『Brass Buddha image portrays the traditional figure of the meditative Yogin, transcendent in his mental powers yet very much a part of this world. Many a time, he is surrounded by images of radiance and abundance, the sun disc and the trees, and supported by lions, emblems of his royal position. While his placement atop a lion throne, and the presence of two attendants holding chowries, serve to emphasize his regal position, at the same time, his Yogic posture, humble robe and gestures of reassurance embody the spiritual nature of his message. This image remained the primary source for subsequent figures of Buddha through Asia. One of the consistencies of Buddhist art in India was the retention of this essentially human image, even when it was surrounded by an array of figures and images of wealth and abundance.

Brass sculptures are cheaper replicas of bronze statues made by the artisans of Tanjore in Tamil Nadu in south India. Since bronze sculptures, made through lost wax are very expensive, artisans of north India (Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh) began to make cheaper versions in brass for more price conscious customers. These brass statues aren't as elegant as the ones in bronze, but they are priced three times cheaper and many people buy them as good decorative pieces instead of buying them as collectibles.』

(Good teaching of deep breathing for connection)
『This dvd is 60 min long string Steve&Lokita Carter (couple on dvd cover). The production is simple but good. Lighting is muted for mood but can still see on the main area&it's bright for the intro.
There is a 15 min intro on what breathing can help with opening up your heart&connecting with your significant other for deeper, longer releases. If you are open enough, you will be able to release w/o getting undressed or direct physical stimulation to the obvious areas. They also touch on the chakras, but only a little.
The main part is the guided step-by-step breathing for 35 min. There is no music&the woman narrates throughout. It starts with 10 min of learning to give compliments to each other, voicing what negative issues you wish to get rid of, positive you want to add&discussing what boundaries you have at that time. You set up an area to sit facing each other&start with playful fighting to get rid of nervous energy&stress from the day. The rest is breathing, starting with just increasing your own by focusing on each chakra, then by sharing the breath, when one breathes out, the other breathes in. Added is pelvic tilting, breathing into your pelvic area, then the woman sitting in the man's lap faces touching to breathe all the way in the tantric yub yum position.
There is no nudity involved or foreplay much less more. This is to learn to connect&increase your energy, most people know how to do the physical part or there is a whole video industry on it.
A great add is they put in a 7 min overview of the exercises with word titles so you can skim through that after doing the full step by step for a refresher. Though this is mostly about breathing, being told to relax, be free to laugh, move your hands, seeing it done&sensing it working for them for real so you can sense when it works is great. Just telling people to breathe deeply is not enough in books. I would suggest music while doing this to keep you from getting distracted by daily annoying worries.
The bonus area is a 3 preview of a dvd for partner tantric yoga poses, tantric massage. There is also a 3 min overview of their workshops&7 min on how people felt about a tantric workshop vacation in Costa Rica.

BTW, when you or your lover are very shy/scared&unsure of yourself when in bed or even outside of bed, this is exactly how you should NOT feel with your lover. You should overall be very confident/relaxed&you WILL feel the energy. THAT is tantra. If you have to keep checking, asking, worrying about what your lover thinks... that will kill any connection. You should go with your instincts which is what reads what your lover wants. To learn that, that is what this dvd is for.

The "Playboy - Tantric Lovemaking" is also a good dvd to learn how to bridge the spiritual of this dvd with some of the advanced physical techniques.
Do not get "Loving Sex - Modern Tantra Workshop" since she barely goes over any spiritual or physical tantric knowledge&only emphasizes on toys, candles, erotic artwork, etc. which is the exact opposite of what tantra is.

You can see a preview of this at their site ecstaticliving com though it's only of them breathing with a VERY zoomed in lens that is not on the dvd that might make people uncomfortable since you can sense the true sexual energy that you don't from any R rated movie or some other adult videos.』

『If you would like to transform your intimate relationship with your partner into a more spiritual and satisfying experience, this program offers a clearly expressed and easy-to-master tantric breathing practice that will enhance your desire, calm your inner spirit and create the perfect setting for shared expanded orgasmic pleasure. "The Breath of Tantric Love" has helped thousands of couples to embrace new perspectives in their physical and spiritual lovemaking.

