(firm ball too small after a week) 『I ordered this ball to use as a chair in my office occasionally. I liked the color so I decided to pay a little more and get this one. The pump that comes with it works fine and I was able to pump it up without much of a problem although it does take a while. I was disappointed that the ball was not the shiny green color it looks like in the picture, it is actually a pearlescent paler green but still not bad. Originally the ball blew up to only 50cm, but it does indicate that the ball will grow over the first few days. Basically over the course of the next week, by sitting on it and stretching it I was able to get it to about 60cm but it was still smaller than advertised and way to small to use as a chair for a person who is 5'8.』
(Stability Ball - 55cm "The Firm") 『I love this ball. Like some of the other stability ball reviews, I thought at first it was going to be too small, but it's not (I am 5'2"). The 65cm would have been too large I think. It has a DVD workout video with it. Comes with a hand pump - I used a different pump to inflate the ball faster but at least it comes with one. Like the instructions say, the ball appears small at first, when first inflating. Over the next day or so, the ball adjusts and you pump in more air.
Like the color too! Would recommend.』
(Great workout for beginners but ball is small) 『I am a beginner with trying out these new exercising techniques so this workout was definitely worth-it! After the first two workouts, I can feel my abs burning, and there's a slight difference in my waist and flatter tummy.
The only problem I had was that I couldn't keep up with the workout at times because of the size of my ball. I'm 5'5 so I got the pink 55cm as recommended, but I should have gotten the green 65cm.』

I bought this ball for its color. It's great except for that fact that to fill it up you have to use a cheap pump and pull a pin out to do it. Air slowly seeps out as you use it(and i'm only 120 lbs of weight pressing on it). IPhone 3G used's review (Almost as Good as Bryan Kest!) 『I purchased these DVD's around three years ago, and I can say that I recycle through them just as much as I do Bryan Kest series. I have not found another yoga DVD that I like as much as these, except Bryan Kest, He by far can't be beat yet. I like these DVD's because I can interchange them and they still give me a good stretch and tonation. They are all the same level of difficulty, they show demonstrators who are beginners to advanced to help any level. I still feel like I have to push myself through these DVD's, which is a really good thing. I never get bored of them if I am pushing myself. each DVD is about 120 minutes, give or take a few. I only have time to do 45-60 minutes, so I have not really made it to the end. But I still feel like I get warmed up and get a great stretch and awesome muscle strengthening. I am a very fit, healthy person; I exercise every day and I have been doing ballet for 25+ years and yoga for about 7 years- and almost everytime I finish one of these DVD's, I have a few sore muscles the next day- I love that! I also like these DVD's because the flow of the movements change, which help me stay focused, and I get my heartrate up a bit and I can feel my muscles working. They are great DVD's if you like a challange. I think any level of difficulty can perform them- they have different levels on the DVD to help guide you. You wont regret buying them if you like a little challange.
