My 6 year old twins love doing the online games, and I am very pleased with the educational value of the Quizzy's Corner question series. It has a multitude of topics, organized by age. They are also learning a bit of math as they shop, winning virtual cash and spending it.

I enjoy the games as well, and no longer have the urge to purchase a gaming system. This online arcade meets our entertainment needs, without any additional hardware required. Plus, the toy animals are cute, and get played with too.』

『I bought this for my daughter's 2nd birthday since she wasn't real good at using the original viewmaster. She loves being able to see and hear all the wonderful slides we have.』

『We had high hopes for this product and were left with a "so-so" feeling about it. The actual projection on the wall is very small. We bought the SpongeBob, Cars and Dinosaurs catridges to go with it, and although they do make noise, they dont have any kind of dialogue or tell any kind of story. Just sound effects for each frame which turn out to be pretty boring. It is an easy toy to operate though. My 5 year old does it by herself.』

『My twin 3yr. olds received this as a present several weeks ago. Once we figured out how to adjust the picture (turn the red part), it became their new favorite toy. They want to play with it all the time and even take turns picking the reel and pressing the buttons. We have the TOY STORY - Super Sounds Cartridge with 3 Talking ViewMaster Reels and Super Sounds Safari Reels in addition to the one it came with that make noise. The noises are really not that special, just a funny sound or one line from the movie, but the boys love them. It is a nice change to hear them asking to watch this toy instead of a movie. As for durability, ours has been dropped, thrown, and tripped over and still works fine. I am looking forward to acquiring new reels, though. "To infinity and beyond" has gotten old in my book - but not in theirs!』

『My son just received this projector for his 3rd birthday. He has really enjoyed it. It is very kid friendly, and he can set it up and work it all by himself, which is really nice. The only complaint I have is that the sound part is pretty uninteresting. It only says like one or two words, and I don't think that it is worth the extra money to buy the super sounds slide reels. Fortunately, the projector will work with any of the viewmaster slides. My son doesn't seem to care, so we will just continue to use the projector with the regular slides.』

『This toy is collectionable. It hasnt all the fancy details that the deluxe Batman has but its still pretty impressive. Action Cape Batman really did a hit to millions of kids all over the world as his amazing new features!』

『the sculpt is good, nice detail in the Batsuit, and decent Christian Bale likeness. the nylon-like glider cape retracts into the figure's back when you crank Batman's left arm and pops out for cool effect when you press on his stomach. his other arm is spring-loaded at the shoulder to throw the Batarang accessory the figure comes with. sadly, since both arms are needed to perform a special action feature, they aren't very poseable. the pop-out cape feature duplicates the scene from the trailer where Batman does a freefall off a building, assumedly releasing his glider cape to soar across Gotham. but Batman fans will miss the billowing cloth cape this figure lacks.

kids will like the action features and some collectors eager for TDK merch might pick these up to add to their collection, but more picky collectors are better off waiting until the 14-inch Ultimate Batman comes out in late May.』

『Previous reviewer had problems with this being too large, our problem was too small. The description lists ages up to 10 yrs old. Only if they are short 10 yr olds! After putting this together, my 7 yr old daughter could not ride it since her knees hit the handlebars. Look closely at the picture, and you can see why this boy needs knee pads! There was minimumal adjustment for size, so is difficult to get a correct fit.』

『The Street Monster seems to be well built. We had to have a rear tire replaced due to a defective one that didn't turn correctly. The company sent us one at no charge. We love the rubber front tire but wish the rear tires weren't just plastic. We needed to adjust the brakes and had to call the company for info since nothing about brakes was in the manuel. Our granddaughter loves the tricycle although it makes a very loud squeaking sound when ridden. WD-40 did nothing for the squeak. All in all the tricycle is fun and the hand brake works very well.

『Well-built toy. Easy to assemble with supplied tools. Here's the problem, its really too small for a 4 year old. My son just turned 4 and got this for his birthday. He was super excited but even with the seat on its closest position he can't even come close to reaching the pedals when they are positioned away from him. We even tried a set of 1 inch pedal blocks but they made it harder to pedal. He was quite disappointed by this. My son is a larger than average 4 year old (75th percentile for height) and if he can't use the toy its probably too small for most 4 year olds. Wait until your kids are older before buying this toy.』

『I purchased 2 of these items for my 3 year old Grandson for his 3rd birthday. He loved them so much, he had to put it right on and run around Chucky Cheese talking to Diego on the phone that came in the kit. He also wants to wear it for Halloween. The purpose of buying 2 was so he could have one at home and one at MeMe&PawPaws. For us it was money well spent just for the look on his face when he is playing with it.』

『The vest is a bit flimsy, but the toys are fun and my 3 1/2 year old loves playing dress-up with it. I used some sticky back velcro to help the toys stay on the vest and to help the vest stay closed in front. It was great as his Haloween costume.』

