(Dutch Oven) 『I like to cook occasionally because I really enjoy it. Many of the recipes I use require some preparation on top of the stove followed by completion in the oven. There are only two of us, and our stainless steel brazing pan is often too large. This 3 quart pan is just the right size for many of our meals.
The cast iron distributes the heat evenly, the enamel coating makes it easy for cooking and cleaning, and the blue enamel exterior makes this an attractive dish from which to serve.
When recipes call for use of a crock pot, I use this dutch oven because I have more temperature control, and if I need to bring things to a boil during the cooking process it is easy to do.
The pan narrows down a little at the bottom which makes it ideal for use on the small burner, and the cast iron quickly distributes the heat throughout.
This Dutch oven has become my most used stove top pan after my 10 inch skillet.
After all these accolades why only four stars? Because it is heavy, and that is of course what makes it what it is, but my wife finds it too heavy to handle comfortably.』
(Cracked enamel) 『I recently purchased a Lodge Dutch Oven with a gift certificate for my wedding. I expected it to last for years but, within 5 months, it was cracked on the food surface and had to be thrown in the trash.』
(Increase the oven tempurature threshold...here's how) 『This pot is the greatest. Extra plys of enamel, cast iron, heavy -- what's not to like, after all it's a Lodge and in my opinion equals (and in fact surpasses) the French brand any day. BUT, here's a problem I ran into but also conquered and hope this will help someone else with the same question. With the enameled Lodge dutch ovens and casseroles, the knob is only good to 400 degrees in the oven. I needed to increase this threshold to 500 for artisan breads, so here's what I did and it worked like a charm. First I checked another brand of enameled cast iron that was rated to 550 degrees. That particular brand didn't have the quality of enamel as a Lodge but it did live up to the tempurature. So, all that needed changing was the knob on the Lodge and that's what I did. Now my Lodge Enameled Cast Iron is good to go for my artisan bread and I couldn't be happier. This pot is wonderful, heavy duty, and a breeze to clean. Hell, even professional artists that use artist quality can't let these go for this awesome price even if they rarely use them. It's just too much fun to gaze upon them on the shelves of Wal-Mart, but I have to say they look better on your bookshelf at home. Alright colors, not the best quality to lay down, but fun when your cousins come over for some art projects.』

(The best things in life can be cheap!) 『Never assume colored pencils are for children. Never assume that a cheap art item is a poor quality art item. Crayola, for me, are best known as the most afforadable and widely ranged set of pencils on the market.
They have hard lead that gives very smooth laydown. With these pencils, it is always best to start out light and layer your colors until you get a sleek, natural result.
The problem with Crayola is that the lead is too hard for blending, i.e, 'pushing' the colors into one another. If you are the type of artist who is into such things, I suggest Prismacolor pencils. But you can mix a little with a white Crayola pencil, so give it a try if you like.
Overall, wonderful for hardcore traditional artists or beginning scribblers. It definately won't burn a hole in your pocket.』

And what's more, clean up isn't a nightmare. Plus, because the casserole retains its heat, I find that the food stays delightfully warm without the stove/range needing to be on.
I have other cast iron enamel cookware that I love. And this compares very well.
The only caution I have is to those people who have a ceramic-topped electric range or range top. Cast iron cookware is not recommended for those. But it works great with induction or gas tops.』

IPhone 3G used's review (Oh..... MY GOD!!! What a laugh riot and a great nostalgic movie! The only thing I'm not laughing about is: where is the DVD?) 『First of all, I love Tiny Toons HISMV. My mom loves it and it is possibly one of the funniest summer comedies since One Crazy Summer and many others. The show just got released on DVD and I hope to expect a DVD release of this movie which needs to come out into the spotlight finally. My god, this flick was only available on VHS for so long and now there's not too many people out there who own VCRs anymore. They've all moved on to DVDs and Blu-Ray. Sadly HISMV is not part of that all. It will be soon though hopefully. I hope to get this movie just so me and my parents can enjoy nostalgic laughs and God knows how many people want to go to Happy World Land! I sure as hell wanted to: BUT NOT ON THAT DAMN MONORAIL! The cart chase in the end is still great. If this film does not come out..... uh-oh, the bacon OOOH the pork chops.... hogjaws..... give me bunny burgers uuuuuhhhhhh ha ha ha. If you own the vhs edition, or even the extremely rare laserdisc edition, show it to everyone you know. they'll LOVE it.』

Unlike the others, which usually become rather awkward or fail in some way, "How I Spent my Summer Vacation" is a hilarious, creatively musical romp and a cherished, classic favorite. It's so expertly done that several storylines intertwine to create one satisfyingly long film that stands perfectly well on its own. Memorable quotes and moments abound. I highly recommend this excellent Tiny Toons movie.』
(One of the best EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!) 『I have been a rabid Tiny Toons fan ever since it aired on TV in the early 90s, I was about 7. Me and my older brother would watch it everyday. Then came the How I spent my Vacation(I could have sworn it was called How I spent my SUMMER vacation, oh well), me and my brother were rolling on the floor dying of laughter! We loved the entire movie and I think we even recorded it or had our mom rent it from like Blockbuster everytime she went there, cause I remember watching it millions of times! I just recently bought it online(unfortunately a VHS copy cause for some reason I don't know why this isn't on DVD yet and it should have been on DVD years ago!) and can't wait for it to come in so I can show my younger sisters, who missed out on this classic jem! If you haven't seen Tiny Toons before or this movie I HIGHLY recommend it! Classic scenes are: the entire scene of Plucky with Hamtons family going on a trip to Happy world land with a psycho(some parents said he was too scary for kids, nonsense! Yeah the guy was rather freaky but the scenes with him were too funny to be too scary! I was never scared of him and I was a little kid!) who hitch-hiked with them, Buster and Babs water fight and trip down the river with possums trying to eat them, and the ending! Do yourself a favor and just buy a copy even if you haven't seen it. You won't be disappointed! Just check out the ending song:
