(Great Basic Intruction)
『My wife and I took a few Beginner lessons recently and were not making much progress. Vicki and Ron's instruction was clear and easy to follow unlike our live instructors. Learning the Cuban Rhumba Box steps and other steps gave us enough to start dancing and develop variations that come naturally. We don't want to become Ball Room Dancers, just be able to to do some Latin Dancing and the Rhumba is where it all starts.h
I believe we'll still take lessons but now we have something to practice with when we get home.』

(Little content but professional)
『Having bought about a dozen other dance DVDs from Amazon, I was dissapointed with this one. All though Vicki Regan's DVD is very professional, the instructors are excellent, all smiles and very encouraging for the student the reality is that the amount of content is very lacking. After learning everything on this DVD you will know enougg Rhumba to dance for about 30 seconds and then you will have to start repeating yourself. In comparison to other Amazon DVDs and other instructors the content is significantly less. If you buy cheap then you get cheap. If I had to do it again I wouldn't have bought this DVD.』

(Beginners Rhumba)
『The only problem with this DVD considering its price is that even though it is only about one dance, it doesn't take you to the intermediate and advanced level. Vicki Regan and Ron De Vito have a nice smooth way of dancing and are good instructors too. Ron gives a little bit too much of encouragement and bravos to the potential student watching the DVD; it is weird when you are laying down on your couch watching them!! The instructional pace is great, there is an effort to adjust the view for more difficult positions, and the music is good. Explanations go a little further than the steps, mostly regarding the hip movement. So it is a good DVD for beginners.』

(The Santa Claus)
『Terrific movie with Tim Allen. Tim finds a santa fallen off his roof and puts on the clothes so he becomes Santa. Very comedic and entertaining.』

(Outstanding movie!)
『The Santa Claus is a fabulous movie, it really makes you feel the Christmas spirit when you watch it near Christmas. Very funny and will bring happiness to the whole family!』

(I Believe)
『'The Santa Clause' is a Disney movie centered around the Christmas season. Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) is a single parent with a son Charlie (Eric Lloyd). Scott is a toy salesman for a large toy manufacturer. When Charlie's mom Laura Miller (Wendy Crewson) and step dad Dr. Neal Miller (Judge Reinhold) drop Charlie off at Scott's home for Christmas Eve dinner, they tell Scott that Charlie does not believe in Santa Claus. All of Scott's attempts to provide a good dinner fail, and Scott and Charlie end up at Denny's for a Christmas Eve Dinner. Charlie is awakened by a noise on the roof, and when Scott and Charlie go outside to investigate, they find Santa on the roof. Santa slips off the roof and is killed from the fall. While looking for identification, Scott finds a business card on Santa. The card states that Scott must take over for Santa. The reindeer take Scott and Charlie on the appointed rounds, delivering toys to the girls and boys, before ending up at the North Pole. Bernard (David Kurmholtz), the head elf, explains to Scott that when he put on the Santa suit he became the new Santa Claus, because of the 'Santa Clause'. Over the next year, Scott loses his job as a toy salesman, gains weight, and grows facial hair that turns white. Director John Pasquin attempted to inject comedy into the sensitive subject of believing in Santa Claus. Trying to make a movie for all ages is especially hard when the subject is Santa Claus. I believe the use of the police in this movie was not the right approach for a children's movie, because children are instructed from early on in life that police officers are their friend and present to help them in a time of need, only to be further confused by the sight of their friend taking Santa Claus to jail on Christmas Eve. The animation of the reindeer was superb. The fact that Charlie's step dad, psychiatrist Dr. Miller, wanted a weenie whistle for Christmas was one of the funnier parts of the movie. My opinion is that this movie rates on the low end of the Disney collection. I do believe, do you?』

(Best Christmas movie ever)
『This was the best Christmas movie i have ever seen. It is great for kids of all ages. I saw it when i was little and I loved it and 10 years later I still love it. The special effects and great you can not tell that he did not gain 45 pounds. The acting was great from Allen and Reinhold. It was a little stale from Crewson and Loyd. The movie is a short 90 minutes and it is about a divorced dad who accidentally kills santa and puts on the suit and delivers the rest of the gifts. Little does he know now he is santa. Withen the next year he grows a large santa sized pot-belly and a white beard. Which is great to watch. He then has his son taken away from him because his son thinks he Santa. It has a predictable ending but all around a great movie.』