『First off, yes, the vest runs small. Second, because it is the thinnest, cheapest nylon, with velcro on the sides (adjustable that way, I guess), it easily gets twisted and all the velcro is caught up with itself, and my son (4) needs help straightening it out. It is VERY difficult for a child to clip the tools on to the little loops, as well, so the vest has been tossed aside. The "canteen"? A TOTAL waste- it is a round piece of plastic. It doesn't open, so you can't even pack a bit of water for them. That got tossed aside. The cell-phone looking thing works alright- he plays with it occasionally, but the phrase repertoire is limited, so in retrospect, I bought this junk for the binoculars, which are cute, and easy to look through because it's actually one wide opening, and my son likes those, so if you want to pay for those, then have at it.』

He had fun pretending to be Diego, and cliping all of the accessories onto the vest. He especially liked the talking phone. The vest is very lightweight and doesn't have a way to close it in the front, but if you keep in mind that it is a toy, not an article of clothing, I think you will be happy with it.』

『My daughter got this for her 4th birthday. She really likes the Mariposa story. The doll, however, is not as popular. The wings fell off when we took her out of the box and while we can set them back on gently, with a small plastic butterfly on the back of the doll but, they fall off at the slightest wiggle. I don't know if this is a design problem or just bad luck.』

『Hi there!
Okay so another review from me for the Mariposa line.
This is a really nice little doll that we have here. She's got all of the same styling as the doll with the larger wings, from the fabric dress to the flower head band. Again she is a bit smaller than a regular barbie doll, however I do like this due to the fact that it seems more appropriate for a fairy. They are supposed to be delicate and other worldly and this doll conveys that mysterious nature well. Like the big doll she has the rare feature of brown eyes and that will make her a valuable collectors peice in time. As for the durablity of this doll, shes a lot better for a younger doll fan who will be playing with her more than a grown up barbie fan. Still she is also good for the collector being a truly beautiful doll. A few words of warning, the wings are made of felxible plastic and do pop on and off, however a bit of patiance and wiggleing are reqiuered. The dress and shoes are removeable as well, but her head band is stiched to her so its better if you leave it be.
Over all a good doll for kids to play with and adults to collect, not a bad buy for the money.

『I was actually very impressed when I got this doll for my daughter. Mariposa has an actual figure. She's fairly well proportioned, unlike the older Barbies. Of course that means that the old clothes don't fit quite right on these, or more precisely the Mariposa clothes will not fit on older dolls. At all. Not that it's much of a problem.
Overall it's a very pretty doll. She has a real dress, unlike the Rayna, Rayla, and Willa dolls which only have skirts and painted on bodices. She also comes with shoes which they don't have either. I have yet to get Mariposa's wings off but who really wants butterfly wings wandering loose around the house anyway? I was also pleasantly surprised that the glitter on the wings doesn't come off. After much handling it's all still there. So overall, a very nice doll at a very good price.』

『First of all, don't beleive one of the previous reviewer who said the wings didn't remove - they are removable. And they are attached quite well so they won't fall off.

Overall, this doll is very pretty. Unlike Rayna and Rayla, she has fair skin and her outfit is removable. I wanted to add Mariposa to my collection of fairies but didn't want to buy the one with big wings as I don't have much space in the room so it would be not easy to display her, and couldn't find this one... But finally she's here.
All the dolls of Mariposa line have very beautiful packages, so I quite understand the kid who keeps her in box.

The only thing that dissappointed me a bit is her hair, it's rooted not quite well and she ocassionally looses hair. I had the same problem with Fairytopia Dandelion, however with Rayla everything is OK, that's why I expected better quality. And her hairstyle is not quite durable: the piece of thread which holds the fringe on the right is not fixed well. It doesn't really matter for a collector like me, but children who are going to play with her a lot can find it dissappointing too.

She Is a Strong Swimmer
The doll is constructed of hard plastic with fully posable limbs and a head that turns 360 degrees. Embedded on the front of the doll are two very small sensors that, as soon as they touch water, cause the arms and legs to move. Baby Born is a vigorous swimmer; she moves her arms in full circles while kicking her legs.

The design of this toy is excellent: The doll keeps her face out of the water and remains afloat as if she's actually swimming. Her clothing is bright and cheerful, and her pink nylon bathing suit dries quickly after removal.

A matching sequined mermaid skirt (it covers her feet in a split fishtail) matches the bathing suit and gives her an outfit to wear when she's not in the water. Her accessories include flip-flops, sunglasses, and a headband. A small problem with the doll's sunglasses is that they fall off easily and don't fit properly across her nose.

She Swims Fast, but Not Far
For ideal balance, the manufacturer recommends holding the doll underwater until all the air bubbles disappear through the holes in her back. However, the doll's performance was excellent even without removing the excess air. In the event your three-year-old forgets the air-removal step, the doll should swim fine and evenly, without becoming unbalanced or listing to one side.

For optimum results, it's best to have enough water in the tub (or pool) so the doll's legs can kick freely without coming into contact with a hard surface. Touching the bottom of the tub can cause her to swim crookedly. This, however, is not an issue with adequate water levels.

Though the doll's form is excellent and she really does resemble a swimmer, she doesn't actually travel--a positive thing in general because it's the doll's activity that will appeal to your child, not the number of laps Baby Born completes. One minor quirk is that the motor powering this doll is very loud.
