(3 year nephew loves it) 『I bought this for my 3.5 year old nephew, and paid about twice what amazon is charging for it (I bought it at the bus terminal in manhattan, so prices were high) and yet I didn't think it was overpriced even at that level. So the current amazon price is a real bargain.
This is just an incredible toy. The head is very well detailed, plush, and it has beautiful eyes. I really marveled at how nicely done the horse was, considering that this is a toy. It looked more like a soft sculpture. The sound works great - clear and loud enough to hear well. When you press the horse's ear, there's a galloping noise and then the horse neighs and snorts. If you don't want sound to be an option, you don't have to put batteries in. The child will never know the difference, since there's no visible switch.
Top quality, and my nephew loves it - galloping with it all around the house. I imagine it will be something he'll keep into his adulthood - it has that lifetime/nostalgia quality to it. I highly recommend this, and can't believe the bargain pricing. My parents (my nephew's grandparents) assumed I paid over $[...] for it. There's no room for improvement in this toy. The crane is not created to be able to grab the train using the magnets that the crane and the trains have. So my child have to put the trains in the bed manually. The rest is OK』

The only problem I have with it is the red end of the magnetic crane is not very strong, therefore not functional as advertised. However, you can fit trains as long as Gordon on the flatbed, and that is what my son loves best: being able to haul another train on the flatbed...he also likes moving the crane up and down.』