Open your Heart
Create deeper Intimacy
Give and receive more Love
Enhance Passion, Intimacy&Pleasure
Make a Spiritual Connection with your Partner

This program is divided into three parts. In Part 1, Steve&Lokita Carter introduce "The Breath of Tantric Love". In Part 2, they demonstrate the practice in abbreviated form, and explain it step by step. Part 3 is a guided unabridged version to follow along.

Accompanied by an original music score for the perfect ambiance.』

(Great DVD, Wonderful Teacher!)
『I found this DVD in a store and decided to give it try. I think I already had a Kundalini dvd of Ana/Ravi's and though I have enjoyed learning Kundalini from that dvd as well - it is definitely much more intense and fast-paced than this one. This dvd from Gurutej is paced a bit more slowly and is great for any day, though especially good for beginner's or if you are not feeling as energetic. There are definitely a few moves/exercises which are more demanding and faster paced as well - so this in not a relaxation dvd per se. Shes gives explanations as to how the moves impact and benefit particular lymphs, glands or body systems. Breathwork and chanting is also well incorporated. She is very uplifting and adds humor to the her descriptions, while also having a calm and peaceful demeanor. My primary yoga experience has been in Hatha yoga which I also love, but have really enjoyed becoming acquainted with Kundalini yoga, most particularly since buying this dvd from Gurutej. A very positive experience!』

(Awesome Yoga Video!)
『I love this video and this yoga teacher. She seems totally dedicated to yoga and to helping people feel peaceful, strong, and healthy. Her approach is really sweet, even if some find her a bit flaky. I think I have all her tapes, and they are all really good.』

(very healing!)
『i have dozens of yoga tapes. rodney yee, patricia waldman, suzanne deason, etc. kundalini is very different from these. i also like gurumukh's dvd from gaiam... but it is way more intense and challenging. gurutej's approach is very gentle and yet profound and she's very funny and encouraging. i have all of her dvds and LOVE all of them! i have an ongoing immune system disorder and whenever i do these dvd's i feel instant relief and so much better. thank you gurutej! please make more dvds!

(Thank-you Gurutej!)
『This was my first introduction to Kundalini yoga. I have done yoga off&on for over 25yrs. I have back problems&was a bit concerned, hearing about twisting&fast moves. The twists are gentle and the moves are smooth. Gurutej Kaur is fantastic. I was kinda 'put off' at first, seeing a turban on the cover. I have alot of stress going on,&am quite open to new ideas of ways to relax. This woman is vey real,&I was surprised what a 'people person' personality that she has. A wonderful sense of humor, between some of the seriousness of the moves. I am also 'picky' to voice quality. Her voice quality is very good&the music is excellent. I'd love to find out where her music came from, it's so relaxing&nice. After doing her dvd, I only want to find more of her classes. I never knew about Kundalini yoga, I love it.』

(Check out more reviews on her Chakra Yoga for Mental Clarity DVD)
『She talks about meridians a lot&some of the movements looked like Qi Gong movements I've done&seen before. They all seemed simple when she talks about it&then takes concentration to do. This one is even easier to do then her Mental Clarity one. If you aren't into Qi Gong or sensitive to energies to the point you notice them consciously, you may not feel the effects enough to feel the benefits since the exercises are so easy. There are some good stretchig such as some chair pose, warrior one pose&fast light twisting added among other thing, but most are very subtle.
She is alone in a simple room with flowers&rug nearby&has a sweet voice. Between each movement there is artwork&written is the name of the next one. The beautiful artwork I was suprised to learn in the credits was created by her.
I took off one star because in between each move, she sits in another place, telling you for up to 2 min what each move is going to be, how it's done, what it's good for in terms of the body, mind&spirit. I wish she could have given some of this information as you are actaully doing the moves so you don't get a bored.
At the end is a quiet sitting meditation&then also she plays singing bowels&a gong lightly for a laying down meditation for a few minutes.

『Master instructor Gurutej Kaur presents a complete program to unleash the lifegiving forces from within. This complete practice for the charkas provides 15 guided exercises that combine movement, breath work, and chant to relax the body and emotions, refresh the lymphatic system, and invigorate the vital organs to elevate immune function.』

(Ab Power Kest Style)
『I'm a big fan of Bryan Kest. He has a way of creating programs that are challenging physically without losing the essence of yoga.

He always emphasizes breathing, focus and respecting one's limitations. He also stresses the idea of using your yoga practice to work on maintaining equanimity during your practice. The idea being that if you can practice having equanimity in the face of these physical challenges that it can translate into your real life as you deal with the day to day challenges of being a human being.