『Living in Florida I truly miss the real feeling of Christmas and the holidays. Seeing the snow filled streets, the Christmas lights on homes and of course going to the North Pole helps remind me of some really great Christmases and Christmas wishes. Full of the holiday spirit.』
『Superstar comedian and Golden Globe(R) winner Tim Allen shines bright in Disney's magical, larger-than-life hit comedy that "People" magazine dubbed "The most playfully amusing, inventive cinematic ... fable in several decades!" Now in this all-new special edition DVD release, your entire family can enjoy never-before-seen bonus footage, interactive games, and more, making this original holiday classic a joyful new experience!』
『Divorced toy company executive Scott Calvin (Tim Allen ofHome Improvementand theToy Storymovies) is pleased to have his son Charlie for Christmas, though the boy himself isn't happy about it. But when Santa Claus accidentally topples off the roof of the house and falls with a thud in the snow, Scott finds himself taking the merry old elf's place and earning new respect in his son's eyes. When the night ends, the reindeer take them to the north pole, and Scott discovers that by donning the fabled red suit, he's inadvertently agreed to become the next Santa Claus. The next morning he wakes up in his own bed and thinks it's all a dream--only Charlie remembers it with crystal clarity. Scott now has to deal with his suspicious ex-wife (Wendy Crewson,Air Force One) and her psychiatrist boyfriend (Judge Reinhold,Beverly Hills Cop), who both think he's playing tricks with Charlie's mind, and also with his own out-of-control body, which is putting on weight and growing a prodigious beard. The Santa Clauseprobably won't supplantIt's a Wonderful LifeorMiracle on 34th Streetas anyone's favorite holiday film, but it's an enjoyable, straightforward family film, anchored by the affable charisma of Allen.--Bret Fetzer

(Live On Stage With The Stones)
『This film is a brilliant documentary/concert depicting the Rolling Stones as still one of the most enduring popular music acts. The great thing about this film, besides being another fantastic effort from Martin Scorsese, probably the best music-documentary filmmaker of all time (he should have done the Chuck Berry 60th birthday gig)is that the viewer feels that they are part of the film and on stage with the Stones! This well constructed film follows the Stones, who are on tour, to a charity concert in New York. It's in an intimate theater setting which was specially designed for this movie. Not at all like some of the previous Stones concerts at Stadium venues!

The photography and sound are first rate. Guitarists will love the close-ups of Keith and Ronnie, as well as the selection of guitars (telecasters, Gibsons, a Guild and others) that Richards uses. The song selection is superb and well recorded and while the film is a documentary it is full of personal touches regarding the making of the film, old interview footage, conversations and even a few problems.

My only criticism of this film is that they didn't get Bill Wyman to return for it as a retrospective and that they didn't include at least some historical footage of Brian Jones - who really founded this band and got the Blues going in England. Ok, you can't have everything.

The band is truly amazing. The Stones modernized their sound by augmenting their live shows with horns, background vocals and even strings. However, a highlight are the vocals of the lovely Lisa Fischer, who won a well-deserved Grammy in about 1991 and they disappeared, because of many problems - some business- only to reappear with the Stones. She also sang with Tina Turner.

There of course have been a lot of reviews of this film as you would expect, so I won't go through the entire set list. I feel the three best tunes in this film are (1) "Just My Imagination" - I have always respected Mick Jagger as vocalist who would do covers of the great soul artists. He did early versions of Wilson Pickett, Solomon Burke and Otis Redding tunes (that takes GUTS). In the late 1960s the Stones did a cover of the Temptations "My Girl", after it had already been a number one tune. Wow! It was not that good. This tune, a later hit by the Temps, is just brilliant. A great arrangement, tasteful solo by Keith, and a great overall rock-soul feel. This is the best tune in the set.

(2) "Champagne and Reefer," with Buddy Guy is also fantastic. Buddy plays in tune (great) and the song is really dedicated to Muddy Waters who originally recorded it. Buddy was a longtime session man at Chess Records in Chicago and played for years with Muddy. I also liked Mick's blues harp in this tune, it recalls the first two Stones' LPs when he did some of the first Blues harmonica heard by white kids in America on tunes like "Little By Little" and "I'm A King Bee".

(3) The third best tune, I feel, is the Brian Jones influence in this concert. It is "Paint It Black". This is the best of the bonus tunes and shows the Stones great writing ability. They pegged this tune in the late 1960s with the "Flower Power" days and of course, Brian, the multi-instrumentalist, learned to play sitar better than George Harrison did. Anyway this tune still sounds fantastic today!

This is a must have DVD for all Scorsese, Stones, Rock or Blues or Film fans. Great price, great production, good history and a personal feel that we always get from Martin's films. This will be a classic in years to come.』

(Shine A Light - Rolling Stones)
『The DVD was shipped promly and arrived seven days before it was supposed too. It was packaged properly and it was in excellent codition. I would definitely buy another product from Amazon.』

(exciting)
『Never a dull moment with this video, which is not surprising considering who made it. Loved seeing the filmaker throughout, and enjoyed the backstage moments. It's a keeper all right.』

(Satisfaction Indeed)
『This film begins with a farcical look at preparations for the upcoming Beacon Theatre show in New York but once the Stones storm the stage it's all about the music. From the opening notes of Jumping Jack Flash it's clear this music is in their blood. Whether it's Ronny's machine gunning the audience with the neck of his guitar. Or, the anger in Mick's face when he burst on stage ripping into Jumping Jack Flash, everything about this band says "let's go!"
While it's mostly lesser known '70's era songs, there are the '60's classics as well. Sadly, the most recent release is '83's "She was Hot", with Ms. Lisa Fischer and Mick gyrating wildly to this song. It's much better live.
The three cameos are good. Jack White is adequate. But it's Buddy Guy and Christina Aguilera stealing the show. During Guy's cameo, "Champagne and Reefer", we see Keith and Buddy's duelling guitar act. Then, Ronnie on third guitar and Mick on harmonica, all four legends standing in a circle, toe to toe tearing the house down. Ms. Aguilera surprisingly belts out the duet on "Live with Me" that should make any queen of soul proud.
The Beacon Theatres' intimacy is magnified during "Far Away Eyes", when Keith botches the lyrics and a fan ribs him. He laughs back "Shut up". Fans should watch for several instances of clever reworking of some lyrics. The preacher in Far Away Eyes now asks for twenty dollars, up from ten. Inflation I guess.
Martin Scorese's best known rock documentary is "The Last Waltz". It was the final performance of Dylan's former touring band, "The Band" in 1976. His latest foray into rock documentaries is a resounding success. He does a wonderful job interweaving obscure ancient clips of interviews and performances of the Stones, bringing perspective to their amazing longevity.
The last song of the encore is "Satisfaction". Near the end it sounds as if Charlie is about to lift the song onto a new level and continue to rock on, but it turns out to be a classy way to end a classic. Satisfaction indeed.』

(Ya gotta admire these guys' energy ...)
『... but geez, they're looking OLD. Mick Jagger was born the same year I was, and he has ten times the energy I do, but I have to say their act is getting a bit tired. As others have noted, this is an "oldies" concert, with nary a new song in the mix. Mick's duets with Buddy Guy and Christina Aguilera add a bit of freshness, and Keith Richards' uncanny resemblance to Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp reportedly based his character on Richards) is entertaining as well. A fun time overall.

『Widescreen Rated PG 13. Academy Award-winning filmmaker Martin Scorsese and the world's greatest Rock'N' Roll band, The Rolling Stones, unite to bring audiences the year's most extraordinary film event, Shine A Light. With special appearances by Christina Aguilera, Jack White and Buddy Guy, and four Rolling Stones performances not seen in theaters, Shine A Light is a must-own for Rock'N'Roll fans across generations. 5.1 Dolby Digital (English, Spanish, French), Behind the scenes featurette, plus four music videos (Undercover Of The Night, Paint It Black, Little T And A, I'm Free)』
『Martin Scorsese leaps into the madness of the Rolling Stones’ organization inShine a Light, barely controlling (in a most entertaining way) a documentary that culminates in the Stones’ best concert on film. The movie’s highly entertaining, pre-performance prologue finds a frazzled Scorsese trying to get a clue about the band’s plans for a very special New York City date in 2006, a benefit hosted by Bill and Hillary Clinton. While Mick Jagger quibbles over concepts for thestage’s set and peruses lists of possible songs to include in the show, Scorsese tries to figure out how to shoot something for which he has few production details. Everything falls into place eventually, and after an extraordinary meet-and-greet scene in which Jagger, Keith Richards, Ron Wood, and Charlie Watts catch up with the Clintons and sweetly introduce themselves to Hillary’s mom, the Stones launch into a set that leans less heavily than usual on their greatest hits canon. Longtime fans are sure to appreciate the wealth of generally-untapped material fromLet It Bleed("You Got the Silver," "Live With Me"),Exile On Main Street("All Down the Line," "Loving Cup"), andSome Girls("Faraway Eyes," "Just My Imagination"). Jack White, Christina Aguilera, and Buddy Guy are on hand for memorable collaborations, but the Stones all alone are truly on fire in the relatively intimate setting of a small theater. Among the highlights is a sexy and even thrilling call-and-response between Jagger and ace backup singer Lisa Fischer on "She Was Hot," Richards’ gracious and expansive solo on "Connection," and Jagger’s witty take on "Some Girls" (which manages to skip over the controversial verse about "black girls"). Throughout the show, Scorsese and an army of camera operators cover the action from every conceivable angle, which results not so muchin another hyperkinetic concert film but rather in the kind of graceful, flattering portrayal of a great band that the director mastered withThe Last Waltz.--Tom Keogh

