(Chakras? Kundalini? Where?)
『As someone who's had prior exposure to Kundalini yoga through hands-on classes, and have been studying/working with chakra energy for years, I can safely say this DVD will leave a beginner clueless. The exercises are basic hodge podge movements with no explanation of their origins. I've learned more off of YouTube than viewing this DVD.

Things lacking:

a) Lack of Kundalini instruction and explanation. Not even a simple mention of serpent-coiled energy.

b) Lack of clear instruction of our chakras and their purpose. Just mentions "clearing your brain," or letting out "bottled energy." No mention of specific chakras, their effects on the body, associations, etc.

c) Terrible video editing - really funny they show you a snazzy cover with Gurutej on the beach, but in reality you're in the corner of somebody's house, and you can see the cars whizzing by outside. The entire video looks like a high school project.

I like Joan Price's review that states, "Then, chakra by chakra, she explains and demonstrates." Where? Did Joan even watch the DVD? Maybe she watched a different one than I did.

Bottomline: Looking to be a serious student of Kundalini and chakra energy work? Look elsewhere. Looking to spend an hour doing feel good exercises. Here ya go.』

(Interesting and Helpful!)
『I love this yoga teacher...she is a little flaky, but her enthusiasm is so genuine. She is a "free spirit" and somehow, when I am doing this tape, I feel like one, too. I love the variety of postures and movements, and the gentle way she teaches.』

(ABSURDLY POOR QUALITY)
『I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THE REVIEWER WHO SAID THIS DVD IS HOKEY AND CHEESY ... SO MUCH SO ITS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE IT SERIOUSLY. THE SET LOOKS LIKE IT IS IN SOMEONE'S APARTMENT. YOU CAN SEE CARS DRIVING BY THROUGH THE WINDOW! THE FRECKLED "YOGI" LOOKS RIDICULOUS IN HER GOLD SHINY OUTFIT AND TURBAN. THANKFULLY I DID NOT PAY FOR THIS DVD, BUT CHECKED IT OUT OF MY LOCAL LIBRARY. I WAS ASTOUNDED TO SEE IT IS ACTUALLY FOR SALE! IT WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A COUPLE OF GOOD LAUGHS AT ITS ABSURDITY, BUT FOR WORTHWHILE KUNDALINI YOGA INSTRUCTION LOOK ELSEWHERE ... ANYWHERE! THIS IS TRULY A PITIFUL PRODUCTION.

(A Kundalini-based yoga practice to awaken and energize)
『In Chakra Yoga for Mental Balance, yogini Gurutej Kaur presents a Kundalini yoga based practice. Kundalini yoga is quite different from the more familiar hatha yoga styles, as it focuses mainly on rapid movements (as opposed to static poses) designed to awaken the body's energy. In her narration, Kaur emphasizes how the different exercises will stimulate the brain to help you feel both more relaxed and more alive.

The DVD is nicely broken down into 22 chapters, which includes the 20 exercises plus the introduction and closing mantra (chanting is included in each of these two segments). For each exercise sequence, Kaur spends about 30-90 seconds explaining the exercise and its benefits, and then for the next 1-3 minutes, she instructs via voiceover as you actually perform the exercise. The movements range from very easy, such as wrist rotations, to a few that are quite challenging, including a full backbend (wheel pose). The 20 exercises are as follows: 1) brain balance, 2) lasso pose, 3) standing forward stretch, 4) circle pose, 5) pulling energy, 6) wrist rotations, 7) kidney stimulation, 8) standing arm rotations, 9) thumb flips, 10) wings barely touching, 11) finger presses, 12) extended arms spiral flexes, 13) leg forward front bow, 14) shimmy, 15) back platform leg lifts, 16) wheel pose, 17) cat stretches, 18) neck rolls, 19) meditation, and 20) deep relaxation.

I have taken a few Kundalini classes in the past and have enjoyed them, and although the exercises on this video had a similar feel, there was not much that I recognized. Also, I thought that going back and forth between Kaur's live instruction and voiceover interrupted the flow of the practice; I would have preferred if she provided all of her instruction while actually performing the exercises. But my main disappointment with this video was the lack of focus on the chakras, or the seven energy centers of the body. I expected that "chakra yoga" meant each exercise would be specifically connected to one of the chakra centers, but this was not the case; Kaur only briefly mentions the concept of chakras in her introduction.

