IPhone 3G used's review (Never gets old) 『My son has had this since he was two, and he still loves it at almost four. His friends also love it--the key is to get them to turn it off when they are done playing, because they love to let it run. A wonderful value.』
(Great for a short while...) 『My son was very interested and curious about these. Then all the magnets ended up in his toy box and all over the house. He finds the gears interesting by themselves. The main unit is still on the fridge. He'll turn them on (I purchased two sets) and leave. It was a fun toy for... oh ... about a week. I'm still glad I got it though. It really kept his attention even if it was for a short time.』
(So Much Fun) 『My 19 month-old LOVES this toy! She plays for hours with it! I have given it as a gift to many of my friends children and they love it too. It is not only fun, but educational too. Kids have to figure out how the pieces fit together to move.』
(The Gears) 『Fun item for a wide range of ages. It's been a hit with 1 year olds and 6 year olds. It also appeals to boys and girls alike. We had it on our fridge for the longest time and then moved it to the radiator cover in our sons bedroom. It's a great toy to have on hand for spur of the moment gift giving. It's reasonably priced and unique.』
(Fun and engaging.... for a limited time.) 『I ordered 2 of these, one for my son and one to give away as a gift. My son is almost 2. He was very interested at first, and figured out how to use it quickly. Unfortunately the one I opened for him does not work in forward and reverse. It only worked in one direction out of the packaging, which was disappointing. I contacted the seller- no response. I contacated TOMY corp and they quickly replied to offer an exchange. At my expense I mailed it to them and I am waiting for the replacement. Meanwhile, I took the 2nd one out of the package - works both forward and reverse. But now my son is "over it". I would reccommend this for younger ages. Fun to watch and then as they get older they can figure it out.』 『These 6 amusing, clever magnets fascinate kids! Turn on the battery powered main gear and stick it to any magnetic surface. Continue adding the other 5 gears and watch as they flop, twirl, and turn. It's mesmerizing magnetic mechanics. Each gear has a magnetic back, and is useable on all magnetic surfaces. Post notes, your child's artwork, or other important paper with flair and fun! Requires 1 AA battery. Ages 3 and up.』

Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (david loves this game!!!!) 『My 5-year-old says this is his favorite Leapster game - and he has several. He loves math so it's a hit with him. He can play this game on long car trips and the trips don't seem so long. If your child enjoys math, numbers and counting - they will enjoy this game.』
(Great fun&education for my 5 year old!) 『This is my 5-year old daughter's favorite Leapster game! Great fun for her, and it has really improved her math abilities. The LMAX function allowing us to hook it to the TV when at home makes it better for educational interaction with us (mom&dad). Also, it's really helpful keeping her occupied in restaurants and during car rides; giving mom&dad some much needed peace (&we don't feel too bad b/c she is getting an educational benefit out of it!).』
(Fun AND Educational) 『Out of the 6 games we purchased, this is definitely my 4-year old's favorite game. He got it 2 months ago for Christmas and still plays it for literally hours at a time. The great thing about most of the Leapster games is that they are fun as well as educational, and this game is one of the best in my opinon as far as teaching kids educational things while still being entertaining enough for them to keep an interest in it.
3 Levels of difficulty is a nice option, because it allows the child to get more use out of the game. Once they've mastered learning the digits and counting single digits, they can move on to double-digits and adding, subtracting, etc. Also teaches how to write the numbers which I thought was a nice bonus.
GREAT educational and FUN game, especially for children who normally lose interest in things rather quickly.』
(Not as much fun as Letters on the Loose) 『This is a great game for learning basic numbers and math. However, my daughter does not really play with it much. She says it's not as fun as Letters on the Loose. And, I agree with her. So, I am a little disappointed by that.』
(Good learning tool for preschoolers) 『I bought this game for my daughter who just turned 5 and got the L-Max for Christmas. She loves playing this game, and in addition to helping her master number recognition, this game helps her motor skills and hand/eye coordination. My daughter (who is very active) will sit quietly and play this game for long stretches at a time, allowing me to finish whatever project I'm working on. I feel good knowing she's learning and not just being babysat by technology. This was a really good purchase for my family.』 『Join Zero as he travels through three wacky, side-scrolling game worlds to help his number friends. Learn numbers, counting, addition and subtraction, and plug into the TV for even more learning fun! For use with the Leapster Learning System or Leapster L-Max Learning Game System, each sold separately.』

Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (Great learning toy) 『I bought this for my one year old, but my toddler likes it too. It is great at teaching colors, the alphabet, sounds, and playing fun music.』
(Alphabet Pal review) 『My son got this for his 1st birthday. He is now 18 months old. It hasn't kept his attention for long, but he plays with it for a little while almost every day. He likes to change the settings from saying the letters, to the letter sounds, to the colors, to music. The music setting keeps his attention the longest.
This toy has definitely gotten mixed reviews and I can see why. The voice is annoying (yet it doesn't bother me) and the string is too short for a walking toddler to pull. My son likes to pull the string just to hear the alphabet song.
I am happy he received this toy. He has had fun figuring out what all the different button do and shaking it by the string.
My husband and I have had fun trying to trick it into saying bad words, but we haven't found too many that work. So it's fun for all ages! :)
I would recommend this toy to anyone who isn't bothered easily by toys that make noise.
p.s. I think Oedipus is the little bug on Alphabet Pal's back.』
(favorite toy) 『My son was not yet 2 years old when I found him singing his ABCs along with this toy. It had not even occurred to me to teach him this yet, but apparently I didn't need to, because as much as he played with this toy, he had taught himself!』
(I hate this toy!!!) 『We got this as a gift. Baby (12mo) loves it, pushes the button on the back or sets music off with the legs and bounces up and down, quite pleased. But the volume control is on the back, easy access for the child, and when the legs are touched (pretty sensitive), a new song/sound is set off. So it's a constant change of song and it's loud and soooo annoying. Can't imagine it's really all that educational. There are other educational toys out there that are less irritating for the parents. When pulled, legs don't move or anything, pretty boring. Get this for the child of a parent you don't like!』
(So many great functions on one toy) 『This is great, there are so many musical tunes and it teaches colors, letter names and sounds. it also has a feature when if the child tries to spell out a bad word it giggles and interupts the word. Very cute. So far my husband&I have only found one that they missed. My 1o month son loves all the different tunes and already remembers where is favorites are. He loves to pull the string to make other songs start and watch the anntenas light up. he also rolls it like a car toy. While the sting is too short to use effectively as a pull toy, even for a baby's height, i can see where they went on the side of caution to avoid potential strangling』 『Here's a learning toy that offers kids a wonderful, interactive introduction to the world of letters, sounds, and colors. Alphabet Pal features several ways to play--pull the string and, antennae flashing, the jolly green caterpillar rolls happily along singing the alphabet song. When one of the caterpillar's 26 multicolored alphabet legs is pressed, kids hear the name of that color, letter, or letter sound depending on which mode they choose. Best of all, Alphabet Pal is a parent's friend, too--it's not too loud and turns off by itself when idle. It comes with three demonstration batteries, which should be replaced with regular AA batteries. Made of durable plastic, the toy is 7 by 11.5 inches long.--Marianne Painter』 『Press one of his 26 feet and listen as your caterpillar Alphabet Pal says the letter, makes the sound or says the color printed on that foot. He's loads of fun to learn with. Features 3 function modes, light-up antennae, cheerful ABC songs, fun wobbly caterpillar walk. Plus, he doubles as a pull-toy.
This mentally nutritious learning toy from Leap Frog, a trusted name in children's educational play, encourages exploration and creativity while teaching important developmental skills such as language development, reasoning skills, perceptual skills and motor skills. Children can experiment with movement while seated, standing, or walking. Alphabet Pal provides children a fun opportunity for imaginative, self-directed play. Alphabet Pal measures 12 inches long.』

Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (Great for learning shapes and colors) 『My daughter got this for her first birthday and it helped her to quickly identify shapes and colors. I love all of Melissa and Doug's products and this product is no exception. It is great because the pieces are so chunky and easy for a small child to manipulate.』
(My 15 mo old knows her shapes!) 『I purchased this puzzle for our 15 month old little girl. I thought that would give her visual and tactile learning of shapes. The puzzle is very colorful and it is great that they can pick up those chunky pieces and manipulate them. Thanks to this puzzle, in about 2 weeks she knew all of those shapes. It is just amazing. Now at almost 2, she still plays with it and is so proud of herself, always asking me to tell her to pick a shape. Or she will just pick some herself and will name them for me. Great product!』
(jury is still out) 『Got this for a 16-month old girl. she played with it over the course of a few days and it's been sitting in the corner since. I'm hopeful she'll pick it back up randomly like she does with many toys. She quickly picked up on which shapes go where, but her dexterity isn't always good enough to "lock" the pieces into place.』
(good solid wooden puzzle) 『my 2 y.o. managed to work this puzzle right out of the box, so it doesn't provide a long stretch of play, but still finds it interesting and it's great to practice that eye/brain coordination. it's built well so it should last a while. we lost the rectangle, but it should be easy enough for my BIL to whip up another one in his wood shop.』
(Very nice puzzle) 『Great puzzle with wooden puzzle feel and thick chunky pieces. Great colors as well.』 『This hand-painted, playfully styled puzzle is sure to catch and keep the attention of curious tots. The thick, chunky wooden puzzle pieces fit neatly into their spots on the colorful board and also stand up for additional pretend play. Full-color pictures are hiding beneath each piece. Measures 12"H x 11"W x 1"D.』

Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (great puzzle) 『Great puzzle! Stands up to my rough and tumble eighteen month old. She love to make the sounds of the animals as she plays with them! Would recommend!』
(Great toy for toddler) 『I bought this toy for my son when he was less than a year old. Every day we play this toy at least one time. He learned all the animal names on the board and the sounds they make. Now that he is 18 months old, he is able to put the puzzle together himself. I would hand him each animal and say the name, he repeats after me and then he would put the puzzle together. He doesn't have long attention span. So, he would only do one game. We do this every day. He loves it and I love it too. The knobs are big and easy for their little hands to handle. And it's quite sturdy.』
(Great puzzle for little hands) 『We love the Melissa and Doug Large Knob puzzles. They are very easy for a one year old to play with. She loved this puzzle as soon as we look it out of the box. The fun thing about this puzzle is we can talk about animals while she is also working on fine motor skills. If you have found other puzzles hard for your child - try one of the large knob puzzles. They are great starter puzzles and much less frustrating for little hands.』
(Puzzle is not solid wood) 『The description of this puzzle says, "solid wood" It's not! It's 2 layers of composite board glued to plywood. The fibers easily scrape off along the edges and can be ingested by your child. The pictures are a laminate overlay that can easily be peeled off. Not a great puzzle if you child is still putting toys in his or her mouth.』
(Puzzle) 『I bought this for my 1 year old son. He loves picking up the pieces by the large knobs as they fit perfectly in his little hands. I would recommend this to any parent. Good product for the price.
』 『Bright, bold colors and friendly, recognizable animal characters make this puzzle a winner. Extra-large knobs make it easy for small hands to remove each wooden puzzle piece. Matching full-color pictures are underneath to guide little ones. This super-sized, solid-wood puzzle with chunky half-inch-thick pieces is the perfect first puzzle. Measures 15.5"H x 12"W x 1.5"D.』

Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (Tonka) 『i bought this toy for my son's 2nd birthday and he loves it but i do hate the bumpy sound the wheels make.』
(Fun but loud) 『Although this toy is way fun and durable for our son, it's a bit loud. It makes an obnoxious pop pop pop sound as it moves forward which can really get on ones nerves when it's being pushed all around the house all day long. I think we're going to find a way to disable that noise. Yikes!』
(Cute truck for inside the house!) 『I remember when Tonka trucks were big metal trucks that were only used for outside. Now they make this great plastic variety! This is a cute truck, seems to be well made and son enjoys playing with it from time to time. It also makes a noise as you push it along, which he finds interesting. Nice truck to have for your little guy.』
(Hasbro winner) 『This is a great truck. Even though our son is younger than the supposed age he has loved playing with it. It makes noises as you push it and the dump works wonderfully. We also appreciated not having to assemble anything.』
(Preston's Dump Truck) 『I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 2 year old nephew, and he loved it! He put all of his Matchbox cars in the back of it and drove them all over the house. Great gift for little boys!』 『This Tonka-tough dump truck delivers skill-building activities and loads of fun to boys of all ages. Toddlers will enjoy putting the "boulders" into the truck bed and taking them out again and again. Older boys will love the easy-move lever for lots of dumping action, and "driving" their rigs with the working steering wheel that turns the front wheels. When the rear wheels turn, you can hear rumbling sounds. No batteries required. Measures approximately 12".』

