(Awful)
『This moved way too fast for a beginner who knows virtually nothing about yoga. I completely disagree with another reviewer who said the instructor took time to fully explain the poses. Using the warrior pose as an example, I heard nothing about the correct positioning of the feet and would have done it wrong if it hadn't been for ALan Finger explaining the form correctly on another DVD.

Strangely, the woman who was doing the more advanced version of the exercises appeared...failing a politically correct way to say this and coming from someone who does NOT enjoy looking at supermodels in a workout, heavy-set and undefined enough to make me take notice, - an oddly unmotivating choice for a DVD supposedly focused on weight loss. Other issues - there was a great deal of bending forward which I found completely unsuitable for a bad back.

I fast forwarded to the bonus section which, though I haven't tried yet, seemed like it should have come first.

I also have YogaZone's Beginning Yoga DVD by Alan Finger, which is vastly superior to this.』

(great for not so limber people)
『I like this video because is shows the right way to do a pose then the modified say to do a pose. It is easy and there is only 2 people to watch doing the poses and a man talking. I would reccomend this DVD to beginners.』

(Don't do this video if you have bad knees!)
『I LOVE Yoga Zone videos, and I own many. I do NOT like this video. It was one of the first that I bought 4 or 5 years ago, when I first began yoga practice. It hurt me, and I thought that I just wasn't strong enough, so I set it aside until I got stronger. Well, I got better at all of my other videos, except for this one. I truly believe that there is not enough warmup for someone whose knees are not really strong. It hurts the entire time I am doing the video, and then my knees ache for days afterward. I also do not like the repetition of a few poses over... and over... and OVER... then it ends! And there is very little emphasis on the midsection (belly!), which I think most people interested in weight loss are usually very concerned about. This workout is mostly for your trunk.

If you want a good all-over conditioning video (really challenging, but not too hard for beginners), try Yoga Zone's Flexibility and Stress Release. The meditation at the end is fantastic, too.

That said, I must clarify that I do like the 20 minute bonus session on this Weight Loss video. It is short and thorough, and not stressful to any part of my body.』

(basic but challenging!)
『This was my second DVD following Suzanne Deason's Yoga Conditioning for Weightloss, which was a great place to start. I wanted a little more and am glad I found this one. It is challenging for a beginner but very accessible and it is really fun to see what you used to think impossible, very do-able after a couple weeks. The chair and plank poses used to kill me but now I find I look forward to them. Seems the thigh muscles and abs are quick to improve, which is very rewarding in itself! I have come to really enjoy Al Bingham's very encouraging and thorough style. I even look forward to his words near the end of the video "you've done a great job today...really, really good..." Completing this workout, I feel like I have indeed and like to hear someone appreciating it!

The length is just right for me, with a good warm up, nice cool down and challenging center, coming in at about 30 minutes. There is also the bonus 20 minute session which nicely explains basic alignment and ways to challenge yourself as you grow stronger.

I've got a fairly extensive library of videos now and I still find myself reaching for this one, both to make sure I can still do it, the length is right and because I simply enjoy it!』

(YOU CAN DO YOGA!)
『I had this on VHS&it quickly became my favorite Yoga Workout. So I was happy to see it on DVD. I love the people at Yoga Zone&of the male instructors I particularly like Al Bingham. Why? He is encouraging ("You CAN do Yoga! Even if you can't bend forward to touch your toes, you CAN do Yoga.")&very detailed in his instructions. Let's face it, when you're alone in your living room, there is no one there to tell you if you are doing it properly. Al shows you-through his female assistant(s) (In this case, Lisa Bennett Madken, Jean Kerner&Laura Sedome) how NOT to perform each pose&why. There are two sessions-a regular session&a Bonus session. I especially like the Bonus Session. It isn't too terribly taxing, but it is effective. Yoga, in general, stretches you in such a way that makes your blood feel energized. There are no special props, but a Yoga Mat is definitely recommended to avoid slipping. At the end, you do feel heated. Al explains the way this heat can actually help to burn calories. I believe that Yoga is a Holistic form of exercise, taking in Mind as well as Body&teaching us to be mindful of our whole self as Spiritual Beings. In this way we can lose weight&live a healthier lifestyle. I also love the Jamaican beach settings Yoga Zone uses.