Although my body felt stimulated after performing this video, I still prefer my hatha practice, both for the feelings it brings me during and after. However, I suspect that more regular practitioners of Kundalini yoga are likely to make a better connection with this video than I did.』

(Love all the Chakra Yoga dvd's)
『I would recommend getting all 3 chakra yoga dvd's led by Gurutej Kaur to use as a complete total body series. I would also recommend adding "Kundalini Yoga" with Gurmukh to add an aerobic workout to these three. Top it off with a qigong practice and a hatha yoga session and that is 6 days of healing and strength building. By Sunday you should be buzzing around all over town spreading the joys and wisdom of yoga.』
『Kundalini yoga wakes up the primal energy forces and lets this energy flow through blocked chakras, or energy centers. This 72-minute video presents a complete kundalini yoga program with 16asanas(yoga poses), with chants and breathing instruction. First instructor Gurutej Kau explains the eight chakras and how you can tell if a chakra is in balance. Then, chakra by chakra, she explains and demonstrates how to get unblocked and balanced, accompanied by a small class of participants in a breezy, idyllic Malibu setting. The aim is to move vital energy through your body, which enhances intuition and creativity and centers your mind, body, and spirit. The mood is introspective and quiet, the moves fluid.--Joan Price

(Flow series, serious yoga!)
『This is the absolute best Yoga instructional series. It is easy to folow but challenging at the same time.I found the Earth tape to be alittle too slow, but I recommend it for those who are extreme couch potatoes, or overweight, however it is a great beginner instruction manual.I would recommend skipping straight to Water if you are already in decent shape or have some experience with yoga or pilates.Fire will kick your butt, which makes it very challenging after you have mastered the Water tape, but it is still do-able.All in all I like these videos because of the complete instructions, and the variations shown by using the 2 yoga instructors, also they show the whole body, and proper positioning throughout the series unlike some videos that continually zoom in on the teachers face for effect. The first week with these tapes I noticed a a great difference in my flexability, and muscle tone, after a month I could do things with my body I havent done since middle school.I recommend this series for anyone who wants to learn some real Yoga and be challenged.』

(a really nice practice set)
『i really enjoy the three workouts. water is the one i practice with most, since i like the pace. the instruction is very good, and gives you enough time to work through the poses without feeling rushed. this set is great for anyone who wants to develop a yoga practice, from new beginner to advanced ability.

(The Best Yoga Flow Video Workout)
『I bought this video because I couldn't find a hatha or vinyasa flow class in my community and wanted a solid, flexible practice to do at home. I love it for two reasons:

1) The increasing challenges of the Earth, Water and Fire sequences let me vary my practice. So far I have tried Water and Fire, and even though a few of the Fire poses are beyond me, I could modify them and still get a great workout.

2) I found many other yoga videos to be too introductory or not a real flow session. Total Yoga - The Flow Series really provides an everyday workout -- for days when you feel weak or strong. I have also been turned off by videos narrated in overly dreamy, otherworldly voices. Total Yoga includes no-nonsense narration that focuses on posture, focus and safety.

Highly recommended!』

(Excellent Find)
『I am a beginner Yoga enthusiast and I found this series perfect for me. I did the beginner earth series for a couple of weeks and then I moved to the water series. I find the videos very soothing and easy to follow, but at the same time I sweat like crazy. Great workout and relaxation in one. Looking forward to the fire tape.』

(Monotone, mediocre instruction)
『The level of detail in the instuction varies widely; some asanas are almost painfully dissected, others seemingly glossed over. Also, instruction is delivered in a very serious-sounding monotone. I would recommend the Yoga Zone tapes over these.』
『The three-volume set,Total Yoga: The Flow Series, contains three separate workouts, each targeting a different level of expertise.Total Yoga: Earthis the most basic workout drawing upon the foundations of Hatha Yoga. This 45-minute program introduces the fundamentals through detailed instruction on ujjayi breathing and sun salutation. Teachers Tracey Rich and Ganga White keep the asanas simple and demonstrate alternative postures for participants with compromised backs and necks. The cueing is both informative and clear, with valuable safety information about body alignment and form. This is a strong and thoughtful regimen that will be welcome for the first-time student and intermediate practitioner alike.