Little Tikes
Usually ships in 2 to 3 days IPhone 3G used's review (Finally a full night's sleep for our 2 year old.) 『We bought the Little Tikes Lightning McQueen twin bed for our youngest, a boy of 2 years old. It happened on a bit of a lark.
We noticed that, while he still fit in his toddler bed, he was happier in a regular adult size bed (we spent several weeks bouncing between Disney hotels and other SoCal haunts this summer).
We started looking for a Costco bed set or something that would be durable and accomodate his need for little bed rails as well. Simultaneously, he watched the movie "Cars" every day.
While browsing for ideas, I found this crazy looking bed. I discussed it with my wife and then checked for several days to see where I could get one.
I found no stores that stocked them, so checked prices and shipping for several days. In the end, buying from Amazon.com wound up the second lowest overall (something just under $[...] including shipping), I ordered from them for the peace of mind.
Upon arrival, our son was climbing on the box and trying to sleep in it before it was assembled. Overall assembly took less than an hour (although we have not, as of yet, applied the stickers). Stickers or no, he does not care.
It is sturdy and durable, and ever provides a reason to climb into bed. My wife has been getting more sleep since the purchase.
On a related note, I wanted to complete the garage feel for the room, so I went to Sears and purchased two rollaway toolboxes (four drawer models)to replace his dresser and a shop stool to replace the glider/rocker.
The room has become the talk of the neighborhood kids and our friends from church. Best of all, when he gets bigger, I get two more tool chests for the garage.
We could not have found a better solution. The complete room cost under $[...] and could probably survive being dropped from 20,000 feet (our son is kinda rough on things).
The bed has two height levels and can be used without a boxspring. I cut a Sheet of 3/4 plywood to size for the mattress to sit on. This yields about 4-8 inches of car-shaped don't-fall-out-of-bed encouragement.
This is a great great product for young boys and other fans of the "Cars" movie.

(Best Bed in the world !!!!!) 『Our son absolutely would NOT sleep in his own bed, until we received our McQueen bed. It's pricey, but sooooooooo worth it!!! Recommendation, if you're purchasing a new mattress and box spring, make sure that the mattress is NOT a "plush" or "pillowtop". We bought a brand new mattress at Sams and they had a plush version and a 'cheaper' model. We liked the plush version, but realized it was probably too tall to fit in the bed. Sure enough, the cheaper mattress fits better and our 3 year doesn't weigh enough to need a more expensive mattress. The bed itself is super easy to put together, just make sure you space the slats out far enough to support weight on all areas of the bed, so no tipping happens. The decals were easy for me. There's a LOT of stickers and you just have to really focus on where they should go. It only took about 30 minutes to put them all on. I recommend this bed for ANY parents having trouble getting their little ones to sleep alone! They fit IN the bed, not ON the bed, so they feel more secure!!! Best thing we've ever bought for him!! A++++++++++++++++』
(Perfect for a toddler!) 『We purchased this bed for our two year old and he absolutely loves it! He finally sleeps through the night on his own and it's all thanks to this bed. The shipping is expensive but Amazon's price with shipping was still better than all the other places we looked -- online and in stores. We recommend this bed to anyone whose kid loves cars! We only put in a mattress so it sits lower than pictured but we don't have to worry that our son will roll off. He can get in and out pretty easily and loves to bring all his cars to play on the car bed. The bed is plastic but feels pretty sturdy and I don't feel like it will break when I climb in with my son.』
(love cars bed) 『My son loves his bed. He plays off&on all day in it. Very easy to put together. It was definitely worth the money!』
(simply adore this bed) 『We absolutely love this bed! once we brought the new baby home my 2 1/2 year old son refused to sleep on his own and moved into our bed. We have one of those transitional cribs but he refused to be in the toddler bed. After many sleepless nights we decided to purchase this as his "BIG BOY" bed. From the moment the delivery man dropped it off and my son saw the box he was excited. Unfortunately this box weighs a ton so my son had to wait till daddy came home so he could bring it in. The minute he heard the door opening he was pulling daddy to help him get his car in the house. We put it together right away, and thanks to several reviews had the knowledge to *1). Put the stickers on before assembling (it's easier to work on the parts when the car is lying flat. *2). There is not enough support, all that is provided are 3 lightweight studs for the mattress to sit on, so it is best to get a plywood sheet 1/2" thick is the minimum I would go with have it cut to 39" x 75". *3). Purchase just the mattress if you are afraid your child will roll off as is likely to happen if this is a transition bed (little ones sleep like helicopters). Since getting this bed my son returned to sleeping on his own, actually can not wait to go to bed. Absolutely love this bed!!! There is a smaller toddler version but for the difference in price the twin will last longer.』 『Designed from the Lightening McQueen character in the Disney Pixar movie. Sleek sportster features race car styling and realistic wheel and hubcap detailing. Holds a standard twin size mattress with box springs, bunk bed, support board or plywood (not included). Wooden mattress supports included. Mattress height adjusts to 2 levels.』

Even when the beads are put in a childs mouth the paint or wood does not chip off of the product.』

It really has helped with my 3 year old's small muscle coordination, and the 8 year old uses them as her "beautiful jewels. I would highly recommend these to anybody whose child may need a little help in their hand/eye coordination. They are made out of very durable wood and the strings are nice and long.