『Whether you're looking to stay trim or starting a weight reduction program, the Yoga Zone - Beginners Yoga for Weight Loss from Video Action Sports will help you reach your goal. Senior Yoga Zone Teacher Al Bingham leads this easy-to-follow workout that improves strength and flexibility while burning calories and building confidence and energy.』

(Blissful and Relaxing)
『This is one of my favourite 'ambient' CDs, but worlds away from so much of the tedious wallpaper ambient music circulating these days. It has a flawless production, with extraordinary detail in the music (if you have a system to take advantage of it). Some of Chinmaya's playing reminds me of Harry Manx's more eastern flavoured mohan vina pieces, and it seems to strike a perfect balance between eastern and western styles. A great CD that is equally rewarding as background or foreground music. With beautiful melodies and rich and varied textures, I can't recommend it highly enough.』

(Great music)
『Soul awakening
vibrations galore
soul cleansing too
listen and be renewed.
Highly recommended.』

(YOGA!!!)
『I THINK THIS CD IS MOST SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE WHO JUST BEGIN TO LISTEN YOGA MUSIC. TYPICAL YOGA FEELING OF WHOLE ALBUM.』

(Authentic yes, good for yoga no)
『While this CD is enjoyable for the simple authentic flavor and richness of the individual tracks, I was unable to enjoy this with a yoga practice, and chose to change CD's in the middle of my class. There is no flow from one track to another, the tracks were arranged in a disjointed fashion where there would be a slow track then a fast track, then maybe another slow track again. Very difficult to build a rhythm or tempo for a class or private yoga setting.』

(Music to the ears and the soul)
『Wow! Classical Indian Music at its best. The music is soothing and lays a great background to practice Yoga or to just unwind. Divine in every way, I have never got bored of this CD as I use it again and again in my Yoga sessions.

'Natrani' was the best track for me as it reminds me most of Indian folk-fare whilst the OM Chants mix reverberating both in my soul and mind; 'On Sacred Ground' sets a slow and moving background for getting deeper into the practice. 'Purnima Namaskar' is melodious, gentle and soothing to the soul as you prepare to go into and come out of meditation. The laugh is a nice tinge welcoming you back to the present moment.

Great stuff!』
『Dunster's plaintive violin, guitar, and flute bring to life music that ranges from relaxing to invigorating as successive tracks move through the chakras. Excellent not only for yoga practice, this is music anyone can enjoy.』

(Basic beginner yoga poses, no vinyasa flow)
『Since his main Peak Performance Yoga VHS was put on dvd as "Yoga for longevity" I am surprised GAIAM hasn't put this on dvd as well.
Fusha wrote a great review. This is set right at a Maui beach by the rocks with the water spraying nicely. The music is very light, like Kenny G type light sounds.
He does not say the Sanscrit names&talks as minimally as possible about how to do the pose right&barely mentions how they benefit the body. He doesn't use any new age lingo.
He does the poses one at a time like a gym session, w/o flow&goes into seated or basic stand to rest in between. He starts off easily, does the pose very modified a few times before actually doing the pose fully. Each pose is only held a few seconds then given a rest&repeated or to the next pose. There are no sun salutations.
Considering it's only 25 min, he does a considerable amount of poses such as upward dog, downward dog, upward dog, locust, cat/cow, chair, lunges, triangle, modified side angle, seated spinal twist, sitting straight leg single&double leg fwd bend. (not in that order)
I did this after being awake about an hour&found it too easy. My endurance isn't that good, but my flexibility is above average. I found myself annoyed at the lack of flow, light/non deep beat music&stiffly executed intention of the poses. I did held a pose longer while he went in/out of the next pose or did other ones to stretch out more since I had limited time before rushing for an appt. I did not sweat at all or feel anything other then enjoyment for being stretched out&getting more circulation from physical work rather then being lazy.
This would be good for beginners if he gave more detailed instruction. For those looking for a very short&easy session w/decent amount of poses, this is for you.』

