『For $50 this should be better quality. The issue I have is that the two lines of string the connect the matchstick bamboo are not very straight and are glued in place. This isn't a huge issue for me and I'm happy with my purchase but the quality seems more a $20 dollar lamp. I would buy more of them if they cost less.』

『What a beautiful collection of sensual yet spiritual music. Can you have the two at the same time? I think so. The feelings and images projected by this artist create an imagined Nirvana awaiting your journey. Wow, I'm sounding kinda "airy-fairy", as some of my friends would say! But listen, a real treat of significant and joyous difference is ready for you.』

(Hauntingly beautiful music...)
『Krishna Rose's newest CD "Beneath the Rose" is most definitely something special. The music is in a genre of its own, but if I had to pick one category, I'd pick Devotional/Spiritual Celtic. The songs are melodic and passionate, with a romantic tempo that is perfect for meditation, contemplation, and/or setting the mood for someone special.

Every time I put in the CD, I feel like I'm treating myself to something secret and wonderful, like silky chocolate covered roses or a dip in a crystal clear natural spring. This music is intense, and has the power to move the mind and heart to tears of joy and wonder. The lyrics are powerful, yet they ring clear down to earth with truth and freedom. Krishna Rose sings through her soul throughout this album. I could set this CD on repeat and listen to it all day long and never, EVER grow tired of it.

This music is a work of pure art.』

(Beautiful, romantic and spiritual all in one!)
『Take a mellow spiritual journey with Krishna Rose into this magical land of harmonies. Krishna Rose has far surpassed herself with this new cd, these lovely tunes will resonate in your head hours after hearing them, in a transcedental meditation of the divine love, Sri Radha and Sri Krishna. Listen to the lyrics closely, as they all have a deeper spiritual (non-sectarian) meaning. For those who love to sing along with their cd's, this is an excellent choice, extremely uplifting!』

(Romantic relaxing peaceful devotional music)
『Gorgeous music, simple, quiet, yet so poignant.... fantastic lyrics, real poetry of the heart. Krishna Roses' voice is powerful yet soothing, speaks straight to those parts in us that are wishing to express the very same sentiments she speaks of in her ernest songs. The music reflects our inner search for divinity, it is deeply spiritual yet non-sectarian / religious. I highly recommend this CD to anyone who appreciates really good music, this CD excels in every way. Look forward hearing more from this upcoming artist.』
『Devotional new age, Celtic inspired folk music, music to journey with and be inspired and soothed by. Gorgeous female layered harmony vocals, classical cello, acoustic guitars and atmospheric keyboards. Uniquely divine music.』

『This is an incredibly relaxing album. The tracks are very soothing and make my drive to work a space for contemplation rather than anticipation.』

(if you like repetition, this CD's for you!)
『I found this CD irritatingly repetitive. I was very disappointed in it. (Sorry, Tenzin) I am a body therapist and listen to calming music while I do treatments on clients. This solo piano and solo guitar CD irritated and distracted me. If you want calming piano music I suggest instead, A Place Without Noise by Wayne Gratz. If you are looking for calming guitar music I suggest Guitar Meditations by Soulfood and Billy McLaughlin.』
『Tenzin's first commercial CD contains beautiful, calming songs performed on solo grand piano and solo acoustic guitar. The Grand Suite consists of five relaxing compositions that flow effortlessly one into the other. Melancholy is a delicate and moving piano piece. The solo guitar portion of this CD begins with Starlight Wind, a song that was composed on the plains of East Africa. Samadhi is a song of awakening, and Triptych carries the listener through a variety of emotions and soundscapes. This CD is perfectly suited for meditation, relaxation, massage or gentle movement; or as a soundtrack to a peaceful environment.』

(A Nice Twist on the Yoga Method - And A Lot of Sweat)
『Like the Intensive Body Sculpting tape, this tape tries to introduce Yoga to people used to mainstream fitness tapes. I can't say if it succeeds, or if it would be comfortable for someone who is tremendously overweight to do the tape. What I can say is that it is a great workout for many shapes of people and a great change of pace for those who are used to more traditional yoga practice. What makes this tape unique in my experience is that Bryan repeats the movements into and out of poses several times before holding the pose. This builds up a lot of heat and challenges your muscles and balance in a whole new way. Even experienced students will likely be sweating hard and feeling challenged by this unfamiliar mode of practice. He also throws some of the newer poses from this series of tapes into this one as well, and they really work in new ways to strengthen and stretch your body. One thing is for sure, if you breathe deeply, release your self-criticism and move along with the tape, you will really heat up, sweat and feel great. Maybe that's the beginning of something beyond just losing weight.』