Total Yoga: Waterpresents a 45-minute intermediate workout with basic combinations of standing postures and floor poses. Based in the foundations of Hatha vinyasa,Waterdraws on core energy and ujjayi breathing to increase focus and flexibility. Rich and White illustrate modifications for most postures and limit the amount of advanced asanas. Participants will get a solid workout through a series of sun salutations and familiar poses such as triangle and warrior. Spinal rotation and inverted postures are kept to a minimum, but some great flexibility-building movements are incorporated that will increase the students' capacity to work into these poses later in their discipline.

The most rigorous workout isTotal Yoga: Fire, which combines both classical and contemporary postures in one continuous flow. These poses are advanced to begin with, but the difficulty is increased with the length that each asana (pose) is held and the repetition of each vinyasa (series of poses). Rich and White silently lead this 60-minute session with verbal instruction from a narrator, who gives direction in both traditional yoga terminology and simple directional cues. The fundamentals of balance, ujjayi breath, and safety are addressed at the beginning, but the intensity level increases quite vigorously. Rich and White exhibit impeccable form and alignment through standing postures and three series of sun salutations. All of the programs in this excellent series end with meditations.--Olivia Voigts
『Internationally renowned yoga masters Ganga White and Tracey Rich bring over 60 years of teaching experience toTotal Yoga: The Flow Series. This comprehensive and dynamic follow-up to the popularTotal Yogaprogram is divided into three separate videocassettes, each representing a complete daily workout routine that brings the many benefits of yoga to all levels of students. The first in this series, Earth, builds foundations for balanced daily yoga routine for both the beginner and more experienced students, including sun salutations, standing and other classical postures, emphasizing flexibility, attention, flow and breath in a comprehensive, restorative manner. The second in the series, Water, advances the positions and postures for continuing students with the fluidity and grace of Hatha Vinyasa, flowing transitions, with a broader complement of standing, seated and inverted yoga postures. The third and final volume in the series, Fire, forges elements from the first two videos into a higher level of aerobic intensity for intermediate to advanced students.』

(Well-done, inspiring)
『I rented this through Netflix, so had no access to any additional materials that might have been included with it (eye chart, for example).

The only suggestion for improvement I would make is: have a separate workout on the DVD. While Mr. Schneider does go into how long to do each individual exercise when teaching, it would be nice to have a complete, real-time run through on the DVD.

The exercises/warm-up he has you go through before you do any of the eye exercises could also be used as a gentle, yet energizing warm up for other physical exercise--a welcome and unexpected bonus.』

(yoga for eyes and minds)
『This is a very good set of book and dvd with easy to follow instructions. You learn a lot about eyes, body and mind cooperation. It makes you to respect the best organs of your senses.THE EYES!』

(MUST HAVE)
『Sure all our muscles need excersise! And why not the eyes too! I have perfect eye sight and still I feel much better, relaxed, after I started with this program. DVD comes with a small excersise book and stuff you need for the program.』

(best by test)
『Meir's book is the most thorough I have ever seen and he is clearly the most qualified having not only recreated his own eyesight sufficiently to have no restrictions on his drivers license, and to have assisted thousands to improve or regain their eyesight. In addition, his work with Muscular Dystrophy is nearly miraculous. Check out his references in this area as you will find it hard to believe that he has made such an impact in this area for which Jerry Lewis campaigns every year and to my knowledge has never even mentioned Meir.』

(Great information, bit slow on the teaching)
『This DVD is based on the Bates' book method that says MOST simple visual blurriness due to nearsightedness or far sightedness is due to eye muscle strain/stiffness, not the cornea or optic nerve (always situations where it is).
This DVD shows exercise that Meir himself came up with based on the book who he himself was born almost totally blind by age 7 who passed the DMV eye exam w/o need for glasses.
I've only gone through some of it, but the simple thing as warming your hands&cupping each eye with each hand for 5 min w/o pressure on the cheek bones was great.
He says most people's eye muscles are stiff from too much reading, tv&computer work¬ enough looking long distances like previous generations. I didn't even think my eyes were stiff until I cupped them. When I was done, OH MY GOD, my eyes felt SSOOO refreshed&I could see slightly better.
As most people, I would think sleeping is the same thing, but he says since that is passive, it does not count as giving your eyes a chance to relax.
The DVD has him teaching another man how to do the exercise which contains an eye chart&simple carboard squares to work on your peripheral vision.
The only reason I took off 1 star was because the teaching is so slow&drawn out I kept getting too bored to finish it.』

『"This is yoga because this is union with the eyes," explains Meir Schneider in the introduction toYoga for Your Eyes. Born legally blind, Schneider underwent many operations as a child but was unable to see more than light and shadow; he had to do all of his schoolwork in Braille. Today he is able to drive a car without use of glasses or contacts, after improving his sight holistically. In this video, Schneider shares his techniques, using movements that originate in two main sources: the techniques of ophthalmologist William Bates and Tibetan yoga.