(acceptable..very basic...brief....different)
『This is a very basic yet different type of yoga session. He does not focus on the typical sun salutations at all..instead you do other basic poses versions which is a good switch for a change. He could have done much more with this tape but it can be used a primer or warm up to another more vigorous class or home yoga session. Yet, I don't see it as a good intro for real beginners due to the sparness of basic poses and such that are missing from this routine. He starts off in simple crosslegged pose..and then goes onto "cat/cow"..or on all fours arch back..except his version goes back onto the heels for exhale. From the very start and a few times in the video he is knee based with is a red alert for knee problems. Its good to have knee pads or such for these kind of things if you have issues.
Secondly he does a knee bend with arm raises that eventually goes into chair pose. While these are very simple and easy knee and lower back folks just be aware. Also the begining is simple..repeated arm raises into half way and then full forward bend..slightly boring and uneventful for me. In cases like this I try to not rely on the tape but to put more into every inhale, my mental approach, movement..etc. This part however simple does stress, just out of sheer repetition, using the lower/back muscles so for back issues just beware. It is a suble thing to narrate a yoga session via tape...one of the things that happens is one one pose there is extended talk or instruction..and one the other side it a bit fast resulting in uneveness of the full effect or execution of the pose...I felt this happened a few times. He does mention breathing though I think it could be mentioned more in sync with the poses. I like the version of Triangle and the deep stretch you get in runners pose version where you have on leg outstretched to the back, fingertips to the floor and the other leg bend where your chest would touch your knee. But he comes up out of that into standing which I can do, yet if you are not flexible, coordinated, or strong enough to just come up like that you may need some step in between or more time to get to standing. Its interesting but strange to do corpse pose which felt nice after this short session...but then you come up to do alternating nostil breathing with was also nice..but it seems it could probably go before the corpse pose. Yet the way he does it is good in the sense that it I guess reinviorgates you from your relaxation back into "the world"..so in that sense I can appreciate his sequence. He does the yoga session in the beach setting and the music help give a nice effect as well. As with certain tapes the second or so time afterwards can be better. While I did not come out of this sweaty, nor "worked out" feel feeling. I found the ending (corpse..etc) the best thing in the whole tape...feeling refreshed..invigorated yet relaxed sense which gives me the hunch that it may hold more less exoteric or unobvious rewards and benefits within its seeming no frills simplicity. These are the main reasons(next to the poses versions being of the offbeaten path)why I have kept the tape.』

『True to its cover subtitle,A.M. Peak Performanceoffers "25 minutes to greater focus." In this short, fresh, and scenic yoga video, master yoga instructor Rod Stryker guides us through a series of poses that open the spine and back, focus the breath, and increase flexibility; or, as he states it, poses that "access your vitality." Poses include flowing series of tree, front, chair, cat, and warrior, among others. No pose is too challenging, and Stryker includes modifications in his own demonstrations, aware perhaps that some viewers could be intimidated by displays of intense flexibility. Though he speaks in a somewhat grandiose metaphor, it makes sense for this practice. It's low-key, flowing, and meditative. Pleasant tinkling piano, harp, and violin compositions complement the lapping of the waves on the Maui beach where Stryker practices, creating the appropriate paradisiac mood. When he asks you to "absorb the endless energy of healing and vitality" into your body at the end of the routine, the trance-like state felt by the meditation portion makes this feel possible--you want to "melt into timelessness," but instead, you can settle for just feeling invigorated and ready to start the day with increased mental clarity.--Gilia Angell

『I have been in one of Liz Franklin's Yoga in Chairs classes for a few years. She has helped me regain flexibility and balance after both back and foot surgery. The tape will help you even if you can't come to a class.』
『"Growing Younger" - the third video in Liz Franklin's Yoga in Chairs™ video series.

Liz Franklin developed Yoga in Chairs to allow anyone who can sit in a chair to participate in a gentle, effective chair yoga practice.

