I was skeptical but my daughter agreed to it. It has worked out beautifully. My 6 year old daughter LOVES this doll and walks around with it everywhere. In spite of the wing problem I'm glad we bought it for her. Her enjoyment was worth the 20 bucks. He used some super duper glue but they have stayed on- heaven!』
(The wings don't stay in place!) 『My daughter loved the Barbie, it is really a beautiful doll. However the wings don't stay in place, they keep falling, and it looks like it's a fabrication deffect. Did you have the same problem?』
(I should have never bought this thing!!!) 『I purchased this doll for my daughter's 5th birthday. She loves Barbie and wanted this "beautiful fairy doll" for her collection. One of her biggest attraction's to this doll were the wings... but they have become MY biggest headache. They are continuously falling off, regardless of what she is doing with the doll. I feel like I am putting them back on every other minute when she is playing with this doll. It frustrates me that Mattel has put out a doll that is not up to their usual par. I would have returned this doll, but my daughter loves it so much that I couldn't do that to her.』
(What a piece of junk!?!?) 『Yes, as all the other reviews say, the wings fall off constantly. I've designed plastic retention clips for automotive applications and can safely say that they designed the clips incorrectly. Mattel should be embarassed with how badly their designers blew this design and recall the doll - it is junk. Within the first 30 minutes of play, I put the wings back on 10 times and finally told my daughter not to try to play with the wings. What a disaster of a toy.』
(Nice doll, but I'd pick the one with smaller wings) 『My daughter has never seen the Mariposa movie, but fell in love with this doll because it's a fairy and a Barbie--the best of both worlds as far as she's concerned. We've had the doll about a month now and haven't had any problems with the wings just "falling off." They do come off if the doll bumps hard enough against something or if they're twisted just so, but definitely no falling off the doll with the slightest movement. They seem to snap onto the back of the doll quite snugly, but perhaps they will wear over time?
I do have to say though, that if I had it to do over again I wouldn't have bought this doll--I would have bought the Barbie Fairytopia Mariposa Doll which has much, much smaller wings. Unfortunately I didn't realize a version with smaller wings was available until I already bought the Magic Wings one. The only reason I'd buy the one with smaller wings is that even my daughter finds the size of the large wings annoying sometimes. Often she'll leave the wings at home or in the car when we go out, because although she wants to take her pretty doll with her, she doesn't want to deal with those huge wings!』

Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (Fun game for little ones) 『I ordered this game for my son (3 years) and another for his friend (the same age) for Christmas. It was a great choice for a first game! The rules are simple to follow, and my son loves making the "tallest" clown he can! The pieces are very durable (as long as the kids are over the chewing phase...) and easy to clean up/put in the box.』
(Good game to help them understand measurement) 『This is a very cute game to help children understand measurement. The pieces are very sturdy and will certainly last forever if care is taken. My boys 5 years old loved the game. I would think it would be appropriate for 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 years old.』
(educational and fun) 『I bought 3 of these games - one for my daughter and 2 as gifts. Everybody gave the game rave reviews.』
(Great Game!!!) 『This ia a great game for little ones. We have a 2 and a 4 year old who love to play this together, and it's easy for them to play without a grown up. They love the neat ruler used to measure the characters they build. All around a great game. Would make a nice gift.』
(Good game for preschoolers) 『I got this game for my then nearly 4-year-old daughter and a year later she still enjoys playing it. The game is VERY simple and does not require reading. All the parts and pieces are high quality. It's a good opportunity to work with numbers and measuring, plus the game goes fast so you can play it quickly if needed or multiple rounds if you have the time/inclination.
The object is to create the tallest character by mixing/matching 5 parts (feet, legs, body, head, and hat). The character pieces are brightly colored and fun and include: ballerina, doctor, fireman/woman, policeman/woman, cowboy/cowgirl, and a clown. A roll of the die determines which part you select. The die has both pictures and words--except for the WILD side which is printed in red.
After the characters are assembled each player measures with the included ruler (you can choose centimeters or inches) to see whose character is the tallest. It's a sliding ruler with a base so the kids can actually fit their character inside and line up the top with the corresponding number on the ruler.