(Didn't like it at all...)
『I'm a Denise Austin junky, and have lately been trying to venture out into new territory. After reading the reviews of this tape and learning a bit about Bryan Kest, I thought I'd give this tape a try. I'm so sorry I did. I feel like it was such a waste of money. First of all, unlike what someone else said, the flow DOES stop -- all the time. He leaves you for what seems like an eternity in, for example, the downward facing dog pose while he rambles on and on about his yoga philosophy. Meanwhile, I just wanted to get MOVING! Which is why I bought this tape! Secondly, the poses are definitely more about building strength than movement and burning calories. I'm all about strength building, but, again, that is not why I bought this particular tape. And even as a strength building routine, I think it fails. He spends far too much time on poses that seem only to work your quadricep muscles. The rest of my body felt quite ignored and unhappy! Only my thighs were burning -- that's it. I also must say -- I don't like this guy's style at all. I've never seen an exercise tape where the instructor didn't demonstrate any of the poses himself. Apparently, this guy just loves the sound of his own voice. Also, while he talks a lot about not comparing yourself to others and taking things at your own pace, he placed an obviously ultra-experienced yoga practictioner right in the front of the group, and the camera really focuses on her A LOT. She is one of the most incredibly limber and advanced students I've ever seen. Watching her does make you feel bad, and it encouraged me to push myself beyond my limit, which is exactly what he's telling you NOT to do. So okay, maybe it's me, but overall I thought this was a very UNbalanced routine, stopping the movement too often to focus on his little speeches about yoga (which I found borderline insulting), and focusing far too much on only one muscle group of the body. Can I get my money back?』

(Excellent)
『The tape was challenging, but possible. I liked Bryan's philosophy and queing.』

(Excellent! A real workout for people who want results.)
『Bryan Kest is about my favorite Yoga instructor. I always watch a video before attempting it. In this video I noticed a few interesting changes in Bryan and his productions. First, he cut off the mop on his head and he's aged about five years --- filled out a bit and lost some of his youthful slimness. He's also lost some of his tendency to be a bit too touchy with his class. He is more polished and one senses he's a bit more commercial. Also, at the end of the video, rather than the normal"namasta"he said,"thank you". I've never heard that from a yoga instructor but guess it's okay.

Having said all that, I can tell you that this is a real workout. It's not for sissies but, at the same time, just about anyone at any level should be able to do it and, if necessary, modify some of the asanas.

What makes this such a great workout is that it's a 40 minute flow. You never stop. You will really feel your heart working and you'll build up a sweat. If you're a real advanced student you may not. But most of us will.

Bryan uses only a few basic asanas in this entire video. But it's similar to an arerbic workout in that the asanas are repeated so when you're finished, you feel like you've lifted weights and worked both the upper and lower body and also the heart. You do get your cardio. I feel it's very complete.

In my opinion, Bryan provides you with a very complete cardio as well as muscular toning workout and, while I don't know for sure, I suspect one can lose weight with it. But in any case, you'll sure feel better after doing it.

And you can modify any of the asanas. There is one student who shows the modifications or you can create your own. The music is different than Bryan's other videos. It's soft and low key, unlike his 1995 videos.

His instruction is good --- pretty easy to follow. During some of the asanas he guides you, motivates you and instructs you as to both the physical and mental aspects of the pose.

I highly recommend this video.』

(.....learning to breathe.....)
『I started with the Energize, Sweat&Tone tapes and was a bit intimidated that I couldn't master all the moves and gracefully jump back into the positions as fast as everyone else. I really loved this tape...and the sculpting tape too. I felt that the modifications were good and in many cases I was able to complete the poses without modifications. I feel this tape is challenging enough to keep me motivated, yet, not too challenging that I can't complete the moves....I have something to work toward. I also enjoy the fact that he talks you through everything, the breathing, feeling comfortable in your own space and working through your practice at your own pace. If you are an expert in your yoga practice this is probably not for you, but if you are beginner/intermediate, I think you will find this tape a good addition to your yoga practice. Pay attention to your breathing and you will come away with a great workout that works your body and also calms you.』
『This video is from the latest (2002) series from Bryan Kest, after his exceptionally popular Power Yoga series: Energize, Tone and Sweat. In the "Bryan Kest-Power Yoga for Weight Loss" video, Bryan creates a unique cardiovascular workout, using the principles of Dynamic Flow. This workout will make you sweat, burn calories and strengthen your heart and lungs. Also check out "Bryan Kest-Power Yoga, Intensive Body Sculpting" from this latest series. Both titles available in VHS or DVD.』

