Our large lab loves his loofahs but over time he just chewed them non-stop and ripped out all the stuffing. He was so sad when we had no choice but to take them away. Recently came across the latex loofah and happy days are here again. He won't put this toy down! Next to his woobie, it's one of his favorites. He has the yellow loofah and it's so vibrant in color, easy to spot in the grass, even in the dark. The squeak isn't "too" piercing. The latex loofah allows him to chew away without fear that the stuffing will emerge in just a few minutes. This toy has kept him entertained for hours - with many more to come! Hooray for the latex loofah!!』
(Fun but messy) 『I had gotten one of my dogs this toy and she went nuts! My dog is quite spoiled and has a lot of different toys, but the Loofa dog is by far and away her favorite. Everytime I come home she immediately runs to get the toy so we can play. The first couple of loofa dogs I bought were from Petsmart and I paid over 2x as much so this is a great price! The only downside is that when she first gets the dog (this is about the 3rd one I've bought her) she tears it up a bit, but after I tell her to be nice she stops trying to get the stuffing.』

I bought him one because he loves it so much, but within about 30 minutes of giving it to him, he ripped the tail off and the ears off and was pulling stuffing out of the head and the back end of the dog!! Stuffing was getting everywhere and he found the squeaker and ripped it out within seconds. If your dog doesnt destroy stuffed animals, I'm sure he/she would love it - but it just goes so quickly if you're dog likes ripping them apart!! I like the 18in dog for my dog - who is a cockapoo and about 30 lbs....we had previously gotten him smaller versions of this toy it was just too small.』

They have squeakers in the heads and in the feet, so she usually gets several hours of enjoyment pulling the stuffing out until she reaches the squeakers (at which point we intervene and remove the squeakers).
As long as you understand that your dog probably will destroy this toy within a few days or weeks, it's a great toy for the low price.』

(The best Blues Clues production!) 『I was having a hard time trying to find episodes with Steve for my 23 month old daughter who is a true Blues Clues fan! So I got this DVD.
This is a fantastic movie which involves the regular problem solving part seen in espisodes and much more. Steve and the gang are putting together a show for the neigborhood and they need to get ready for it. Blue needs a singing partner so we play blue's clues to figure out who it should be. Side Table is too shy to say she wants to sing in the show as well and that part of the story is very well portrayed. There are many practical lessons for kids in this about not giving up, how being shy can prevent you from doing what you really want to do, etc. My favorite part is when Steve is trying to make his song and they explain notes, tempo, etc. Very well done! 』

(One Hundred and One Dalmatians) 『Walt Disney's "One Hundred and One Dalmatians" is one of the best loved family films of all time, however, when lined up against greats like "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" and "Pinocchio", it is easy to see its shortcomings. Standing alone, it is a highly entertaining adventure that can be enjoyed by anyone and if released today, I believe it would create the same sensation it caused when it premiered in 1961.
The story revolves around two Dalmatians, Pongo and Perdita, and their owners, Roger and Anita, who occupy a modest flat in urban London. Not long after Perdita gives birth to a litter of fifteen puppies, they are abducted by the evil Cruella De Vil, an old schoolmate of Anita's who lusts for a coat made of Dalmatian puppy fur. While the humans mourn, Pongo and Perdita utilize the "Twilight Bark", a canine gossip chain, which leads them to Hell Hall, a deteriorating manor house in the English countryside where the puppies, along with eighty four others are being held captive by Cruella's bumbling assistants, Horace and Jasper. In order to save their children, Pongo and Perdita must seek help from an assortment of neighboring animal friends including Colonel, a sputtering Old Enlglish Sheepdog and a brave cat named Mr. Tibbs, but as time runs out and Cruella's suspisions intensify, the fate of the puppies grows more and more uncertain.
While this all sounds very thrilling, at times the story can be quite dull and uneventful. The entire first act drones along like an infomercial for Prozac and the animation, especially the scenes in Roger and Anita's flat, looks bland and too two-dimensional.
It isn't until the arrival of Cruella De Vil that the plot truly begins to boil. She is the saving grace of the picture and quite frankly, the sole reason to see it. With Betty Lou Gerson's smokey vocal stylings and animator Marc Davis's graceful hand and observant eye, they create one of the great screen villainesses of all time. It is much more than a performance - it is life on the screen.』

I resell a lot of the children's videos that I purchase on line, at private sales and from my own distributors, and this one literally flys off my auction site as soon as I list one. This is an out of print video, so its not very easy to find copies of same.Of course, as with most of Henson's videos, violence is not present, the majority of his videos are all feel good ones and they are absolutely great for the young children.』
(There's hope out there!!) 『Like everyone else, I've been searching for this show on DVD for YEARS! It was a favorite of mine when I was little. We had it on VHS, but sometime between me moving out and my brother, it got lost. As much as I loved this, I wasn't going to spend 200 bucks for it. However, I found a website that tracks down old, hard to find DVDs and sells them for an appropriate price. Lo and behold, they had a copy for $18 plus $4 shipping!! I bought it and just got it in the mail today and I've already watched it. It's a two disk set. The first disc is the remastered, yet chopped up version and the second disc was the original, televised broadcast! The quality wasn't the best in the world....you can tell it was recorded off of a beta or VHS, but it's still completely watchable if you don't mind the occasional glitches (hey, after 20+ years, my VHS was in worse shape than this). So there's hope out there! Here's the link....hopefully, they'll have more for all those out there still looking for a copy....

To my disappointment, they edited out all the best parts, what a disgrace to Jim Henson!! I bought the DVD which is now collecting dust. I watch a worn out VHS tape that's twenty years old. I would rather sit through tracking problems and the tape skipping, than watch the "new" edited disgrace that was once my beloved Muppet Family Christmas. They should let people know that it's been edited. I enjoy watching my tape with Osh Kosh B-Osh, M&M's, Milk, and Extra Gum commercials. I rather sit through old commercials than watch this DVD that has disgraced the Jim Henson name!! For shame on whoever won't pay money to let the DVD be unedited! Don't they have enough money? Why do they have to mess with a legacy? (Quite disappointing to me) 『Picture quality, construction quality, Night Vision, and Field of Vision are all a letdown and I returned it right away. For the price, I suppose this is still a good "deal", but if you want an excellent quality Dome Camera with decent Night Vision, superb build quality, and a wide angle view look at the unit labeled "vandal proof dome camera", also from Amazon. It is more expensive, but has a VERY hefty and sturdy feel to it. Range of IR is greater and MUCH less granulated, resolution in daytime is fantastic, and one unit in the corner of a square room or backyard can cover nearly everything. This product may be adequate for some applications, just be aware that it is very low-end. (I suppose I should give credit that it also includes audio, but given that this is advertised as an "indoor camera" one would wish for a much wider field of vision.) 』

I can see 15 feet at night with about 5 feet of shadow images. the only thing is in order to see from afar you can't mount it on the ceiling. If you mount it on the ceiling the object or scene your watching has to be at least 10 feet away. I hooked it up under my open garage on the side top wall and works flawlessly. My garage is 2 cars wide and I can see in the shade very clearly about 35 feet but when it hits out of the shade the screen gets whiter and whiter. In high noon screen is white out of the shade. I WILL BUY MORE IN THE FUTURE........』
