The drawer opens in the buffet table, the tablecloth and chair covers are removeable, and there are several food pieces (cupcake tower, tea set, etc.). It also has much nicer colors and fabrics than the other sets.
Other reviewers that have said more chairs would be nice, but I would take that a step further. A long rectangle table with room for the family would be more fun.』

IPhone 3G used's review (Takes a lot of space) 『This is a cute nursery which consists of bassinets with attached spinning mobiles for the twins, a changing table with lights and music and a rocking chair. The Grand dollhouse I have for my grandchildren is furnished except for the attic. These pieces do not really fit there because they are so high you are unable to make use of the floor space - everything bumps into the edge of the roof. These must have been designed for the Twin Time dollhouse which looks like it has higher attic ceilings. So I like the Grand dollhouse, like the nursery, but I would have looked for a different nursery had I known the bassinets and/or changing table were too tall to really work in this attic.』
(Ugly, But Fun) 『Of the three premium sets available (kitchen, dining room, nursery), this one is the lamest. It is ugly and looks like they are still using the same mold and paint from the mid-90s. It lacks fun details found in the other premium sets and even in some of the basic sets.
That said, it is one of my daughter's favorite sets. She loves the glider chair that is the same style as her grandma's and uses it to have the grandma doll rock the babies to sleep. She tucks the babies in and changes their diaper.
The diaper changing table plays music and lights up. There is definite product placement with the aquarium mobile on the diaper changing table, but maybe that adds to the fun if it is just like their younger siblings?
The bassinets do not have blankets and you have to spin the mobiles with your hand. Weeeee.』 『Taking care of baby twins is a lot of fun, especially with all the right nursery gear! At first our son just loved to have us build towers for him to knock down. Then he enjoyed figuring out how to nest the cups into each other. Finally he mastered building the entire tower himself, when the finished tower was even taller than he was!』

At first, when all the buckets were inside each other, he ignored it and when to a similar building toy. When I showed he how he could stack the buckets end on end and be taller than himself, interest peaked. He knocked then down and with help built them up and knocked them down several times with much delight. The bucket he carried around with him all day. It is a strong toy with many different possibilities of play.