(Thankyou Mr. Freeman for a glimpse of what is possible!)
『Its obvious that this man is devoted to enriching the lives of others thru Yogic practise and lifestyle. He is holistic in his approach and believes in the power of putting forth his very finest in each yogic pose, as well as in each sacred moment of life. Mr. Freeman is a true metaphysician and has gone way beyond perfecting the Yogic positions, although being a world renown virtuoso at that long ago, he has spent much time on the deeper subtler aspects of the inner realm of Yoga development. This is the part that much of today's current Yoga movement has missed to some extent. If you really want to learn Yoga from a humble American Sadhu who is truly a teacher of teachers, then you really need to check in with Mr. Freeman and perhaps this video gives you a glimpse of what he has to offer.
Some reviewers here seem to think that his poses are too tough, but remember, this guy has been doing Yoga for 40 years, including quite a few in Asia, and so what is basic to him may seem advanced to somebody who is much newer to the scene. I must admit, that this kind mystic Richard Freeman is a very dear Friend of mine since 1970 and therefore i may be somewhat biased, but i feel that this video will show you what is possible as a beginner with Yoga. I would recommend that any serious yogi would want to have this in their collection of Master Yogi videos. If you practise yoga, and have not seen this, you really owe it to yourself to experience it. If you teach yoga, then you need this video. This man is one of the most sought after Yoga teachers on Earth, and there IS a reason why, so why not invite him into your living room?』

(Re: "Mr. Freeman..." review)
『I am writing this review in response to the one "Mr. Freeman you must be joking".

1. Ashtanga is a difficult, style of yoga. If you are not familiar with it but want to start this style, it is best to take a class, not use a video. (a video can be great for getting an idea of what to expect, but you will not get the correction and instruction that meets your individual needs from a video)

2. Each series in Ashtanga(first, second, third, etc) is always the same sequence of poses. It is designed that one masters each pose and then moves on to the next, eventually completing the series. When one masters the first series (and this might take many years) one moves on to the second.

3. Three months of yoga, no matter how many days a week you do it still makes you a beginner. One of my instructors has said you are a beginner until you have 10 years of consistent daily practice. Maybe that is a bit of an overstatement...but maybe not. Part of yoga is letting go of ego and being present where you are, wherever that is.

So, yes, this is not a video for someone brand new to yoga. But if you are familiar with Ashtanga and want a tape to practice with at home, between classes, this might be exactly what you are looking for.』

(No easy ride)
『Ok....this tape is probably not for the people who like Steve Ross,or Rodney Yee...The good part is that the breathing is explained, and there are real sun salutations and no hip music and hip scenery..The part I myself dont like is that i cant do about 50% of the tape...The ashtanga poses are very advanced unless you are a flexible or experienced person...This is authentic ashtanga yoga..Richard Freeman does some amazing stuff, handstands and contortionist poses, that i imagine take years to master. For me,it is frustrating but maybe its cos I am a beginner yogi attached to results..i dont do this tape yet,(I did once)but I plan to start to begin this practice starting just on weekends..I say dont buy it though unless you are a serious yoga person...Its the most difficult tape ive ever seen..but good to own..』

(Staying true to the Ashtanga Practice)
『This video moves very slow so if you are looking for a power yoga tape that is short and sweet but gets the job done this is NOT for you..After doing Steve Ross Inhale and some other Power Yoga classes, then watching this dvd, I found myself impatient, tired, and very frustrated at my lack of ability..The floor series is extra difficult and could take YEARS to master as I understand. However,I dont think this tape is a bad invetment..my friend who is a yoga instructor swears by Mr.Freeman, and this tape shows the REAL practice as it is SUPPOSED to be done..If you have an hour and a half,a healthy ego,and a desire to master Primary Ashtanga in its purest form, then this tape is for you..Otherwise,I would recomend Baron Baptistes condensed Ashtanga Tape as its only about 40 minutes long, and doesnt have the many"pretzel"postures in it..』

(The best yoga video I own!)
『I have been practicing yoga for about a year both in the studio and at home with video tapes. I own about 15 tapes and this is the only video that I have ever done which comes close to the experience with a live instructor. Richard Freeman has captured what Ashtanga yoga is all about and has successfully brought it into my home.

