『I have used Thera-Band balls for over 3 years and have never experienced a problem. The durability is vastly superior to the Wal-Mart/Target brands that do not cost that much less. The plastic hardware for filling/emptying works fine and the color chart showing an array of different exercises is helpful for beginners.

A word of caution: follow the directions for filling your new ball using the two-stage process. It takes some time but it really helps preserve the final shape.』

『I didn't buy this ball because I read other reviews that say that the ball arrives in a small envelope and yet they are trying to charge me $14 for shipping it. Seems ridiculous, even though this one seemed like the best choice for the money.』

(The 55 inch ball is orange not red, my only complaint)

『I bought this item to help me with a new exercise plan. My personal trainer recommended I get one and had suggested I just to a local discount store and pick one up. However, a friend of mine had bought a ball that way for her son. She told me about a month later that the ball had leaked and her son didn't want to fix it, so it was tossed out.

I have two cats and one of my fears with an item like this is thier front claws and curiosity. So, I decided to get a ball that was puncture resistant.

This exercise ball was far superior to the one my friend had bought. This one feels very strong. My cats couldn't puncture it I don't think even if they tried. It does not loose air. (My friend also had to add more air at least once a week to the cheap ball she bought.)

I hate the color orange and the picture showed that the 55 inch ball was red so I figured I was fine. Nope. It is bright orange. That is my only complaint.』

『This yoga pillow is absolutely FANTASTIC. What a wonderful prop for relaxation time after yoga. It supports my entire spine and allows my chest and shoulders to open and relax.

As with other Hugger Mugger pillows that I have reviewed, this one has a HANDLE on it so you can grab it easily ... woo hoo! (Hugger Mugger, you think of everything!)

I especially enjoy free shipping from Amazon on these pillows, as they are quite heavy and would rack up a substantial shipping charge on other sites.

『I love these Hugger Mugger pranayama pillows! I bought my first one 4 years ago after open lung surgery. I used it to open up my lungs. Even after 4 years of use (and abuse), it is in excellent condition! I use it lengthwise under my spine to relax as I open my lungs at night before retiring. I use it crosswise under my shoulders/neck/thoracic spine when I need to release muscle tension. I also use it lengthwise down the spine for reclining hero's pose!

I have purchased 3 more to keep in my bedroom so that I can have a superb relaxation time in supported baddha konasana before retiring. I will put one lengthwise for my spinal (lung) opening and one under each thigh (near the buttocks) to support my legs in baddha konasana (with a 10' strap to hold my feet in place). This is absolute relaxation..IMHO!

I am seriously considering buying a 5th so that I can have 2 in my exercise room (downstairs).』

『This mat is comfortably thick and reasonably durable. I purchased it at a discount store and used it for about a year for home yoga practice. It held up fine. But I could never use it for any vigorous practice. It completely lacks the stickiness that you find on a good yoga mat, even after long-term use. If you do any power yoga or any form of yoga that will make you sweat, you cannot count on this mat to do anything keep your hands and feet in place. For yoga, you'd be better off finding a thick mat with stickiness - these can be expensive - or just purchase two 1/8 inch mats and use them on top of one another.』