I wouldn't recommend this game for kids beyond 5--it may be a little too simple. But for 3/4/5's it's a great game.』 『Grades K - 3. Two to 4 players can learn visual estimation, size perception, measuring skills, matching skills and use the custom ruler to find out if their character is the tallest. With 30 different pieces to choose from you can create a different character every time you play.』

Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (Buy this and you'll be rewarded with joy and smiles from your child!!) 『My 2yr old Loves his scoot about. It has fast become his favorite toy. As he pushes along his feet have never accidentally come into contact with any part of this toy. the steering is limited as to how far it can be turned left and right. Preventing oversteering and the resulting injury that is possible with most bikes. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT VALUE, SAFE AND LOTS OF FUN FOR YOUR LITTLE ONE!!』
(Lots of fun for my one year old) 『My one year old boy really likes this toy. It was initially a little tall for him, and he walked next to it and pushed it. He got the hang of riding it fairly quickly. We also have the Radio Flyer Retro Scoot-a-Bout, that is made of wood. That is a little smaller, and fits my 12-month old son a little better at this time. I really think the adjustable seat on this toy is the best feature. I think the toy is very sturdy and well-made. I didn't have any trouble putting it together, either. We like this toy a lot.』
(Loads of Fun) 『I bought this for my 20-month-old daughter as a pre-requisite to a tricycle. She LOVES it! It took her a little while to get used to the right motions to "scoot about" but once she did, she has enjoyed it more and more.
What I like about it: 1. The adjustable seat allows the right comfort level for my daughter who is petite. 2. It's easy to assemble; it took me 15 minutes to assemble this--all by myself. And that includes going to get the necessary tools. 3. It's durable; my daughter has ridden this lots and lots, and it requires little re-adjusting. 4. It teaches children coordination and focus. 5. It's great fun for my daughter!
What I don't like: This is a new way for my daughter to terrorize our cats!
Prepare for the smiles and the giggles. This is a great toy! 』
(Radio Flyer Scooter) 『We bought the Radio Flyer Scooter for our one year old for her birthday. She was riding it before we could wrap it. This was perfect, because she was then able to show off the scooter at her party. By the third day, she was ringing the bell all by herself. The steering is a little difficult for her right now, but in a couple of months, we predict this to be her favorite toy.』
(surprisingly sturdy) 『My kid is a physical one. He got this as a present at his first birthday. It was by far his favorite gift and has played with it nearly daily for almost a year (has been great inside the house and out). He recently has taken to standing on it, which of course we try to stop. Still, he has never toppled over on it even with all of his 28 pounds on the bar between the front wheels. He has also balanced himself precariously on the center bar while holding the handle bars or a piece of furniture and has stood on the seat like Curious George. The one and only time he toppled it over was as he drove it off the steep side of our patio that is about 6 or 8 inches tall. Luckily it was into the grass and he was only scared, not hurt. I'm amazed by how well balanced this bike is.』 『Tots can scoot around safely on this classically designed trike. It comes with all the quality features that parents have come to expect from Radio Flyer.

Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (This toy does NOT work) 『Very disappointing. Istead of spraying water out of both ears and the tongue as shown in the pitcure, water only managed to trickle out of one ear, and there was certainly no shaking. I would not recommend this product to anyone.』
(No better than a plastic sprinkler - difficult to put up/down) 『The sale price for this item is very good - I would recommend it only if it is on sale.
It is cute, and may be fun for small children; however I think those cheap spinning sprinklers (usually have the character heads) would be better.
It took about 5 minutes to inflate, and then 10 minutes to get the air in the ears to be just right so that they would move. Then, when they did move they twisted up quite frequently. If the ears were blown up all the way, water just shot straight up into the air (over the kids). My kids were frustrated. The tongue was the only part that moved without problems. Then, to avoid it getting popped when not in use you have to remove all the air from it and shake out the remaining water - that's a pain as the dog is quite large - bigger than my actual labs. So keep that in mind.
