『My 4 year old daugher got this for her birthday b/c she REALLY wanted it.
So here are the pro's:
*It's cute and made well.
*The colors are wonderful.
*Has two showers to shower your mermaid clean, of which one can be on the swing and the other has 3 little flowers that move on the wall when water comes down.
*Most of it is put together for you, so no guessing on where things go.
*it comes with a "mini little mermaid" (much smaller than the bigger mermaids you can buy seperately for $15.00) so you can play with it right away.

Here are the cons:
*Like the other reviewer, the slide comes off constantly and it drives me nuts, b/c I'm the one having to put it back on all the time. I know it hasn't lasted a whole bathtime in place. (We've had it for 3 weeks now)
*The swing comes off easily, but not as often as the slide.
*You are given 3 LARGE suctions, two of which seem to work all the time with the other one, not so much. We have a fiberglass tub, so we've had to manuver at times to find the place it works best.

So overall, if I had bought this for my dauther, I would had payed the orignal price of $16.00, but not the insane price of $45.00+. (She could get a TON more toys for that price.)

『We just got this playset for our 4 year old and she loves it. There are three different water activities and a pretty decent slide (works great with tiny rubber duckies too!) that entertain her for the whole bath. We also use it as part of our "Fairytopia" world on dry ground. For me, it's well worth the $16. It comes with a mermaid that is very practical and she loves it. It fits everything in the playset. Unfortunately, I also purchased the full-size mermaid that is sold seperately but looks like it fits great in the swing. It doesn't. The mermaid sold seperately but marketed as a companion to this piece falls out easily of the swing and gets caught on the slide since her tail is a soft plastic. The swing is also very unstable and falls off it's supports. We stopped even using it. Overall, this is just pure fun for us. I would buy this again and would give it as a gift.』

(Disappointing)
『After a few days of listening to my daughter on how wonderful this would be, I decided to buy it for her. The main problem is the slide does not stay on-- not even for a short amount of time, so that is a complete waste. The suction cups do not stick well to the tile surrounding our tub, but it does stick to the tub itself wonderfully. (Though this makes for an incredibly low toy so you can't use many of the features as they are underwater.)

My daughter LOVES the little pink mermaid that came with, which is the redeeming feature, but she is disappointed in the rest of it. I won't be buying anything like this again-- it really is a waste of money... just buy the mermaids for your little girl, the rest is junk.』

(My two year old loves it)
『This turned out to be one of the best toy purchases I've made. My two year old son doesn't have a lot of interest in "toys"; instead he prefers the real (and often breakable) thing. Here we have the best of both worlds: a working digital camera that's stood up to the best my son can do. It's the most fun when there are two kids: they can run around taking pictures of each other going "Say cheese!" It's fun to look at the pictures and send them to the grandparents.

It almost goes without saying the picture quality is poor, however if you read the manual you can increase the quality pretty easily. Copying pictures off the camera is easy: just plug a USB cable into the camera and your computer (no extra software needed). Battery life has also proven to be good. I've had it about four months and only changed batteries once.

The only minor complaint I have: the button to take pictures is on the front which is a little awkward for small hands.

I bought one of these cameras for my 3yo kid's birthday party.
The first one wasn't shooting pictures properly. The images were too dark, even during the day.
So I returned and got the second one. It was worse. It didn't even turn on.
I went through 2 sets of batteries just to be sure it wasn't the batteries.

Kudos to Amazon for its excellent customer service and making returns of defective items a breeze.』

『As you can see by the title, this product is for kids. I gave it as a present to my grandchild. He loved it. Children are always wanting to see the picture that you take. He could take his own picture and the view it on his own camera. It is an exceptional product for children. It is make of plastic and can be mishandled by children, which is a plus considering their care and handling of items. It has software included that can be hooked to a computer and printed. This particular camera also has a memory card, so that additional picture can be taken.』

『The extra memory card that came with this camera was great. It holds over 200 pictures which can take an hour or so for my 4 and 1 year old to fill up. It is easy enough for my 1 year old to use for pictures but the delete button is a little too easy for him, that's probably why it's not recommended for that age. The quality of the pictures is low but that was listed on the box so I didn't expect much more. The only real problem that they need to fix is that the lens is pointed down and if the child uses the view finder, instead of the LCD screen, they will always cut off the top of the picture, usually the head. It took us a little while to teach our son to look at the screen, which is a little dark, but now his pictures are pretty good.』

『We got this seatbelt to use on our daughter's new Air Navigator tricycle we gave her for her 2nd birthday. Since she's still a little small for the tricycle, we use it every time she rides to keep her from sliding forward off the seat as she tries to reach the pedals. And when walking to the park, it's good that she can't wiggle off the side as well. I wish it was included with the tricycle, but well worth the additional $$ to keep the child in place and safe.』

『When we first bought the air navigator, our then 2 year old kept trying to get off the trike - and we walk around on lots of city streets. So, we ordered a seat belt, which was very easy to put on. The seat belt keeps him on the trike, thus making us feel a little safer knowing he cannot get off and bolt into the street.

Please do not turn your back even with the seat belt affixed the the seat and your child. The belt is a nice safety feature, but really is a mere deterrent for your little escape artist :)』

『My son (2.5) and I love this. Assembly was not too bad, but like others say use a hard surface. The cars at full battery will go around about 3 times if shaken to the max (the car revs up to let you know). Most of the time they run the track clean without problems.

My only complaint is how easily the track comes apart. I understand at 2 years old my kid is bound to break it apart, but I am just talking about moving it. Even a little shift can cause the secions to break apart. This also makes it hard to move so I would suggest not to put it on the floor without anything under it if it needs to be moved around.

The sections you screw together are very sturdy.』

Rarely does a toy underperform this badly and get away with it for so long. (A Little Fun for the Little Ones)
『My 6 year old saw this on a TV ad and wanted it for his birthday. This toy cannot be played without any adult or older kids around. It is too difficult for them to put back all the butterflies in the toy for just another 30 seconds of fun. The Elefun has a fan at the bottom that blows the ribbonlike fabric butterflies along its plastic trunk to the top. Actually my older kid is a bit disappointed that the butterflies does not look like butterflies at all. The plastic trunk can get permanent creases overtime that may make it hard to stand up straight unless you pull it straight with your hand and have the fan running.
It is like a ride at an amusement park, your wait is longer than the actual fun. The longest they have played with it was about ten minutes.』

『I like the concept of the machine - but it could be FASTLY improved by adding a loading feature on the side of the unit. Don't expect this to babysit your child it is a very quick game. I think the poor reveiws are due to the fact that it does not come with many buterflys making it over quite quickly and the fact that you have to pull the trunck off to reload is a factor - cause you doing that every 20 seconds. What you can do when making your extra tissue paper butterflies is to make them a LITTLE BIGGER than those that come with the unit - and once you twist the rectangular cut outs for your buterflies round off the edges. Bigger paper means longer air time. I got this to replace my daughters OBSESSION with me blowing bubbles inside. This is less messy and she likes to watch things fly. I would love to see some type of toy that has a child safe fan like this that the kids can put little skydivers on themselves without mommys help all the time. Mommy has a few other things that she needs to do - lol. And sometimes we need things kids can operate themselves. I think most parents were hoping this was one but its not. So just because its a nice idea and works PRETTY GOOD I am giving it a 3 - cause for $20 I expect a bit more than I got out of this - even though my Angel who just turned 3 loves it. I think it should have been about $10 just like my bubble blower.』