To begin, Schneider instructs you to remove your contacts or glasses (how he expects you to see the screen clearly enough to follow the exercises is not explained). Then he moves on to "palming," a vision-improving exercise. The instruction is thorough, including directions on how to breathe, and the movements are simple and relaxing. The second segment is "Testing Your Vision," in which you're told to make your own eye chart to graph your improvement. "Stimulating Your Peripheral Vision" is next, and it requires three pieces of black construction paper and tape to help you balance the use of both eyes together. "Outdoor Exercises" explains why older people have more vision difficulties and shows how to improve this problem. The final exercises--"Sunning," "Skying," and "Long Swing"--help you to adapt to bright lights.

Schneider is an earnest instructor, who obviously believes strongly in his methods. If you're looking for a natural way to improve your eyesight,Yoga for Your Eyesis the place to begin. Also included with the video is a 62-page study guide.--Jenny Brown
『A complete DVD course on Dr. Schneider's innovative methods offer improving vision, naturally. These proven techniques-many drawn from the principles of Tibetan yoga-relax and retain your visual system to help you see the world with less strain, greater acuity, and more spacious visual field. Includes eye chart.

DVD, 74 minutes.

(Great for beginners.... VERY BASIC)
『This is a good DVD if you have NEVER EVER done Yoga before. It is very basic but informative. If you have basic knowledge of yoga, I would go for the intermediated dvd. But, like I said, if you have no knowledge whatsoever, this is a great dvd.』

(I'm a beginner but way past this..)
『I love Sara Ivanhoe and own some and have rented some of her other dvd's. I was real excited to get this dvd and learn some new great poses. I have just started doing Yoga and I already knew 11 of the 12 poses. I can not believe that I already knew them because they are such simple ones and this is "beyond basic". It is very clear and it is nice that is shows you what you could be doing wrong but I assumed I would learn the new poses in a flowing sequence. You just learn them and then hold them for 6 breaths and it's over. It is very easy to do and you could probably skip the first one. Her Crunch dvd's and 20 min workouts are better. I love the 20 min workouts.』

(Yoga Postures for Strength and Flexibility)
『Sara Ivanhoe's nurturing teaching style makes her workouts perfect for beginners, but even if you are intermediate, she still knows how to present challenging postures in a way that makes you want to try them. This workout begins with a series of stretches to warm up the upper body, but you may want to walk for 20-30 minutes or do some aerobics to warm up the muscles. I found that without the walking or biking, I was not as flexible.

"The Daily Dozen" exercises are a little more challenging than the first DVD and I was actually surprised at two of the exercises because they almost seemed advanced. It was more the length of time you are required to hold the posture that seems to make them go beyond intermediate. Upward Dog is surprisingly challenging when held for six breaths. Normally I've tried this in a vinyasa style workout with flowing postures. When you take each posture and focus your attention for six breaths, this becomes a test of patience and endurance. The postures include:

Chair
Warrior
Triangle
Wide Leg Standing Forward Bend
Low Lunge Twist
Upward Facing Dog
Dolphin
Cow - I had never seen this exercise before! Total challenge!
Wide Leg Seated Forward Bend
Reclined Butterfly
Supine Twist
Final Relaxation

I really loved "Dolphin" which is like Downward dog with your arms bent and your head almost on the floor. It tests your upper body strength and balance, but feels great once you are done with the breathing exercises. Each posture presents a physical and psychological challenge which makes them even more fun.

"Cow" felt very much like an advanced exercise, mostly because of the flexibility required to even get into the posture. I literally sat there laughing when I realized there was no way my legs would "pretzel" the way the exercise required. So, you may just want to adapt that one for beginner/intermediate and it still seems to have the desired effect. Beginners will find some of the exercises to be more intermediate, and intermediate practitioners may find this workout great for developing patience.