If you are looking for a yoga video that captures the heart of Ashtanga yoga without distracting music or instructors who are more aerobics instructors than true yogis, than this video is for you. Richard Freeman is just great!!』

『Based on the Ashtanga practice,Yoga with Richard Freemandemonstrates successive and continuously flowing poses in the traditional method. Freeman instructs this two-hour video with great emphasis on the sequential arrangement of each posture. Movement, body alignment, and deep full breathing become the focus throughout each series. These elements (breathing, movement, and alignment) aid in pulling from the core energy. Freeman explains that the breath not only generates liveliness, but it acts as the link between mind and body. The constant movement within this program creates an extensive challenge for the major muscles of the upper and lower body and will make even the most conditioned yoga practitioner break a sweat. These poses are difficult and require substantial flexibility and strength, however alternative postures are offered for exercisers in need of modifications or introductory level exercise. Seasoned practitioners will find a great workout here, while beginners may find this method somewhat unapproachable at first. As with any exercise program, stamina and flexibility will increase as the frequency of training becomes greater. Listening closely to Freeman's enlightening tips on the distinct practice of Ashtanga will only heighten the overall experience. Authentic yoga terminology is used here, which makes this workout informative and effective.Yoga with Richard Freemanis a fantastic format that will continue to test the agility and strength of all yoga participants. All exercisers will want to have a mat before starting.--Olivia Voigts
『With this videotape Richard introduces you to Ashtanga's classic postures - a continuous, dynamic flow of unusual precision, and the special breathing techniques that characterize this form. Expert demonstrations teach nearly 70 postures to help you ignite your inner "fire" and awaken the nervous system to its natural vital state. "Yoga with Richard Freeman" is a high quality production designed to be used by yoga students at all levels.』

(A very enjoyable, relaxing, gentle yoga practice)
『When I first tried this video, I didn't know what to expect; my only previous experience with Rod Stryker was in the Kathy Smith yoga series, which I did not like. But to my pleasant surprise, I found that Rod teaches in a relaxed, easy-going style that was a perfect fit for me. The DVD actually contains two practices, each just under 30 minutes, that can be performed either separately or combined for a longer practice (this format as well as the general feel of the practice is very similar to Kripalu Yoga Gentle). Rod and a student, Ingrid, perform the practice in a pretty mountaintop field area overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Rod instructs via voiceover, and Ingrid frequently displays modifications of the poses. In general, Rod performs several flowing repetitions of each posture followed by a longer hold, which gave the practice a viniyoga feel to me.

The first practice, which is about 28 minutes long, begins in a reclined position with a focus on breathing. Some simple stretches follow, including knee-to-chest, revolved stomach pose, cat/cow, and a kneeling shoulder stretch. Rod continues with a few more stretches in a standing position: standing forward bend, arm circles, and a neck stretch. He then moves into a standing pose series, returning to mountain pose for stabililty between each standing posture. The poses consisted of triangle, warrior 1, a wide-legged down dog/standing forward bend combination, and modified revolved triangle. He then returns to the floor for additional cat/cow stretches, down dog, a rest in child pose, and then final relaxation. During the relaxation, which lasts for several minutes, Rod asks you to meditate on the number 12 and then slowly count backward, with each number bringing you closer to perfection.

You can either stop your practice at this point or continue with the second practice, which flows right into bridge pose. Next, he moves into a lying face-down position for some back extension work and then back to a reclined position for hand-to-foot pose, lying twist, and reclined bound angle. Transitioning to a seated postion, you'll perform a seated forward bend, bound angle, and then move into relaxation pose. This time, Rod asks you to visualize various parts of your body smiling, eventually moving to imagining your entire body smiling; I found these visualizations to be beneficial. The relaxation again lasts for several minutes, and then the final six minutes of this practice is devoted to pranayama (breathing) and seated meditation. From a seated position, you will first perform a variation on alternate nostril breathing and then spend several minutes just sitting quietly, bringing the total time for the second practice in at about 26.5 minutes.

Options on the DVD include selecting chapters, choosing to perform the practice from the modified perspective, and an interview/biography of Rod. I enjoyed Rod's gentle teaching style, and even though I was already very familiar with all of the poses included in this video, I found his alignment reminders to be helpful. All of the postures on this DVD would be accessible to beginners (although prior familiarity with the poses would be helpful), but I think that all levels of yoga practitioners will find something to like in this soothing, relaxing practice.

