way.

I agree with the reviewer who experimented with it and saw how beautiful this film was compared to digital prints. This film is a little difficult to find and you won't see it disounted but it has become my special occasion film and by far my favorite color print film.
I'm a film to digital convert, now a digital back to film convert. This film is one of the reasons. The amazing thing about this film, is the colors just pop, they're rich and saturated but not over-saturated, and somehow it produces skin tones very nicely, a problem with rich/saturated films sometimes.
It's a little more expensive and a little harder to find but it's worth it. This film is magic.』
(a picture is worth a thousand oohs) 『This is great film, in the days of digital cameras it is so great to pick up a film camera and shoot a roll of this and be reminded how beautiful a real picture can be. The color is deep, vibrant, and rich. I wanted to see just how much we were really losing in digital (now don't get me wrong I love my digital SLR but...) and I set the tripod up with a 300MM pentax lens that had a screwmount for the tripod so lens and tripod stayed in place, shot a set of pictures of some roses with my ist* D and the shot some with my P30t and was just amazed when I got the film pictures back as compared to the digital prints from the same photofinisher. there was no comparison in the depth of color and how rich the tones and hues were. I sure hope we don't lose out on this great medium for the convience of digital.』

I primarily scan old family photographs. This scanner randomly distributes white specks all over the resulting scan. It isn't due to dust on the glass of the scanner, since the white specks change position when the photo is rescanned without changing its position or even lifting the lid. There are also uneven density lines in the scan. Definitely not a quality scanner. If you aren't interested in scanning or printing photo's you might like this scanner, that is if you can stand to waste an hour or two installing the software.』

Paper does not feet straight from tray and even worst when top feeding to fax; fax does not auto answer; smears envelop printing; can't feed more the one envelop at a time; drivers and setup are the pits; and the drive has done something to XP that cause the start up procedure to take an extraordinarily long time to boot up; the flash disk reader doesn't work. (Nice high volume printer) 『From the specs, the HP L7555 is the same printer as the L7590. I have an L7555, which I purchased from Costco. I posted a fairly long review of this printer on the L7590 listing, because at the time, Amazon did not have a listing for the L7555. Anyway, go to the L7590 section for that review, which currently is the lead review on this printer. The key difference between the L7555/L7590 and the L7580 is the fact that the L7580 does not come with the optional two sided printer adapter whereas the L7555/L7590 does.』
(Great all-in-one) 『I purchased this as a replacement of my old Canon printer and scanner. So far everything performed great. Even I installed it as a USB device to my desktop, my onecare circle recognized the printer and all other computers can print without installing any software (That probably work for all other antivirus/firewall product, I guess).
If you want to perform B&W duplix scan, make sure you download and install the latest driver (8.0) from hp.com. The CD has an older version (7.0) which does not support B&W duplix scan. That's the only reason for a four start since I don't expect to perform an update to use a function from a printer.

(Does what it says) 『The great thing about technology is it keeps getting better and cheaper. For the cost of this printer several years back you could get a jetdirect card. Now you get built in networking, memory card readers, scanner, color printer, and fax. Of course the real killer and money maker is in the consumables. $40 per cartridge x4 adds up quickly. However; this all-in-one does a great job in the other functions.
I have it networked in my home. The setup was direct and simple with the only trouble being my firewall settings.
It scans in color, has OCR software, and comes with a few nice pieces of software, such as picture management, scanning, setup, and web based monitoring.
The copier feature is really nice and being able to do B&W as well as color copies at home is really nice.
You have the tools on had with this system to digitize old family albums, edit/enhance them, and then print it out in one machine.
