However, the free DVD is terrible: - the advanced routine feels like you're doing something, but the beginner one is a joke, so there's ultimately only 1 10-minute routine I can use with this ball. For $40 I would prefer to have a few routines I could alternate- hopefully they'll make a second DVD... (and the beginner/advanced routines repeat many of the exercises so I can't mix and match) - the guy leading the routine WOULD NOT SHUT UP. If you have friends who are constantly spilling beer or soda on your card table, and you're constantly buying replacement cards for those cheap plastic coated cardboard ones, worry no more. If you have friends who constantly look at their cards by pulling up the corners and it eventually "marks" the card by continued use, then fret no more. These are the cards for you. The 100% plastic construction easily wipes clean of all dirt and liquids (assuming you clean them right away, otherwise some mild scrubbing will be involved). Plus, the resiliency of the 100% plastic keeps the shape for a long time and continued abuse (I've had mine for over a year and have a poker game that last about 8 to 10 hours every Friday night and they look as new as the day I've got them with the exception of the paint will only slightly fade if you are playing with people who constantly "warm up" their cards - i.e. rub them very fast face down for good luck). Also, the four color deck is great for beginners and old pros alike (there is no chance for someone to say they missed a flush or a flush draw because every suit has it's own color). (I little washed out looking) 『I like these cards, but they do have one major problem. Brand new, they look like they've been through the washing machine. The colors are very faded looking. I really like the fact that they are four color, but in low light levels the faded print creates problems. The faded colors also just give the cards an old look, like they have been played too much and need to be retired.
If you can get over that part, these cards have a really nice feel, they shuffle well, and they slide over the felt perfectly. You can also wash them with soap and water if they get dirty. (Not recommended) 『The shorts are made of a great, super shiny fabric and are sewn well. The problem with these shorts is the fit. It's off. The pattern cut is wrong, so when lifting one of the legs, as in climbing the stairs or kicking a ball the shorts constrict the movement. Normaly I wear size medium and thinking that maybe the sizes run small I returned 3 of them and ordered 3 large. So now I have large shorts with the same problem. It is as true for shorts as it is for a suit ....the fit is everything! 』