One final note: this same practice is available on DVD under the name "Yoga for Longevity."』

『Optimize physical and mental well-being. enliven and tone all the systems of the body, empower yourself, and become more at ease in everything you do, promises Yoga Journal'sPeak Performance Yoga, a four-part, 60-minute yoga practice. Part 1 offers gentle stretches to awaken the body. Part 2 presents larger, dynamic movements, increasing breath capacity and loosening and strengthening the large muscles. Part 3 focuses on spine flexibility. Part 4 winds down with a calming, guided relaxation and breathing practice. Rod Stryker ably demonstrates in an outdoor setting, giving voice-over instructions specific enough for novices to yoga. A woman assistant demonstrates modifications for less flexible exercisers, sometimes using a block, blanket, or strap. You can do the whole hour or just the part you need. A nice blend of relaxing and energizing postures, well presented by a mature instructor, suitable for both flexible and less flexible practitioners.--Joan Price

(Everything I hoped for and more)
『There is my new favorite yoga dvd! I was looking for a yoga practice that was more restorative than workout and this is it.

This dvd consists of numerous sequences that address a variety of ailments and conditions. There is so much variety, both within each sequence and each pose that there is truly something for everyone. I love how 4 examples of each pose are demonstrated, from the most gentle, supported and relaxing variation to more advanced and vigorous variations. The setting is gorgeous and the music is relaxing and peaceful. Laura's voice is soothing and never intrusive.

I know that this dvd will be a regular part of my yoga practice for years to come.』

(I Love It)
『I'm a big believer in the power of yoga to cure health issues, and this DVD is one every yogi should own. There are practices for shoulder stiffness/pain, menopause, depression, back pain, and many, many more -- 60 of them. I've done two so far, and plan to spend a lot of time with this DVD. It's filmed in a pretty outdoor setting and at the beginning of each asana, you will see text on the screen explaining what the pose will do for you and also any contraindications. It doesn't last more than a couple of seconds, so it doesn't interrupt your practice, but you do have the option to pause here if you want to. I found it very interesting to know the purpose of each pose for helping the particular ailment in question. You also have the option of skipping any pose if it's too advanced or if you just don't like it for whatever reason. I recommend this DVD for those with prior yoga experience, as there are few form tips for beginners. For those who already know the basics and have a regular yoga practice, this is a must-have for your library.』

(Convenient and informative)
『This is a great video - well done and is very useful for me. There are days when I know I should do some yoga but I don't want to go down and take a long class. I can scroll to a section that looks interesting and follow at my own pace. I think this is a great way for someone to familiarize themselves with the basics of yoga used for therapeutic purposes as well as an easy way to get more yoga done at home. Thumbs up!』

(Fabulous Yoga Workout)
『I was extremely pleased with this Yoga DVD because it provided a challenging, but doable workout that strengthens my body and sharpens my mind. I enjoy the ability to choose the music to workout to, and Jennifer's voice is soothing and encouraging. Definitely a must have in the assortment of yoga workout dvds.』

(can't follow it)
『There is no instruction -- it's really just images and music. And the main menu does not work correctly on 2 different dvd players.』

(Remarkable)
『I agree with Nonalori. Very remarkable most of the reviewers are from the San Diego area and the dates of the reviews are clustered.

(Video Clip)
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R1DRVVMCQFWKN7A Video clip from the actual DVD - all sound issues mentioned in other reviews have been fixed on the actual DVD. This is one of 4 musical tracks (one is no music). This is one of two instructional tracks.』

(Beautiful Practice...)
『The yoga practice is beautiful, the images are great... but you can hardly hear or understand the teacher. This may be difficult for some to follow, however, I still recommend trying it. TAMARA'S YOGA FUSION』
『Enjoy a simple and sweet Vinyasa Yoga practice during sunset on the patio of beautiful Father Junipero Serra Presidio. Jennifer leads you through a basic yet complete Vinyasa yoga practice that will leave you feeling energized and relaxed.

Choose between two instructional styles, and choose your music from several beautiful tracks. This DVD is one of the many videos at MyYogaVideo.com that has multiple sound tracks.