(Same Bad Video as Previously Published)
『If I could give this "No Stars", I would. Please do not be fooled (like I was) about the publication date being different from the previous History Channel video about Model "T". This is the same old DVD with some added commentary from sociologists about Henry Ford - most of it an over-simplification - and the same grainy, ugly, black and white footage of old cars, most of them NOT Model T's. The only thing good I can say about this video is that it's short. Surely with these cars still being so popular as restoration projects, and fun to drive antiques, the time has come for someone to do a realy nice, accurate, good quality video on these great cars?』

(Not Quite Hitchcock, but very intriguing plot twists)
『`killing words', a film in Spanish, directed by Laura Mana, is a psychological mystery with perhaps just a few pretensions to emulate the mystery thrillers of the great Alfred Hitchcock.

The film begins giving the impression that our main character is a serial killer whose last victim was an unknown elderly woman, a recent victim was flayed before being murdered, and that the current victim is a young woman with whom the perp is toying with tales of earlier kills and current terrors.

The plot is enriched when we discover that the male perp is a highly respected professor of Aesthetics, highlighted when the police chief inspector confuses this discipline with the sister philosophic study of Ethics, a different subject altogether, and certainly not likely to be the discipline of a true serial killer.

The police bring our seeming perp in for questioning, where we learn, on the side, that the Spanish legal system is as touchy as our own on the rights of the accused, so the police don't arrest our potential killer right off, but simply question him on the basis of a rather damning amount of circumstantial evidence.

The story gets even more interesting when we discover that the reason for the police interest is the disappearance of the perp's divorced wife, and the plot thickens when we learn that the most recent victim is none other than this wife, who obtained her divorce by, according to Senor perp, lying about an affair between the professor and one of his male students.

The title comes from the word game where one player starts out with a word and their opponent must came a word which begins with the same syllable as the ending of the previous word. The rationale for the game is pretty vague, and why it deserves to give its name to the whole film is not convincing, except that the playing out of the game occupies most of the middle of the film.

This may be something of a subtle point, but I'm pleased with the fact that the perp is a professor of Aesthetics, the study of the meaning of beauty. The convoluted plot (I have not even come close to giving away the best part) certainly has the earmarks of someone who appreciates complicated and artistically composed stories, which serve as the smoke screen to the perp's real intentions and crimes.

This has no director's commentary, not even in Spanish, let alone in English, so one of my main interests for foreign DVDs is missing. The element of terror is small compared to even Hitchcock's masterpiece, `Psycho'. And, one misses the connections in the word game unless your ear for Spanish is much better than mine.

But, the twists and turns of the plot do hold a fair amount of interest, as soon as you realize that things are not at all as they seem.

Good for at least one spin on the old DVD!

(Very clever and highly suspenseful!)
『Killing Words is an exceptionally well-done killer suspense that continuously leaves the viewer waiting and wondering while twists and turns cleverly unfold. One is left unsure of the killer's motives, manners, and whether or how much can the viewer believe him...Did he really commit horrific crimes that he said he did? Would he really pluck the eyes of his captive victim with a spoon? Were his mother's and ex-wife's accusations against him true?

The movie weaves intricately to the past and present during the killer's interrogation with detectives about the disappearance of his ex-wife. We soon learn the psychiatrist is his ex-wife and the two endured an ugly divorce.

A seemingly normal teacher with a dark underside kidnaps a young psychiatrist, ties her to a chair in his unique basement and taunts and threatens to kill her. He is bent on playing a chain word game with her and the consequences can be fatal for her if she loses.

Casting of Dario Grandinetti (Ramon) was excellent; he was so convincing as the evil and demented man. He so looked the part that was without much effort. What is ironic is that Grandinetti, (Ramon) has been in Almodovar's "Talk to Her" as Marco, a gentle caring man who looked the role.

The 2003 Spanish film, although very suspenseful doesn't rely on extreme violence or gore, the core is in the ability to keep the viewer in sheer suspense. It works.......MzRizz

(Move over Hitchcock)
『Five stars to this brilliant Spanish suspense film! Things are not always what they seem as the story unfolds and numerous motivations and twists are revealed.

On the surface, Ramon is a normal guy. He teaches philosophy at the University by day and cares for his aging mother by night. But he has also been nurturing a bitter hatred for his ex-wife, Laura. She lied during their divorce trial, convincing the judge that Ramon was abusive and sexually deviant. Now he wants revenge.

Ramon kidnaps Laura and hides her in his basement. He has worked out an elaborate scheme to convince Laura that her lies have broken him, that he has become psychotic. Does he just want to make her confess that she lied about him, or are his plans more deadly?

Laura is a psychiatrist. Ramon challenges her to "cure" him. He demands their therapy session include a children's word game If she wins, she goes free. If she loses, he can do as he pleases with her. Between rounds of the game, he shows her a series of home videos he has made describing murders he may have committed. In the tapes he explains that each victim is practice for his ultimate prey...Laura. Has he really committed these crimes? Does he want her dead? Or is his goal to make up for his years of anguish by giving her a good dose of psychological torture in return?

The story is told in a series of flashbacks. We see Ramon making his tapes. We see the interaction between Ramon and Laura in the basement. We see the police questioning Ramon as the prime suspect in Laura's disappearance.

The acting is brilliant. Dario Grandinetta is both chilling and pathetic as the man who doesn't understand what happened to his marriage. Goya Toledo does an excellent job of alternately displaying terror and contempt for her ex-husband. Fernando Guillen is the Comisario trying to figure out what exactly happened.

The movie is stylish and absorbing. This is a story that will keep you guessing until the end.』

『A distinguished professor and seemingly normal man, Ramon, keeps a tidy basement– carefully hidden from the outside world. In this basement, he’s given his "forced guest", Laura, the option of playing a word game with him. If she wins, he’ll set her free. If he wins, she loses big. She may be his prisoner, but she’s a formidable opponent…even with her hands tied.』

(yoga for beginners)
『Yoga For Beginners I Have two disk lower back that are bad. I have been three DR's no help and then went to a rheumatism and she send me to a real Back Dr and he stated if I do the surgery there is a 40% you will be worst. But, this DVD has helped my core back to be not in pain. I'm 5'7" and 135# and 53 years or age. If I can not have a surgery I'm better off. So, good for me and good for the DVD and Barbara Benagh for helping me thru the pain. And of course finding the the right Doctors to treat the pain and encourage me to do core back exercise to help my pain. Quess what it helped and do yourself the same.』

(Nice Beginner Program)
『This is my first yoga DVD and so far I don't think I could have made a better choice.

The length of the routines in the Getting Started section are all about 20-30 minutes. The instruction is really clear and the routines move at a comfortable pace. After about 3 weeks of using this DVD twice a week for about a half hour I started finding that that my body is able to do a little more each time and it's starting to really come together for me.

Remember to not skip the interview. You'll get some great info about the instructors approach and about yoga in general.』

(Very Nice)
『I borrowed a few videos from my sister. This was one I liked enough to get my own copy. I've enjoyed the variety of routines it offers. Different lengths and focusing on different things like hips, backbends, strength and others. This is a very nicely done video. Good, clear instruction, lots of variety and a lovely beach setting.』

(Men Do Yoga)
『My wife has been trying to get me to do yoga. I'm not the yoga type I told her I'd try a couple of her DVDs and see what I thought. I'll admit it, I was wrong about yoga. Half an hour in and I was hooked by how it made me feel. I started slowly, twice a week and have been sticking to it now for 4 months or so. Wish I'd listened to her earlier because I can see the added flexibility and different kind of conditioning really started helping me in my golf game, softball and other things like that.』

(I'm hooked on yoga now!)
『I wanted to give yoga a try for help in flexibility,so I purchased this DVD, and it has far exceeded my expectations. I think it will help me with flexibility( I've only had it a week),but it has helped me, surprisingly enough, in relaxing. I think the mental health benefits will outweigh the physical benefits for me. One routine in particular, "a gentle unwind" has been just wonderful. In fact, I've just ordered Barbara's "Yoga for Stress Relief" because this routine came from that DVD. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants physical activity that is truly relaxing and calming.』