We will work even more deeply with the breath than we did in earlier videos. Please be sure that you are aware of your breathing throughout your practice. Your breath is a very powerful tool. As you move more deeply into the poses you will need to keep your breath strong and steady to feed you muscles to support your body.

We will be taking your body through more intense stretches to explore the boundaries of your range of motion and flexibility. We will also be working to build more strength and stamina. You may find some of the poses very energizing.

As your practice matures you will find the benefits building on each other. Your whole body should be benefiting from your practice and you will find that your powers of concentration have increased significantly. Breathing deeply will become part of your everyday life and I trust that yoga's benefits will have you incorporating these poses into your daily routine.

Even though you now have experience practicing yoga, you still need to have patience. Some of the advanced poses are very challenging and you may have to work your way up to the full pose. Keep trying and listen to your body.』

(Three short yoga practices provide nice options for different times of the day)
『Yoga Journal's Yoga for Morning Noon&Night offers three short (20 minutes each) yoga sequences, each designed to be used at a different time of the day. The practices are led by yoga instructor and Yoga Journal contributing editor Jason Crandell, who provides instruction via voiceover; he also demonstrates the postures along with two additional background exercisers. Each sequence begins with a very brief introduction by Crandell and then flows right into the practice, which features a sparse studio with gentle, non-obtrusive music playing in the background. Although Crandell cues all of the poses in English, both the English and the Sanskrit names appear on screen briefly at the start of each new posture.

The Main Menu of the DVD allows you to select each practice individually or to choose a "Play All" option. I have described each sequence in greater detail below:

MORNING
This practice is intended to boost energy, but it is designed to allow the body to awaken gradually. The practice starts on the floor in child's pose and moves on to shoulder stretches, a simple seated twist, and cat/cow stretches for the spine. Down dog and standing forward bend follow, and then eagle arms in chair pose provides an additional stretch for the shoulders. Next comes a series of sun salutations: 2 half sun salutations, 2 full sun salutations, and then several additional rounds adding the mild backbends locust and cobra. This is followed by a series of standing postures (warrior 2, triangle, side angle), first performed all on one side, then the other. Th practice concludes with wide-angle standing forward bend and mountain pose.

NOON
The Noon practice is designed to foster strength; Crandell states that it is the most vigorous of the three practices. It opens with three rounds of sun salutations followed by eagle arms to stretch the shoulders. Next comes an additional three rounds of sun salutations, this time ending with warrior 1 and revolved warrior. After using one additional sun salutation to transition to the floor, Crandell flows through a series of mild backbends, including locust, cobra, bow, and upright pigeon. Downward dog is used as a transition onto the back for bridge pose, and then this practice concludes with thread the needle and savasana.

NIGHT. This final practice is designed to reduce stress. It begins on the floor for a reclined leg stretch using a strap and then moves into a reclined twist. All of the remaining postures are seated, although down dog is performed in between some of the poses. The first series includes a simple twist, a side bend, and cross-legged forward bend. Next is cow face pose (legs only), half lord of the fishes, and cobbler's pose. The final seated postures are forward bends, including head-to-knee pose (adding a twist), revolved side angle, and wide angle forward bend. This practice ends with a brief seated meditation. Crandell says that this practice will help to prepare your body for sleep, but I would suggest doing this more as an after-work, evening practice rather than a pre-bed one.

Overall, these are three well-done, well-designed practices. In contrast to Yoga Journal's other recent release, Yoga for Well Being, I felt that these practices met their stated goals of providing options to match the time of day. Crandell does a nice job with the voiceover instruction, although I would have liked to have seen mirrored cuing, as yoga practices in particular can be very difficult to follow when the instructor is not mirroring you. As stated on the DVD case, these practices would be appropriate for beginning and intermediate students. However, those brand new to yoga would likely require more instruction and details on form than Crandell provides. Finally, the DVD offers a short (3-minute) bonus interview in which Crandell describes his own history with back injury, anxiety, and insomnia.