According to the instructions, lack of movement/wagging may be due to a problem with water pressure. I am not aware of being in a low pressure area, but if you happen to know you are - you may want to take a pass.』
(fun for summer) 『This sprinkler is a lot of fun. All you have to do is fill it up with air, which doesn't take long, and then attach it to a garden hose. The ears and tongue and tail are supposed to move with the water on, but they don't always move. It doesn't matter much though, because they still shoot water which is the main thing.』
IPhone 3G used's review (Contagious Laughter) 『My disabled daughter uses this toy long and hard. She loves to hear it laugh and feel it shake. The laughter is contagious.』
(he eats battreis) 『i got this for chrismas and my 3 year old and my 8 year old was disaponted when he eats the battries』
(Cute toy) 『I wish his eyes moved around like the original, not as good as the Tickly Me Elmo, but a nice addition to the set.』
(Hope you get one that works) 『Had read other reviews about Cookie Monster not rolling over properly, but I ignored them and purchased the toy anyway. Cookie Monster would not sit down to roll over, but would remain standing and bang his head on the floor a dozen times. When he managed to sit down, he would not rollover as described, and then was unable to stand back up. On a positive note the return process with Amazon was extremely easy and efficient.』
(My husband loves it!) 『Bought this for my husband because he's been wanting one for quite some time. We also have the Elmo Xtra Special Edition. (our baby is a month old, so they're still dad's toys). These are very fun and amusing. The downfall is they eat through batteries, so a charger and some re-chargeable batteries would make a nice accompaniment gift. It does sound very much like Cookie Monster. Also, hard to use without a large section of hard floor. my tiny apartment kitchen and bathroom floors don't quite cut it, this thing moves a lot.』 『Tickle your funny bone with this hilarious Cookie Monster toy. Meet T.M.X. Cookie Monster Part of the new Tickle Me Extreme friends, Tickle Me Cookie Monster is every bit as charming and fun as his popular friend, T.M.X. Elmo. When you touch his belly, this plush 11-inch doll falls backwards and giggles as he rocks back and forth. He even gets back up on his own! With googly eyes and soft blue fur, this Cookie Monster doll is cute, huggable, and a great toy for young children. He comes packaged in a cardboard carrying case with a handle at the top and a cutout to poke his ticklish tummy. Cookie Monster performs best on a hard, flat surface and requires six AA batteries (included) to bring him to life.
Laughter Is Contagious Each T.M.X. friend has its own unique actions. The T.M.X. Cookie Monster features silly gyrations followed by humorous phrases. This motorized doll is so soft, kids can pick it up, snuggle with it, then put it down and watch it wiggle. It only takes two tickles to send Cookie Monster into hysterical laughter and kids soon find themselves giggling along. This doll has an incredible likeness to the actual Sesame Street character. Parents can add to the fun with T.M.X. Elmo or T.M.X. Ernie, sold separately.
Tickle Test During the tickle test, it became easy to see why the T.M.X. friends are in such demand. When you tickle Cookie Monster's belly, he doubles over in hysterics. The second time he is tickled, he falls over backwards, rolls from left to right, then gets back up again, saying, "That was good." The doll moves best on a hard, flat surface and struggles a little when placed on carpet. But that was the only setback discovered during the hands-on testing process. A discreet on-off switch on his foot allows you to turn the doll off, if you're in need of some quiet time. Overall, T.M.X. Cookie Monster makes a great toy for its target age range. Even adults will crack a smile as this jolly character shakes and rolls with laughter.

IPhone 3G used's review (Great toy that keep my son busy for hours) 『This is my favorite toy. I love it first seen on Baby Einstein series. We planned to use it to our almost 2 year old son (I know the product is suggested for 3+YO) on our trip to Asia (20 hours flight). The board is a little too big for traveling but worth a try. As planned, he stayed put in his seat the whole flights. What kids will not like it? It is cute design and colorful, has moving parts that can turn in both directions, slow or fast.. And it is magnetic so won't fall off the board when he carried the whole thing around the house. It has been few months now and he is still love it everytime I pull it out. His creation has gone wide. He put Lego blocks tower on top of the moving face and see how they move, or fall down. only problem I found is that the black color on the board can be scratched out easily. I just hope it won't make its way into our kids' mouths.』
(well worth it.) 『I bought two of these, one for my son (3 yrs) and one for his friends birthday. They both loved it. It is durable, colorful and engaging. My son was engrossed in it till he figured out how to attach the gears when the whole thing is in motion. My piece was a little faulty in that the battery compartment door if closed will not work, i had to keep the battery compartment door open and the battery pulled a little out ( a loose connection problem ). My son loved the toy.』
(Gear up for Fun) 『I bought this as a gift for a 2 year old, because my 20 month old daughter loves this toy. She played with it all the time with her friend, a 23 month old boy. It's fun and educational for the kids to play with this toy because they have to figure out how the gears go together to run. Not only is this toy fun for kids, but adults often end up playing with it too. This is a great toy for kids and parents to enjoy together.』