For some reason, which I can't explain, Sara Ivanhoe's workouts leave me feeling more centered, balanced and generally happy and peaceful. It is as if the world spins a little more smoothly after the workout. A meditation session is also offered and Sara Ivanhoe teaches you a new mudra. I can also highly recommend her Candlelight Yoga workout and all of her 20-minute Makeovers.

(A little disappointed...)
『I bought the First DVD, Yoga for Dummies. It was great because it had a section where she showed you each pose and then she actually gave you a full routine that you could practice to. This DVD only gives the instructional part but there is no routine to follow. And I agree with the other reviews...the pop-ups are beyond annoying. I do not think these existed on the first DVD and I am not quite sure why they were added. I like Candle Light Yoga and Crunch Fat Burning with Sara but I would not recommend this DVD due to the fact that it is basically instructional with no practice routine to go with the instructional.』

(Good if you're a Dummy! Otherwise, average.)
『I received this as a gift from someone that chose it for the familiarity of the brand, against the myriad of other yoga videos available. Like many other Dummies publications, it delivers an adequate amount of information in an easy-to-understand and unsaturated fashion. While I would have preferred a better exposition of the principles involved, Beyond Basic Yoga for Dummies provided a fairly rigourous and rewaring yoga workout that left me with an extremely calm feeling of energy upon completion. My biggest complaint is the frequent interruptions of the trademark Dummies tips as they're very distracting, especially when you're supposed to be focusing on the movement; Ironically enough, one of the tips tells you to eliminate distractions! Sarah Ivanhoe is a great instructor, but I think that her Crunch Candlelight Yoga video far surpasses this one if you're interested in a better understanding and demonstration of Yoga.』
Beyond Basic Yoga for Dummiespresents 12 yoga poses that skilled instructor Sara Ivanhoe calls the "daily dozen." Ivanhoe is calm, clear, warm, and patient, demonstrating each pose as the screen flashes easier and more challenging modifications. The too-frequent voiceover "tips," "mythbusters," and "warnings"--announced by sound effects--are louder than Ivanhoe's voice and become disconcerting interruptions. Since they also appear in print on the screen, the jarring voice is unnecessary. Ivanhoe herself could give any tips needed for safety and effectiveness. Ivanhoe's careful, detailed instructions for each pose keep the progression slow, and an experienced yoga practitioner could get bored. However, a beginning exerciser who has mastered a basic workout will find this program a helpful next step before going to an intermediate level. The 70-minute DVD edition also includes a 15-minute guided meditation and the option to eliminate the music--you still hear instructor cueing and voiceover tips, but you can play your own music.--Joan Price
『The Beyond Basic Yoga Workout For Dummies is the next step for anyone who has enjoyed Basic Yoga Workout For Dummies and is ready to learn 12 more postures. It is a little more advanced than the Basic Yoga program, but still features the For Dummies format. You'll discover ways to customize the workout to your level through modifications that make poses easier or more challenging according to your needs. Includes bonus guided meditation segment.』

(Good morning stretch)
『I liked this video because I can stretch very well with it. I have done yoga for years on and off and I found that it is fun to follow her for a good stretch . She is moving fast for a beginner but if you know the poses it is a good morning stretch. I like this video and I would recommend it to people with back pain because she chose good poses for it. I don't like too much the pilates part. Overall I would recommend this video.』

(Not hard at all for a beginner)
『I found this video fun and easy to do, but with just enough challenge for a beginner to intermediate pilates/yoga. I feel great after doing the exercises and that's all I care about. I don't buy the tapes because of her personality or what she's saying but because of how effective her work-outs are. If it's too fast for someone.. well, I guess you should take up biking where you only need to pedal up and down. Aerobics, step-up is much faster and difficult to learn than this. Biking ought to be the easiest, after walking.』

(I love this!)
『I love this Yoga and Pilates DVD. I have been doing it for about five years and just ordered this DVD to replace my old VHS tape. You can do these routines anywhere and Denise Austin is the least annoying person I have ever found on an exercise tape. It was hard to do the whole tape at first but I breeze through it now and add things to make it more difficult. This is the perfect no nonsense stretching and strengthening DVD for me.』