(A great match to study)
『This match is one of my favorites to study for many resons. Borg's ability to hold out on the baseline on grass was unbelievable when you
consider the number of attacking players around at the time. In this case,
Vitas would be the classic attacking player against a great baseliner. Even though Borg did work on and develope a fairly reliable net game, he rarely if ever looked comfortable up there. If anything, I think his fitness was the main reason he was able to hold out for so long on a surface that didn't really suit his game. Being able to hold out for 5 sets&play at the top or near top of his game was certainly a reason for his sucess. He showed this clearly in the last set of this match, and it's for that reason I feel he won. There were few if any low points in the entire match and the competion from both sides was fierce. Plus, there are a number of great and just plain fun points, to say nothinig of one of the most funny moments when Borg, attempting to run around his backhand to hit a forehand return of serve, actually runs into Vitas' Kick delivery. However, you can, I think, see even here one of the reasons why McEnroe was able to finally defeat him. If you watch the rallies, you often see Borg bobbing up and back during a baseline rally, rarely moving forward to take a ball early unless he was moving in to the net. Watch Vitas and you'll see him forced back, but often he's moving forward to hit the ball even if he's not on his way into the net. Still amazing to watch Borg develope into a 5-time Champion. And what might have happened had he worked on taking more balls earlier from the baseline rather than constantly pulling back? This isn't a match to be missed and I consider it one of the best examples of the Baseliner VS the Attacking style.』

(Gerulaitus vs. Borg)
『First-rate tennis match, presented with near ideal picture and sound. This was the match of Gerulaitis' life. And, if anyone still wonders why Borg is considered one of the tennis greats, this is a good place to start. There are not many matches worth studying, but this is one of them. The unfolding of the play--the drama--remains gripping, even though we already know the outcome. A must for players and fans alike.』
『There have been many legendary encounters during the illustrious history of Wimbledon, none more so than the men¹s semi-final match between Bjorn Borg and Vitas Gerulaitis in 1977.

Seeded number 8, Vitas Gerulaitis was up against his long time friend and practice partner, Bjorn Borg, seeded number 2 and also the defending champion.

In 1976, at the age of 20, Borg won his first of five Championships, without losing a single set. In 1977, he had been taken the full distance as early as the 2nd round by Mark Edmondson.

Reaching the semi-final, Borg took the advantage by breaking service in the opening games, forcing himself ahead of Gerulaitis, who then responded by drawing level. Tied at 2 sets all, Gerulaitis broke service in the fifth game, to lead no longer than one game as Borg displayed his champion¹s caliber when he broke service and then went on to win the fifth game set 8-6.

Borg¹s defeat of Gerulaitis was considered to be the outstanding match of the Championship. It was an enthralling contest of the highest quality, played at a lighterning pace and it held the rapt attention of the Centre Court for three hours and remained in the memory of many, long after its conclusion.』

How are these DVDs different from other yoga DVDs?

I was drawn to working with Bodywisdommedia because they produce DVDs they are interactive. Rather than a "one size fits all" single routine that is typical of most products, these DVDs offer choice, allowing the user to customize and change their yoga practice to suit their needs. No two persons are the same so the ability to change your practice - easing shoulder tension one day and an invigorating morning wake up the next - come as close as possible to allowing you to address your individual needs at home. Not only do people have different physical needs, but they have different time constraints as well. If you have only 20 minutes, there is a practice for you but there are longer practices as well (some as long as 90 minutes) that address the total body/mind connection. The sheer number of yoga sequences offered on each of these DVDs is a first. They are incredibly comprehensive.

How were you able to get the Dalai Lama involved?

This project dovetailed perfectly with the Dalai Lama's message that modern stress is one of the greatest obstacles to our mental happiness and physical wellbeing. Because we are long-time sincere practitioners, having a 30-minute lecture of the Dalai Lama teaching how to meditate on theYoga for Stress ReliefDVD was a perfect fit. Bodywisdommedia also has a broader relationship with the Office of Tibet and are releasing historic lectures with "A Path to Happiness" being the first one.

How will potential buyers of these DVDs know which one is right for them?

The titles are very indicative of what appears on the DVD and therefore a good guide. I really enjoyed makingYoga for Stress Reliefbecause it is incredibly relevant. We strove to make the sequences accessible to as many people as possible, whether they are a beginner or long time practitioner.Yoga for Beginnersis a great, non-threatening place to get started and includes lots of sound technique developed over my 30 years as a yoga teacher.Power Yoga for Every Bodyis a bit more challenging taking you from the beginning level and gradually progressing to much more demanding routines.』