(Great toy for a mechanical kid) 『This toy is great for my 2 year old. He loves to connect the gears and watch it go around. We searched all over locally for this and could only find it online, well worth paying the freight! It keeps him happy for a long time :)』
(Best toy for little ones) 『It was my son's favorite toy from age one to six. Great for coordination. I bought an amuzement park too. We bought him Snap Circuit when he was six and he finally stopped playing with gears, but still couldn't give it away. He was sitting on it, stepping on it, but it kept working. Great toy! All our older kids played with it too.』 『With its ingenious design, the Gearation Activity Set lets preschoolers assemble clicking, whirring, googly-eyed machines allby themselves. Eleven colorful plastic gears adhere magnetically to a 14-by-16-inch easel, so kids are free to arrange them in any order they can dream up. The gear in the center powers the whole contraption. The various gears (each measuring from 1 to 3 inches across) all do something different, whether it's making a noise or just turning a brightly colored arm, and kids can control the gear speeds with fat, easy-to-grab switches. And since all the parts are cleverly connected by magnets, you don't have to worry about the motor burning out. I could not believe how much they love it. Now that they can stand and pull toys from the toy box they always grab this one. I agree that it can be a little dangerous, as one boy fell forward and got a nasty scratch. Although they like playing with the wheels, the cart is not necessary, and I am thinking of ditching it since the corners are sharp.』
(ABC Block Cart) 『Great toy to pull, build with the blocks, and to learn letters and numbers. Very durable and fun to use.』
(Enduring Wooden Blocks) 『I had similar blocks when I was a child and purchased these for my first great-grandson this past Christmas (2007). He immediately went for the string to pull around his blocks and really loves playing and building things with these blocks. He also enjoys putting them away in their own little wagon. These alphabet/number blocks have been around for over 100 years and continue to be loved and enjoyed generation after generation. They encourage the child's creativity and learning. Who could ask for more?』
(Wooden Toys) 『I like wooden toys for kids. This they can stack, learn colors, balance, letters, start learning short words, fitting them back in the wagon, and the fun of putting other things in the wagon to tote them around. Cats fit will too. Blocks are always a great sorce of imagination play.』
(Great Block Set) 『My 20 month old daughter loves pulling the wagon around. She even puts her other toys in the wagon and pulls them around. The blocks have all kinds of pictures on them, not just letters and numbers. Great for learning more than just letters, numbers and colors. The blocks seem pretty durable but so far my daughtethe did not have desire to "eat" them. May not be too good for younger babies or children that mouth everything. The wood is kind of soft.
At first I was a little disappointed because the set was smaller than I expected. But after watching my daughter play with them, I realized they were just the right size.』 『This sturdy, classically styled block cart features 30 brightly painted, solid wood blocks with a colorful collection of pictures, letters and numbers. Usually ships in 24 hours IPhone 3G used's review (Good for two-year-olds) 『My two two-year-olds played with this toy all summer. It is, as suggested in other reviews, much smaller than the packaging would suggest, but is ideal for toddlers. My girls were between 20 and 25 pounds while the weather permitted water play, and the Slide N' Splash Whale Pool was perfect for them. I can't imagine that it would hold up to much larger children, however.
The plastic is strong; a number of other inflatable toys developed punctures this year, but this one has held up. My daughters enjoy this toy so much, I would have rented it for a day for what it cost to purchase! No regrets here.』
(Melissa Davis) 『This slide is useless. It would not stay together at all. My 4 year old did not like it at all.』
(Great pool for the value) 『This pool looks very cool, very much like the picture. It may be a bit smaller than u would expect, but I had my expectations low:-) I bought it for my one year old, so I think it is perfect and will last a long time. Easy to set up. The fountain /sprinkler works great and goes from very low intensity to big splash showers. I would def recommend this to others.』
(The grandkids loved it!) 『Word from the parents of the owners of this pool say it's a great success. ...and in Virginia it's still warm enough to keep using it for some time to come. Users are 3 and almost two and in the pool every day. We did send the battery powered pump to the parents so they didn't have to spend hours blowing it up!』

We got it last week, and it's still the main draw in the playroom. It comes with a boy and a girl doll, and a 4-part town for them to explore: a school, the dentist and doctor, the pet store and a pizza shop, and a swing under an apple tree.
A voice counts out loud as you push apples into the tree, and my son loves this best. My daughter likes to put the dolls in the pizza shop, and put the pizzas in the oven. They love pushing anything that results in a song, voice or sound, and there's lots of that here.