"Anyone can do yoga. Yoga is for every body. Yoga calms the mind, heals the body, and nurtures the heart." Jennifer Tipton, M.A., R.Y.T,

This is a great DVD for beginners, or those seeking to build a strong foundation for a Vinyasa flow practice. Jennifer continues to cue the breath throughout the video, which is the basis of this type of yoga. The poses are energizing and challenging for the body, but not too advanced. Jennifer begins the practice with breath awareness and then goes into sun salutations to warm up the body. A series of fluid standing postures is followed by balance work. Deeper stretching is included along with a final relaxation (savasana). This DVD is a full and effective Vinyasa practice that will help you to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance. The captivating architecture and beautiful San Diego sunset along with the representation of the instructor's actual students make this a truly unique video. Jennifer uses a straight forward, non-intimidating approach in her teaching that is encouraging to beginners or those interested in trying Vinyasa flow yoga. Discover the joys of Vinyasa yoga and come to enjoy the positive, lasting benefits.

Jennifer teaches Vinyasa flow yoga in San Diego, California. She has over ten years experience instructing fitness and movement. Her passion and dedication to yoga and healthy living has inspired people of all backgrounds and ages. ?

This DVD features students from San Diego State University where Jennifer has taught for several years. Her yoga classes link breath and movement into a dynamic flow.

***Practice DVD***: after you have listened to the detailed instructional sound track you switch to the asana timing sound track. This helps you get into the body through your yoga practice and out of your critical mind. This DVD also lets you choose the beautiful music that inspires you "today" ...

(Fabulous Yoga Video - Perfect Amt of Time - Gentle yet challenging)
『I absolutely love this video - so much so, that I have been through 3 copies from wearing them out. It is the only practice 1) i can fit into my schedule, it's the perfect length to make time for 2) that doesn't result in injury or aggravation of back/hip issues.
Says total content is over an hour - there's tips for using props etc, but I just go straight to Stress Relief Practice -->Gentle Stretch and then the rest of the core practice goes from there - total time is 20 minutes which is perfect for me.
I very highly recommend this video and can't say enough. It strengthens, stretches and relaxes. It is perfect for am or pm. love it!』

(I always recommend this practice as a good place for beginners to start)
『I have had this DVD for years and used it religiously for quite a while when I was first beginning yoga. I always recommend it for beginners who want to try yoga because the poses she uses are not too difficult, and she uses a brick and a strap (good for those who are not very flexible).

I still enjoy doing this DVD now, from time to time, and feel very relaxed and refreshed - although I find it is not challenging enough for me anymore. But if you are looking for a good introduction to yoga, I recommend this DVD highly. Another good DVD for beginners is AM/PM yoga with Rodney Yee and Patricia Waldon.』

(My all time fave!!)
『I first used this DVD 8 years ago and still use it to this day on a weekly basis! There's something very soothing about the background music and the sunset and the tempo. For me, it's great stress and tension relief for my shoulders and upper back, where I carry a lot of my stress. I think 20 min is PERFECT, especially for beginner's or right before bed or in the morning when you want to start your day out on a good note!』

(Great Pick-Me-Upper)
『I LOVE this one. It was my first video - my introduction - to yoga several years ago. As a beginner, it took me a while to get used to these new moves. As with anything else, it got easier with time and practice.

Fast forward several years and I still find myself reaching for this one. It's gentle, yet very effective, and I always get a good stretch out of it. It's also a great pick-me-upper in the middle of the day when I feel stiff from sitting at the computer for one too many hours. Being only approximately 18 minutes long I have NO excuse for not taking the time to do this.

The setting is beautiful and the music is relaxing. Suzanne does it at a very comfortable pace, though I wish she would hold child's pose a little longer. I've bought it for several friends who voiced a desire to try yoga. Great for everyone - beginners and experienced alike.』

(Useful Short Practice)
『This is a good 20-minute all-around practice, useful for squeezing in when you don't have much time for yoga practice. I've got where I prefer it to both the a.m. and p.m. videos in this same series.

It includes everything a good yoga practice should: a warm up, standing poses, twists, backbend, forward bends and relaxation. Emphasis on loosening the shoulders, and opening the lungs.

Naturally, in trying to include so much in such a short time, there are parts that feel a bit rushed, which is the video's main flaw. However, it's not so fast that I can't keep up. If I have a leisurely morning ahead of me, I will generally choose something else -- but I'm happy to have this for mornings that aren't.』

『The disciplines of yoga and meditation combine in this informative release. The Yoga Journal label has issued a number of instructional releases and has gained a highly deserved reputation for being among the easiest to follow. YOGA FOR MEDITATION is no exception providing a comprehensive overview of the skill which should appeal to fitness fanatics at any stage of their development.System Requirements:Running Time 65 Mins.Format: DVD MOVIE Genre: HEALTH/FITNESS Rating: NR UPC: 029956012509 Manufacturer No: 120-1312』