In terms of the physical part of the practice, this 6 minute Abs program is a really great way to be able to target your abdominals in a way that utilizes your whole body. It uses an interesting variety of poses which definitely move your abs through various ranges of motion.

This program is actually made up of two separate routines which are about 15 minutes each, with probably about 6 minutes of it being strictly focused on the abdominals. Of course most Yoga poses utilize your whole body by being very synergistic so your abs are actually almost always engaged.

Each of the two routines start with one Sun Salutation A and one B, then moves into a Series that is works the abdominals more specifically. One example of a yoga pose that he turns into an excellent abdominal pose is balancing table with one arm extended to one side while your opposite leg extends out to the other side.

Both routines have some vinyasa interspersed between the abdominal poses and end's with a supine twist and relaxation.

Either of these routines are excellent by themselves but can also be combined with another short routine. For example, you may follow or precede it with one of the Yoga Zone tapes (that have 2-20 minute routines per tape), something like Stress Relief Yoga by Suzanne Deason or any of the Power Yoga for Beginners programs by Rodney Yee or anything else you like.

I would have to agree with another reviewer who said that the title of the video might accidentally make people think that this program might be mistaken as literally a 6 minute workout and might hesitate to purchase it. That is a shame because this program is definitely much more than the title indicates.

As a person who has been doing yoga every day for about 8 years, has a substantial yoga video/dvd library and studies with an excellent teacher, I feel pretty comfortable recommending this program to anyone who is looking to have an excellent power yoga program with emphasis on the abdominals.

Namaste』

(The Core of Power and Health)
『This is a very short tape, made up of two body-core centered workouts, one of which is a little harder than the other. Unlike some abs tapes, this tape does not so much isolate your abs as work them hard as part of your body core. You will really develop abdominal power and flexibility, as well as the Yoga glow that comes from deep breathing and a calm mind. You may not"feel the burn"the same way you would from crunches, but your abs and back will definitely thank you for these great strengthening and body-integrating movements. A good complement to the other Power tapes, Intensive Body Sculpting and the Weight Loss tape.』

(Right to the spot)
『I liked this video for targeting right where it says, the abs. Moreover, it doesn't sacrifice any of the yoga, at least the way Bryan teaches, because I found myself still focusing on my breath with every movement. I like using this video on those days when I want to focus on my abs.』

(Not the workout I'd hoped for.)
『While this may work for some people, it doesn't work well for me. It's presented well and the asanas should work. I will admit that because of a bad lower back I couldn't do all the asanas as I should. So it probably would work well for others. I am going to try it with some back support and see if I can do it more effectively. I found that I got much more of an ab workout that I felt later the same day with Baron Baptist's new video, Journey into Power - Level 2. And it isn't even a core video. Also, I don't like Baptiste as well as Kest simply because Kest has a better flow from Downward Dog to Cobra and then the transition pushup, which Baptiste fails to use. I guess that's a minor point, however.

This video will probably be great for someone who has a reasonably strong lower back. But I'm not sure I'd recommend it to anyone who does not. I'm going to try it again and if I still have problems, I plan to sell the video.

There are two workouts on the video. The second one is supposed to be more challenging. I've not tried it yet.

Bryan has gone more mainstream now and is not as appealing and his videos lack what they had in 1995. But I think that because he's older, this is a natural evolution and there's certainly nothing wrong with it. He's still a wonderful instructor.

Baron Baptiste does, however, name the asanas and gives you a bit more help in his videos. But I think a video that may be good to one person may not to another.』
『Your abdominal region is your body's central support system. This video includes a series of short, focused routines with poses specially designed to target the abs, to strengthen your body's central support system and aid in the strengthening of your lower back. The first routine includes a warm-up, 6 minutes of power abs and a cool down. The second features a longer and more challenging ab workout. This video is from the latest (2002) series from Bryan Kest, after his exceptionally popular Power Yoga series: Energize, Tone and Sweat. Check out others in the series like Weight Loss and Intensive Body Sculpting, both of these in videotapeor DVD format.』

(Helpful exercises drowned in silliness)
『I was looking forward to a gentle challenge for my last month of pregnancy when I popped this video into the VCR (It was a hand-me-down tape from a friend). After losing my patience with the turban and muu-muu wearing instructor's long monologue that opens the tape I fast-forwarded until I saw the typical exercise-video setup.