(My Favorite workout and makes me one size smaller!)
『Just wanted to take a moment to let you know about this DVD, it consists of two complementary 20 (about) minute workouts; one yoga the second pilates-inspired. This is faster paced than typical yoga DVDs I have done, but I love the variety of exercises. I have found that I have increased flexibility, strength in my core, improved balance, less back pain, and just feel relaxed and energized after completing this workout. When done regularly, I have found that it improves my posture and muscle tone enough that I can fit into a dress size smaller than usual...without having lost weight onthe scales. My 65 year old mother looks amazing, and this combined with great nutrition is what she attributes it to. Denise's exercises are well balanced and it really is enjoyable. Beginners might need to work up to it a little, but it isn't out of reach for most healthy people...it just develops flexibilty and strength in areas that most of us don't use in daily life. Denise has a warm and encouraging tone, but it is the combination of exercises that really make this DVD exceptional...which is why I am buying a second in case my first ever dies!』

(Bible for your Body)
『This book has a lot of good information in it. A fun read from beginning to end.』

(Great Book)
『I liked the book so much I sent a copy to my Brother and one to my Sister.』

(Good back to basics workout)
『i'm a fan of joel's and the "you" series. the other titles have all used your own body weight. this adds low weight/hi reps. it pretty basic stuff but you never stop moving, so you definately will build a sweat. it also has a cardio portion, around 30min. mixed impact, some old school moves....but they work. as always, joel is very encouraging and he know his stuff!』
『THE OWNER'S MANUAL WORKOUT consists of three 25 minute workouts and a nutrition section. The first routine is for beginners to learn the basics of exercising with hand-weights, focusing on form and technique as viewers get comfortable. The second routine builds on those principles, taking viewers through more advanced exercises and pushing endurance. The final routine changes gears; it is a cardio workout for all levels that focuses on burning calories and building heart strength.

The DVD will also have a raw foods nutrition section that will emphasize the importance of good eating habits. It will teach viewers how to make four simple but delicious and healthy recipes.』

(not really what I expected)
『As a yoga instructor I am always looking for new music for my classes. Though I enjoy listening to this music on my own, it really isn't usable for my classes. The 30 second sample was not really representative of the rest of the song.

(Harmonic tranquility)
『What a great CD.

Although I am naive about Yoga, and the words and chants dont make sense to me... the experience was very comforting. I had goose bumps listening to the CD. The CD quality is pretty good and the chants involve harmonic echo that I found specially relaxing.』

(Psychedelic Upliftment)
『Shabda awakens a primal energy. It pulls me back into a time and space that seems to be from another time and space. I feel like I am re-living the feelings of the achient others that have reverberated these mantras for thousands of years. I feel like it brings the state of mind and emotion within me that was/is in all whom hear and sound them, the feelings and thougts that seem natural to accompany such resonance. I feel the areas in my body resonate with the change in pith and frequency and tonality. It has guided me into sacred space many many many times. And through its vibrations have been brought through, in and around infinity and back, always wanting to come back for more...』

(BEAUTIFUL!)
『This is the perfect CD to meditate by--I often fall asleep to it. Very soothing-it is quite easy to picture yourself in any idyllic setting, whether desert, mountain, or beach...』

(Great for doing asanas to!)
『I particularly like tracks 1 - containing ancient vedic chanting, and 2 - the sacred chanting of Aum. You can feel the energy flowing from this recording. There is a track that incites you to chant by repeating a series of mantras slowly, and then progressively increasing the speed of the chanting.』
『"Shabda," musician Russill Paul explains in the liner notes to this collection of traditional Indian music, represents the earliest stage in the "yoga of sound," which was cultivated more than 4,000 years ago. The disc features Paul performing on a 10-string creation that he calls a "unitar," and accompanied minimally by bansuri flute, sarangi, and percussion. The principal attraction here, however, is Paul's sincere chanting of Vedic verses that, Paul mentions in the disc's well-reasoned liner notes, are considered by some to be the world's oldest extant scriptures. These drone-like Shabda mantras exude a seriousness and solemnity that convey a mystical essence that, to Western ears, might sound alien, yet are embraced by adherents for their capacity to enable healing and personal transformation. Paul offers explanatory details on each chant and presents a framework for guided meditations. Likely to appeal primarily to advanced yoga practitioners and those who have an interest in ancient Indian musical traditions.--Terry Wood
