(Finally, This great bands dvd surfaces) 『This is an amazing DVD worth getting by all means. First off I'll get the only bad thing about this out of the way so the I can get to all the greatness. Besides the show there aren't a lot of extra bonus features. Some band/fan interviews and galleries. But that's not even really a complaint, just the letting you know part. And now to the greatness, The performance. First off they give you 3 audio options. Stereo, 5.1 Surround, and DTS. Also the chain has been broken of them playing older tunes which really makes this DVD special as it has some of the older tunes sounding even better than they did on the original cd. It's only a 9 song set but if you're familiar with Opeth you know why that is and it is a great set. Under the Weeping Moon and Night and the Silent Water have never sounded better. The picture is so clean it looks almost hi def. Also this might be the best mixed DVD I've ever heard. No instrument is too low or too loud. It's simply perfect, as is the performance by the band. Every song is played flawlessly and it's good fairwell to Peter Lindgren who will be missed even though his replacement is great also. Anyways, fans and any fan of great metal should pick this up. This is an amazing band and an amazing performance. While Lamentations was a great DVD this one edges it out due to a better setlist and amazing visual and audio quality. Highly recommended.』

Mike's jokes. 3. Per's headbanging. 4. Peter guitar playing. Dislikes: 1. Camera shifts, a lot of them! Most of the time the camera shifts from one band member to another, from one point of view to another, and I can't concentrate on anything! Very annoying (this alone gave me second thoughts on actually buying the DVD...) 2. The Camden has these long and wide poles, which block the view in several occasions. Not good. All in all, it is a good DVD, it is clear that a lot of effort has been put into it, but I am still heavily considering about buying it.』

(A treasure from my childhood) 『I first came to know this broadcast from the long-playing record that was marketed. The bi-fold record jacket told the story using a story-board sequence of stills from the original broadcast, and where necessary, Kermit narrated. My sister and I played this album over and over and over.... We both memorized it, and today many of the phrases are "you had to be there" jokes between us. The album wore out and was lost in the shuffle of growing up and going to school.... I finally tracked down a good-condition used VHS release of the broadcast, which I play only rarely because I'm afraid of damaging the tape.
I really do hope this is re-released on DVD. The story and the songs and the muppets are incredibly memorable. I wouldn't mind seeing a recasting to update it - if everything were staged the exact same way.』

(Fantastic Workout) 『If you want to sweat and feel strong, this is the workout for you! I wish they would redo this same video on DVD, but I will continue to dust off my VCR for this one!』
(Good Concept, Too fast) 『To be honest, I can't see how a lot of people have given this workout 5 stars. I love the concept but this advanced tape is poorly done. First, the stretching at the beginning is ridiculous - way to fast for a warm up/stretch (practically gave me whip lash when I did the neck stretches). This was the biggest disappointment. Second, the double time movements are impossibe to do correctly (due to the speed) and dangerous. Third, the video quality is the worst I have ever seen and it seems like the routine was put together in one take without proper editing, cueing, etc. That being said, I still love the concept. I quit doing this tape due to the above reasons and bought the Kathy Smith kickboxing workout which was put together perfectly, with proper stretching, warm-up, etc. However, I have not given up on Tae Bo because it is my favourite type of exercise and recently bought the advanced II in the hopes that it will contain all of the above mentioned aspects that a safe and effective workout routine should include.』
(A workout for martial artists) 『As a martial artist for 5 years, I have high recommendations for this video. The key is to adjust it to your own capabilities. Some of the moves are VERY high impact (for example, the jumping front kick) and will wreck your knees or ankles if you do them repeatedly. In addition, some of the moves are so fast they don't allow you to focus on the muscles you're working out. As long as you take this video at your own pace, it's great!
For self-defense, though, this video isn't worth much. If you're looking for martial arts skills, sign up for a martial arts class. If you like Tae Bo, you'll LOVE martial arts, and you'll learn self defense techniques to boot!』
(Good workout, but really annoying problems) 『Overall, I'd say this is a good workout. The cardio is intense and you really get the chance to tone your muscles. It's a fast way to work out your entire body. However... the sets are really uneven and proper form is often sacrificed for speed. Billy goes off on"inspirational"tangents while you're left doing multiple extra sets. I've been doing this tape five days a week for the last six months and have actually seen a noticeable difference in the toning on one side of my body! That's how off kilter the sets are. Also, there are several moves where he takes you into"double-time"where you are asked to do the move so quickly, any hope for maintaining proper form flies out the window. Even the people on the tape have poor form during these sets. I usually maintain"single-time."I keep better form, get the same results, and minimize the risk of injury. Even with these problems, I still like Tae Bo and I'm still doing the workout (I've just switched sides so I can even out my muscle tone)! I wouldn't recommend buying this Advanced Workout but maybe the "Live" version is better... I don't know, but it might be worth a try. Hopefully they've worked through some of the kinks.』 『When Billy Blanks called this workoutAdvanced, he wasn't fooling around. This 57-minute workout will have your heart racing, your pulse pounding, and your sweat glands working overtime.