This was the beginning of the end for me. I resisted completely turning off the tape but couldn't help laughing as I watched some of the overly-enthusiastic participants writhing around while the instructor croons "Your baaaaby loves to mooooove this waaaay." It made me feel ridiculous.

The reason I gave it two stars is that there are a few truly useful exercises that can be learned if you can ignore the instructor, participants, and music to get to them. If you're interested in trying this video, see if you can borrow it from the local library before you spend any money on it.』

(A very easy exercise)
『I was at my 16 weeks when I started to use this DVD. This is my first pregnancy. I enjoy exercising and before I got pregnant, I go to the gym at least once a week. I enjoy challenging lower-body toning exercises, bodycombat (high-cardio) classes, machine-weights to tone my upper body. I have done beginner to intermediate yoga classes and do not have a very flexible body. I now swim twice a week (20 minutes) and exercise to this DVD every other day.

The instructor is not pregnant in this video and looks very "zen-ish" with her head dress (a white turban looking thing). The video starts out with a 10-15 minute clip of her talking about how yoga is good for the mother and the baby.

During the next 5 minutes or so, she instructs the class to sit in an upright cross-legged position, with eyes closed and chant to a language I do not understand. Apparently, it means "I bow to the divine power in myself" or something to that effect. I find this section disturbing and do not like the sound of it at all, so I typically fast forward to the point where the lesson proper begins.

The class has a live band playing at the back of the room. Music is okay. The venue looks rather old-fashioned. However, lighting was okay. You will see some camera man moving behind the flowers and pillars once in a while. The women were dressed in big T-shirts and tights, others in full body suits. They have make-up on, and some look quite pretty and attractive. Nothing fanciful or appealing about the set, in general.

The next 30-minute section has very good exercises to help a pregnant woman stretch and relax her body. Gentle stretches and exercises that are only enough to get my heartbeat up by a little. However, even though the exercises are simple, I feel very good after at the end of it. I feel good to have stretched the thighs, arms, toes, calves, lower and upper back, neck, kegel muscle. All in all, if you are looking for a non-strenuous and gentle stretching exercise to help you to remain flexible and to relief stiff joints and aches, this would be the DVD. One thing to note, the instructor in this video emphasizes a lot on "feeling" the movements in the body and to release all inhibitions.

This is not the DVD if you are looking to tone those hips, butts and thighs and sweat it all out.

The video ends with another session of chanting (which I skip). Apparently, the words are supposed to heal and give you strength or something like that. And after that, we all lie down and close our eyes to relax, as with all yoga classes.

I am still waiting for two DVDs to arrive:
1) The Perfect Pregnancy Workout
2) Shiva Rea Prenatal Yoga』

(Great for labor prep)
『Kinda silly looking as I guess it's "look" is quite outdated now. But this video is wonderful. It's very gentle and easy but felt great when I was 7 months and beyond during my pregnancy. I feel it's focus is much more towards preparing and opening a woman's body for birth rather than a typical yoga workout.

Retrospectively, it was this video and all the yogic philosophy that goes along with it that allowed me to birth naturally.』

(Not What I Was Looking For in a Yoga DVD)
『I have been practicing yoga for over seven years now with a studio, through various classes, and using home DVDs when my schedule is hectic. I did a fair bit of reading about prenatal yoga once I found out we were pregnant, and I knew my body would be very happy to have the yoga continue to help my back and my poor sciatic wonky-hip pain. My yoga studio has a prenatal class, but the schedule does not work with mine so I thought I would get a DVD to supplement until I could make it to classes again.

This was not the right video for me. There was too much discussion, too much commentary, and not enough actual yoga going on for my taste. I did not appreciate this woman attempting to facilitate my relationship with my "bay-bay" (hug your bay-bay, dance with your bay-bay, your bay-bay loves it when you do this move, etc). I have my own special time 24/7 with this beeb in my belly, and I did not get this dvd to inform me of the fact that I'm supposed to hug and love my belly. I needed some quiet time (she never stops talking) with some gentle moves to keep my back happy, my body moving, and my mind at ease. This DVD is currently sitting by the door as I will not use it again.

