IPhone 3G used's review (Nice have an Stevie B's DVD, but he desearves a lot more!) 『It's very nice have a DVD about Stevie B, but I really don't expect a so bad produced DVD.
Aside the Graphics Design is excellent, the sound is quite poor, damaged sometimes, like an very old magnetic tape playing.
The new interview is nice, aside could be more long for a DVD release, but is great anyway, aside the out of sync of sound and video that many times happens.
But the worst part on the productions are in the videos part, all with a lot bad quality, like was copied from a very old tape recorded by a fan from TV, always cut in the edges. :(
aside the bad pictures, with few video problems, the audio is horrible, and in few songs is A LOT OUT OF SYNC! and with that horrible noise of old tape in the back.
and aside that, why don't have the "In My Eyes" video?? I really can't believe that wasn't inclued. And that live performance of "In My Eyes" should be inclued in the bonus videos in FULL LENGHT! this was simply lost and ignored.
why not mix the video with the CD recording? I can't believe that the label don't had better copies of the videos, when many fans outhere have, until already converted to DVD. UNTIL I HAVE FEW, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THEM.
This is an exemple of "how to make the worst DVD"! Stevie B deserved a lot more of this, and more respect for him and for his fans, at least professionals behind the production, because that DVD was really made without any love.
I give 5 stars for the Stevie B work, 4 for the Graphics designs and animations, and ZERO to who made the edition/prodution and who made the selection of the videos. It's a shame that Tolga Katas is also involved in that!

(the best DVD ever) 『I have been a Stevie B fan for years. This Dvd is amazing. The music videos, interview. He is just the king of Freestyle. I recommend 100% this Dvd. It's great if you're a freestyle lover and definitely a Stevie b Fan. I just saw him last night and he is a sweetheart and even dance with him on stage. This dvd will show how he is professionally and caring towards his fans. Definite buy it. You won't regret it.』
(A "Should Have" for Stevie B Fans) 『The audio quality isn't the best. Basically, they show spots of the fans and the stage setup from various concerts, but minimal performance footage. All of Stevie B's videos are on this DVD... Spring Love, Dreamin' of Love, I Wanna Be The One, Pump That Body, Dream About You, and You Are The One. These videos are impossible to find elsewhere, so the DVD is worth having just for those. The main program features bits and pieces of videos, television spots, and various concert footage (as described above) and throughout the program Steve B sits through an interview with Galley describing the scenes. The price is right, so I would recommend this to Stevie B fans.』
(A must buy!) 『This is a must for any Stevie B or freestyle fan, this documentary has it all interviews, vintage concert footage and music videos of the man who put freestyle on the map and became famouse world wide. This is and A+ piece done on the greatest freestyle artist that ever lived the one the only the king Stevie B so if you don't have this documentary yet better get it before it's too late.

(Better than expected...) 『From before the "Blast The Human Flower" days, this concert has some crazy-headhurtin' editing (pre-videoeffects 80's) but the sound quality is better than I expected. I was a little put off by the fact that almost every song has a backing track, (essentially the records being played minus the main vocal track), so the band gets second status, but it's a small club, Dani is in fine form, and this is the only place to hear some of these tunes since the CD singles-collection is out of print and therefore very $. Definitely worth the ten-spot it took for me.』
(Pleasantly surprised.) 『Bought this album for one flashback song,'Daisy'. Love the quality of her voice in that. Very high creative and production values throughout the album. Before buying this I checked DD out on YouTube and discovered she has many songs I liked but didn't realize she was the performer. Same goes with this album. There are other songs on this album I've enjoyed in my club days but didn't realize they were hers. A very pleasant surprise! I'm going to enjoy getting familiar with this album and I have a feeling I'll be picking up additional works of hers. Check out her videos on YouTube and you'll be hooked, or at least intrigued.』
(One of the best albums you've never heard.) 『Back in the day, the local college radio station played "The Id Parade" and "Tomorrow Never Knows" a few times. Found out who did them, and took a chance buying the cd. It paid off. A lot of hardcore Danielle Dax fans hate this; allegedly she sold out (How dare she work with Stephen Street?!?). Well, I've heard some of her other stuff, and I love this disc best of all. I'm a pop head, what can I say? 'Blast the Human Flower' (what does that MEAN?) opens with the hard charging "Id Parade", followed by "Tomorrow Never Knows", the Beatles song with a sly sample of the Talking Heads' "Once in a Lifetime" thrown in at the end. Next up is "Big Blue '82" which would not have been out of place on a Cyndi Lauper album. And then... things get dark, darker with each song. But, they're all still catchy. "Bayou" is still baffling to me after all these years (heck, I'm still trying to fathom all these songs!). "King Crack" is the most menacing 2 1/2 minutes you'll ever hear. "Daisy" is a twisted love song... and from there it's all hopeless: "Dead Man Chill" (with the doomed lyric "As I sit in my gilded cage/you've thrown away the key), "The Living and Their Stillborn" (which reminds me of Margaret Atwood's 'The Handmaid's Tale'), "Jehovah's Precious Stone", and the dirge like "16 Candles" are relentless... and after it's all over, you'll want to hear the cd again and again. 』
(Best Music You've Never Heard) 『What can I say? Danielle Dax is simply the best alternative music available. I bought Dark Adapted Eye when it first came out and Blast when it came out. DAE is "better" in many ways, but Blast is also great. Buy this album and DAE and you'll have many many replayable hours of aural stimulation&enjoyment! If you like early Kate Bush, very early Eurythmics (In The Garden or The Tourists albums), Act, or Propaganda, you'll probably like Dax.』 『The first ever DVD to feature Britains queen of Psychedelia Danielle Dax.