Overall, I liked this DVD and think that it will particularly appeal to those struggling to find ways to fit yoga into their day. Recommended with a final rating of 4 1/2 stars.』

(Yoga Morning Noon&Night)
『After practicing along with Jason Crandell's short videos on Yogajournal.com, I was very happy to discover this new DVD! I would say Morning, Noon&Night is geared toward beginners or the perpetually unflexible like me, but I think intermediate students looking for a nice routine will not only enjoy this DVD but will look as good doing it as Jason and his two female students. If you're looking for headstands and upside-down pretzel poses, look elsewhere.

I've been to many yoga classes with different instructors and have purchased several different DVDs for home practice. Each instructor has a different focus, pace and voice and Jason Crandell is my absolute favorite instructor for home practice. His voice is calm and soothing, and his tone is very non-judgmental. His pacing is slow enough that you can a) strike a pose before he moves on to the next and b) hold the pose long enough to get something out of it.

Many instructors forget this. In fact, some of the yoga classes I've taken at my gym felt like Speed Yoga or were unabashedly Pilates/Yoga and I can't tell you how un-yoga-like that felt to me. If I want speed, I'll go to spin class; If I want to do crunches, well, I'd rather not do them during yoga.

If you like yoga that is relaxing, restorative, unkinks your kinks, and makes you incrementally stronger, you will love Jason Crandell. If he taught an online live class, I would sign up without hesitation. My only regret is that the nature of a DVD doesn't allow for any new poses or music. There were a few great poses missing from this DVD, like "Sideways Plank" and "Tree Pose". That's a minor complaint, however, and perhaps we have more DVDs and online classes to look forward to...』

(Wonderfully gentle and powerful practice)
『I bought this DVD to supplement my at home yoga practice. I found it to be very gentle and beneficial. The entire DVD is wonderful! There are several chapters on the DVD from breathing to Chakra healing. If you're looking for a yoga practice that will add peace and comfort to your life you must have this DVD! THANK YOU!』

(Wonderful fertility yoga practice)
『I use this dvd on an almost daily basis and have found it wonderfully relaxing and gentle... just what I need from a yoga practice at this point in my life. I also take the Pulling Down the Moon yoga classes in Washington DC and have found the instructor and the practice to be a great support to me. The dvd is very similar to what we do in person. I highly recommend this dvd to women who are looking to supplement their fertility holistic care with an at-home yoga practice.』

(Great and gentle practices)
『The practices that Tami and Beth have created here are gentle, so special for women like us going through this journey. This is not the time to do hard core yoga or stretch like a pretzel, more to use yoga to gently exercise, relax, open up and let go- and this is exactly what this DVD helps you do.

This program was created by these two women that have experienced themselves all the emotions and stress of infertility and who used yoga as a way get grounded and balanced.

The DVD separates Breathing, Visualizations, Asana (postures)practice, Meditation, etc.. in different chapters so you can do just one at a time, in whatever order you feel like. The music and their voices are subtle and gentle and the sceneries and pictures they use are beautiful!

As a Chicago resident, I am lucky enough to be able to go to their holistic center for fertility- Pulling Down the Moon. A beautiful space with great services like acupuncture, massage, nutrition, yoga, among others. Can't wait for their book (Fully Fertile) to come out!
This is my second month going to the center and doing their yoga practices and I feel 1000% better!

(Very addictive workout series!)
『Before I start of praising this series I would like to say that before starting to work with these DVD's I have had bellydancing lessons for half a year, once a week. And I think it's very recommendable to take lessons first so you know how everything works and are actually able to keep up with this. It's really meant for beginners and not people who aren't beginners yet.
This serie was reccomended to me by some of my bellydance class mates and my bellydance teacher, who actually learned from Suhaila herself.
I think Suhaila is a wonderful teacher and the workouts are just perfect, sometimes I even do two a day just because I like them and because they really work. I haven't lost much weight since I started two weeks ago but the shape of my body has changed and I'm starting to change sizes. Also I feel very fit and energized and everyday movements are starting to cost me less energy. My bellydancing teacher also noticed that I was picking up things easier and suggested to make some of the excercises harder for myself because they weren't really hard anymore.
One thing I really like about these DVD's is that she really seems to know what difficulties you might be having during the work outs. For example she knows if something takes up a lot of concentration you might forget to breath. She pinpoints the exact moments I'm having those problems, very well done!
Once again, these DVD's are not meant for people with no bellydance experience at all. But for people like me who have already started out, it's great, her speed is quite scary sometimes but I suggest to just take it at your own pace. I love the fusion with other disciplines!