I'm not sure why I didn't just go with the Gaiam dvd... it is now on order.』

(Too much music!)
『The music was very distracting it was hard to hear or think over it. I guess I could have turned down the volume and just watched... :) I would not recommend this to a friend though.. :( :(』
『Relaxing, strengthening, and allowing oneself to feel rather than think have long been associated with ancient yoga practice. Instructor Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa expertly ties this essential combination of physical experiences together in a gentle exercise video for pregnant women of all fitness levels. Prior to the 45-minute routine, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa discusses the role of yoga in helping with pregnancy; the calm and security that develop through guided breathing and gentle movement are transferred from the mother's body to her growing baby. The nonimpact routine itself provides ample warm-up, toning, and conditioning portions, as well as a deep, head-to-toe relaxation and visualization segment. Ten pregnant students (all pleasantly unrehearsed) stretch, bend, and learn along with the viewer, to the peaceful sounds of a live band consisting of wood flute, bass, quiet drum, and shimmering bells. Every bit as enriching for the soul as it is for the body.--Liane Thomas

(wow!)
『Athletic Power is challenging and really opens up your hips. He is easy to listen to. I feel like I've done a workout when I am finished. I have core yoga too and that's fantastic as well.』

(Great beginner Yoga DVD)
『This is a fantastic form of yoga, which focuses on traditional postures. This DVD is a fantastic way to become introduced to the practice. I also purchased Core Power and Unlocking Athletic Power, both of which are great. Within 3 weeks I felt stronger, thinner, and with less joint and muscle pain. I've always been a big fan of yoga, but had not considered a practice with DVDs until the Baron Baptiste videos were suggested to me. I'm glad I gave it a chance, and expect that I will be using these DVDs for years to come.』

(Very good short routine)
『About myself:
I'm into Yoga since about six years.
I practice dayly.
I also teach Power Vinyasa Yoga at a local Hotal Spa Fitness Studio.
I personally like fluid and complete physically challanging Power Yoga Routines.
Since I'm german my english spelling is pretty bad, sorry for that!

About the DVD: You can't do a 60 to 80 Minutes Training every day, and this is for the days in between.
It's a great short Workout that leaves you warm and energized. Even though it is short it is still physically demanding.
Baron is a great teacher! He honors every aspect of Yoga and encourages his students in a professionel an gentil way. (Although he seems to overdue it just a little from time to time with sayings like: "Angels fly because they take themselves lightly". Come on Baron! But to me that makes him even more sympathic. Obviously he is so much into Yoga that he looses it just a little from time to time ;-))
The routine is fluid and round.
It is suited for all Practicioners from Beginner (meaning you already took some Yoga lessons and know the main poses) to advanced.
I highly recommend it!
I hope this was helpfull for you!
Namasté!』

(Wonderful Short Yoga Routine)
『It is similar to Baron's "Journey Into Power Level 1", with the exception of not as much core/ab focus towards the end. This is fine with me because this is not what I am needing in a 30 minute yoga routine. The sequence and pace of the postures is just my type of thing.

I love doing this particular DVD before I have to get ready for work, especially when I'm tired and not feeling up to par this gets me feeling better on so many levels.

I enjoy Baron's style of instruction better than anyone else I've experienced on DVD or real life.』

(A nice intermediate yoga practice with a strong stretching focus)
『Unlocking Athletic Power is one of the three videos from Baron's Live! series. Like in the other two practices in this series, Baron leads a large class through the postures, moving thruogh the participants to make adjustments and offer encouragements. The video is described as being for all levels, and some of the class members do perform modified versions of the postures, but there are also some more advanced postures included as described below.

As with all of his videos, Baron begins with sun salutations, moving from the A to the B series. He ends the latter with crow pose, an arm balance--a surprisingly challenging posture for this early in the practice. Next comes a warrior series with plenty of form pointers for where you should be feeling the work. Baron then moves into a series of hip openers, beginning with crescent pose and proceeding to lunge with forearms on floor, pigeon, and double pigeon; a variation on boat pose follows before moving on to the other side. Then it's down to the floor for bridge and wheel (a full backbend which is optional). Baron then throws in a few moves for the abdominals before moving into the final stretches, including dead bug, cobbler's pose, table, lying twist, and savasana. The actual practice is about 26 minutes long, but the music continues for another 2 minutes, allowing you to easily remain in relaxation pose for a longer period.

