Other than that major flaw, I don't like that it has a million pieces to keep track of and clean up. My son doesn't play with them he just throws them around the whole room. Another reviewer mentioned turning off the sound to the track part of the train when the rest of the train station is being played with which would solve the problem of the sound, but I still don't think sitting on part of a toy is acceptable. It boggles the mind why these toy companies don't see these problems (we have the same problem with the fisher price a-z learning zoo). When you spend $40-60 on a toy...this should not be an issue. Still, my 2 year olds like this toy for the most part and have for several months, so it appears to not matter as far as the fun goes, but it would have a whole lot more learning potential and value if the issue of sitting on the toy was fixed. I would propose making these toys in a semi-circle fashion where you could sit in the middle and rotate to the parts you're playing with.
