IPhone 3G used's review (These took awhile but they came up beautifully!) 『I tried four different varieties of the seeds in blanket and the Cosmos came up the best. I followed the instructions exactly and thought maybe I had made a mistake when they seedlings didn't come up in the time frame they laid out. However, a few weeks later they did come up and there was a very good rate of germination. I also ordered the Johnny Jump Ups which did work out well but again took double the time stated. The only one that didn't work out very well was the colored daisies, I only got 5 plants out of those and they took forever to come up. Even so, I'm not unhappy because the daisy plants are very hardy and growing bigger every day. Once big enough, I can split the plant and re-plant them to get more coverage. For the money, I can't complain. The Cosmos covered a huge area and will reseed themselves for years to come. The daisies will also do well in the future. Just expect to wait a long time and if you order these for planting next spring, plant them early.』

(Truly well insulated) 『I have been looking for a long time for an insulated container that really retains heat. Most of them don't work well - but this one does.
I did a careful test comparing this to another typical 10oz stainless food contained that is supposed to be vacuum insulated. I pre-heated both with 172 degree hot water, then filled each with more hot water and verified the water in each was 172 degrees. Then I closed both and left them on the counter (68 degrees) for 3 hours. After three hours, the water in the other one was only 97 degrees, while the water in this one was still hot at 133 degrees. That's a huge difference. This one will actually keep your hot lunch hot.』

The inside holds heat and cold very well, while the outside of it stays basically at room temp. Again it's fairly small so you may want to consider the 16 ouncer if you plan on bringing a meal to fill you up. It holds solid/ liquids well without spilling.』

As a fan of Duran Duran since the mid-1980s, I have always been interested to learn more about what Duran Duran did behind-the-scenes to write and produce their music. This documentary features new interviews with the band, their former managers, as well as other associates and musicians (Bob Geldof, for example). Older archive footage of the band is also used here. There are some nice behind-the-scenes glimpses at the making of their videos in Sri Lanka (Hungry Like the Wolf, Save A Prayer). The documentary is honest and informative and moves along at a nice clip. I hope Duran Duran releases more documentaries like this for the Notorious, Seven and the Ragged Tiger, and [Arcadia's] So Red the Rose albums. The DVD package also includes a modern recording of live performances of some of their classic songs. Any Duran Duran fan, especially long-time ones from the 1980s, will love this release.』
(Beware! Manufacturer Flaw!!!) 『This review is for the disc itself, not the documentary. I urge all of you that purchased this disc to hold on to your receipts. I had returned 4, yes 4 of these discs from two different stores. None of them had a single scratch on them and yet they all skipped in exactly the same places for the first 15 minutes or so of the main documentary. This DVD was not made properly. I tried those discs on 2 different DVD players and my computer, and had the same problem each time. It's possible there was just a bad batch of them made that ended up in my area, but it is also possible that they are all like this. I'm just warning you guys.
I am so angry because I can't get my money back. I'm stuck with a shoddy product. The company that made these discs better offer us compensation once they realize what they've done!』

I have had 6 of them for several years now, and still enjoy them very much. Of course, as with any item like this, some are going to short out. Of the 6, I've had two die on me recently; I believe the bulbs have shorted out. So now I have 4 left, and if I could figure out a way to fix or change the bulbs, I'd love to.
To the person who "reviewed" for no reason other than to mention he/she was thinking of buying them but thought they would be tiny, they aren't tiny at all. They are actually about 16 inches tall from base (not including spike) to top, and the lighted part is about 11-12 inches of that. The "bubble" effect is also very cool. Only problem is they don't last as long after you own them awhile. When I first bought them, they'd still on until about 5 or 6 in the morning; now, they last until about 2. If you want a really bright solar light that doesn't fade, try the Starburst LED color change lights - however, they only change from red to blue to green, but they are quite bright.
My only complaint is price. C'mon, it's a solar light! Just to buy enough to line the sidewalk could cost you hundreds of dollars at this price. I haven't bought them from this company myself, as I had bought a bunch of them for myself and for gifts when they were super cheap in the Solutions catalog, before Solutions quit carrying them.
Anyway, give this light a try if you can find it cheaper. It's definitely eye-catching and worth having in your yard!』
