I was not disappointed. There are no sun salutations or down dog poses, and it is not your typical yoga workout. It has a cute hippy hippy shake step and other great standing poses (e.g. Horse). I find my mood lifting, I'm smiling and I AM dancing! There is a dancing meditation, moving to the beat, even for my 2 left feet, I felt free and so happy. I loved using this dvd on my deck and doing it early in the morning with the sun shining. It was kind of an aerobic yoga workout. Again, good for beginners and advanced whether you can or cannot dance--that doesn't matter. These fit the bill. When the blanket arrived, I was impressed with its density and thickness. It makes a great cushion yet folds flat. I can roll it up in my mat and it isn't too bulky to carry. For a wool blanket, it's not itchy at all.』