Overall, I thought this was a nice intermediate practice. It is longer and more challenging than Baron's Core Power (although obviously not as core-focused) but also shorter and not as advanced as his longer Live practice, Soul of Strength. I would recommend UAP for experienced yogis looking for a strong, powerful vinyasa yoga practice.』

(Fantastic!)
『I've tried many different workouts for years, but none of them have had such rapid results like pilates! I have even tried Callanetics, (which has many moves from pilates) that was supposed to have fast results, but between that&Pilates, there is no comparison (unless I was doing the poses wrong..).

I used the Pilates Method, Precision Pilates dvd before this one,&I love them both! It's a faster pace&I believe a little less reps than Precision Pilates, but still effective. I only dock this one star, bc I wish there were a few more workouts for the abs section.

I enjoy working out with Jennifer Kries in her dvds. She shows her personality, but is calm&relaxing in the workouts (Unlike some videos, where the instructor is bouncing off the walls with a high screechy voice..). She takes the time to explain the poses&you can hear her breathing, which helps you learn how to breath properly for each workout.

All-in-all, great dvd!』

(I had to find this workout!)
『I had this workout on VHS maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I recently wanted to get back into Pilates, etc and went through 2 others before I realized I needed to find this one on DVD.

Jennifer does a great job leading the workout. She encourages beginners to continue with the excercises to work up to their abilities. And for the more experienced, the workout contains challenging pieces. It is a fun workout to do and I feel great afterwards.

Another bonus to this workout is that it is divided into 4 parts focusing on different areas. You can do the full 1 hour workout or break it into 2 30 minute workouts.』

(Good for Dancers)
『A lot of her stuff is repetative. 2nd, She takes at least 2 -3 minutes of the beginning of all 15 min with breathing and explanation. 3rd, the HIPS and THIGHS works outs are almost exaclty the same. And also the excercises in these 2 are almost ALL Ballet.A lot of ballet.
This video is from 2001 too. I'd try something more up to date.
I didnt feel the abs work out did much, i felt like i was doing an 80's jazzercise class. The only good thing is the ARMS routine.』

(My favorite excersize video ever!)
『I bought this DVD after my VHS wore out. It is a mixture of pilates, yoga and ballet. 15 minute sections that target different areas. Perfect. She is an amazing instructor! Going at just the right pace, she uses techniques that are challenging enough to actually do something for you and easy enough that everyone can participate. I have hip and back problems, and my mother has had multiple back surgeries and these excersizes are gentle enough for us both yet effective enough that after three weeks I had compliments from coworkers who inquired if I had been working out! I have never had a excersize program (or even gym memberships!) that did that. This has an EXCELLENT program for slimming hips and thighs that WORKS!! The ONLY excersizes I have ever done that has actually slimmed my hips, and I am a fairly athletic person (swimming, softball, volleyball, basketball, etc). I highly recommend this to everyone! The music is actually kinda nice too, not annoying at all- a plus for a excersize video anyway!』

(Awesome)
『I AM A BEGINNER. I started this workout 4 years ago and stopped for a long time and have started it up again. I love it. I don't feel tired after or even the next day like I would when I lift weights. I feel relaxed and refreshed. I also feel stronger. I plan on getting more workouts of Jennifer Kries. She is the best instructor.』

(Bible for your Body)
『This book has a lot of good information in it. A fun read from beginning to end.』

(Great Book)
『I liked the book so much I sent a copy to my Brother and one to my Sister.』

(Good back to basics workout)
『i'm a fan of joel's and the "you" series. the other titles have all used your own body weight. this adds low weight/hi reps. it pretty basic stuff but you never stop moving, so you definately will build a sweat. it also has a cardio portion, around 30min. mixed impact, some old school moves....but they work. as always, joel is very encouraging and he know his stuff!』
『THE OWNER'S MANUAL WORKOUT consists of three 25 minute workouts and a nutrition section. The first routine is for beginners to learn the basics of exercising with hand-weights, focusing on form and technique as viewers get comfortable. The second routine builds on those principles, taking viewers through more advanced exercises and pushing endurance. The final routine changes gears; it is a cardio workout for all levels that focuses on burning calories and building heart strength.

The DVD will also have a raw foods nutrition section that will emphasize the importance of good eating habits. It will teach viewers how to make four simple but delicious and healthy recipes.』