(Good value, but not truly a beginner series)
『I've been enrolled in a bellydance class in my city, taught by a woman who is certified (level 3) in the Suhaila method. She's fabulous, and true to the technique in the videos. However, I think that if the video were my first exposure to these muscle isolations, I would be lost. Suhaila simply doesn't provide a lot of explanation. The production value is good, in that the camera is steady, does helpful closeups on Suhaila as well as the other women in her class, and the audio is good, but there really isn't a lot of guidance on form provided verbally. Of course, if you can imitate well (and have a mirror in which to look at yourself), then you'll be fine. In any case, I can follow along pretty well since I've had an intro in person in my local class, and I do like the videos. Keep in mind that this is not a cardio workout; it will be great for increasing your muscle control of specific groups, and will enhance your body awareness and possibly flexibility as well. Also, the performances at the end of each video are beautiful, sensual and an inspiring.』

(Excellent drills - but not really beginner)
『Suhaila is an excellent teacher and her technique is known all over the world. Her students are fanatics. I can see why! She does some very original exercises that help target muscles that help in dance. I can see how this DVD series would be frustrating for beginners, but for those with a little expeience, you should totally consider buying this.』

(GOOD WORK OUT)
『I ordered this set and i love it, yes some moves are a little hard but great cardio workout!.』

(Oo... A pretty workout!)
『The problem I have with most workouts that are dances is that the dances tend to not be very good. If they look bad on the professionals doing them, or at least are not interesting, why would *you* want to do them? The obvious answer is that you won't. So, when I saw the moves for these set of DVDs, I had to have them. They are feminine, beautiful, and leave me feeling like I'm elegant and fit when I'm done. The only reason they don't get five stars from me is because the moves are a little tricky (as in, if you haven't done them before, just watching the DVD you won't be able to get them on the first try because it isn't clear what's happening). If you really want it, the moves aren't *hard*; there just isn't any instruction of what you should feel if you're doing it right. She just says, "Domove!" and you're like, "W-what?" And everyone else does them, but you're left going, "Wait, what does that move entail?" Not only that, but by the time you think you've figured it out in a slow pace, she's already moving on to doing it at full speed, so there isn't really a natural learning curve that most DVDs seem to have. If you're an awesome dancer and need something fast-paced or are willing to put in the effort to figure it out and match their skill, this is for you. It's definitely not for the weak-willed person who just wants the DVD to solve all their problems for them.
So, I was disappointed by the lack of instruction and by the boring interviews (boring because they looked completely scripted and unnatural to me), but otherwise absolutely LOVE this DVD set and would recommend it to any of my friends in a heart-beat.』

(Never ans answer --- Never a mat .....)
『I order this mat on Nov 7 ... it supossed to arrive on the 17th ... well i already contact the company two times and no an answer .... I dont even know if they still are planing to send it .... this sucks ... you guys I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUT FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!! i bought in the pass item from Amazon and never had problem ....』

(perfect~ item!)
『I bought orange color I love it.
I was worry about smell because I saw some review...they like but the smell is bad...but it wasn't!!!
And the color make me so happy.

(Great yoga mat!)
『Great mat! I was a bit concerned when I read reviews about the chemical smell. Not a problem . . . I just let it air out over a few days and the smell completely disappeared.』

(Color)
『I ordered one mat (Light Levander color), but received one that is pink. I sent in a digital pic of the mat, and the customer representative said the pink mat is Light Levander. If you care about the color of the mat, beware.』

(excellent mat)
『Excellent map. Thick with great cushioning for yoga and floor work. Rolls up easily and tightly and doesn't come unrolled. Light weight.』
『At 6.2mm, our extra thick yoga mat is a full 1/4" thick, and is one of the thickest mats on the market. The mats come in a variety of colors that are strong and vivacious, but not overpowering in their brightness. This well-made yoga mat will add comfort to your yoga workouts. And because of its high quality, this mat will last longer than most standard foam mats. When shopping around for a yoga mat, note that what many other companies call a 1/4" mat is actually 4.5 - 5.2 mm in thickness -- considerably thinner than this mat. A thicker non-slip mat is good for all types of yoga, especially for restorative poses.

(Good teaching of deep breathing for connection)
『This dvd is 60 min long string Steve&Lokita Carter (couple on dvd cover). The production is simple but good. Lighting is muted for mood but can still see on the main area&it's bright for the intro.
There is a 15 min intro on what breathing can help with opening up your heart&connecting with your significant other for deeper, longer releases. If you are open enough, you will be able to release w/o getting undressed or direct physical stimulation to the obvious areas. They also touch on the chakras, but only a little.
The main part is the guided step-by-step breathing for 35 min. There is no music&the woman narrates throughout. It starts with 10 min of learning to give compliments to each other, voicing what negative issues you wish to get rid of, positive you want to add&discussing what boundaries you have at that time. You set up an area to sit facing each other&start with playful fighting to get rid of nervous energy&stress from the day. The rest is breathing, starting with just increasing your own by focusing on each chakra, then by sharing the breath, when one breathes out, the other breathes in. Added is pelvic tilting, breathing into your pelvic area, then the woman sitting in the man's lap faces touching to breathe all the way in the tantric yub yum position.
There is no nudity involved or foreplay much less more. This is to learn to connect&increase your energy, most people know how to do the physical part or there is a whole video industry on it.
A great add is they put in a 7 min overview of the exercises with word titles so you can skim through that after doing the full step by step for a refresher. Though this is mostly about breathing, being told to relax, be free to laugh, move your hands, seeing it done&sensing it working for them for real so you can sense when it works is great. Just telling people to breathe deeply is not enough in books. I would suggest music while doing this to keep you from getting distracted by daily annoying worries.
The bonus area is a 3 preview of a dvd for partner tantric yoga poses, tantric massage. There is also a 3 min overview of their workshops&7 min on how people felt about a tantric workshop vacation in Costa Rica.

BTW, when you or your lover are very shy/scared&unsure of yourself when in bed or even outside of bed, this is exactly how you should NOT feel with your lover. You should overall be very confident/relaxed&you WILL feel the energy. THAT is tantra. If you have to keep checking, asking, worrying about what your lover thinks... that will kill any connection. You should go with your instincts which is what reads what your lover wants. To learn that, that is what this dvd is for.

The "Playboy - Tantric Lovemaking" is also a good dvd to learn how to bridge the spiritual of this dvd with some of the advanced physical techniques.
Do not get "Loving Sex - Modern Tantra Workshop" since she barely goes over any spiritual or physical tantric knowledge&only emphasizes on toys, candles, erotic artwork, etc. which is the exact opposite of what tantra is.

You can see a preview of this at their site ecstaticliving com though it's only of them breathing with a VERY zoomed in lens that is not on the dvd that might make people uncomfortable since you can sense the true sexual energy that you don't from any R rated movie or some other adult videos.』

『If you would like to transform your intimate relationship with your partner into a more spiritual and satisfying experience, this program offers a clearly expressed and easy-to-master tantric breathing practice that will enhance your desire, calm your inner spirit and create the perfect setting for shared expanded orgasmic pleasure. "The Breath of Tantric Love" has helped thousands of couples to embrace new perspectives in their physical and spiritual lovemaking.

Open your Heart
Create deeper Intimacy
Give and receive more Love
Enhance Passion, Intimacy&Pleasure
Make a Spiritual Connection with your Partner

This program is divided into three parts. In Part 1, Steve&Lokita Carter introduce "The Breath of Tantric Love". In Part 2, they demonstrate the practice in abbreviated form, and explain it step by step. Part 3 is a guided unabridged version to follow along.

Accompanied by an original music score for the perfect ambiance.』
