(I wasted my money.)
『I find this "chair" unusable. I have to brace my self on the desk, to keep from falling on my face. After trying to use it for about ten minuets my back hurt for two days. I hate it and won't use it.』
『For those who seek ultimate comfort and great posture, The Original YogaChair® is the perfect solution. Finally, an affordable high-quality wooden kneeling chair available in a variety of colors! * A great office chair for work. * A super desk chair for your home office. * An awesome video gaming chair for the kids.* And the ultimate computer chair for everyone in the family. At THIS price, you'll want more than one! Why YogaChair feels so different and so good. As you sit in a regular chair your core muscles relax. Your spine and your shoulders collapse into your pelvis and put a strain on back muscles, especially your lower back muscles. Notice your posture and how you feel when sitting in a regular chair after only a very short period of time. Its probably not good; you certainly don't feel the expansiveness in your lower and mid-back area that you feel while sitting on the YogaChair. When sitting on YogaChair your spine naturally lifts out of your pelvis area. You can actually feel your spine comfortably extending from your pelvis without any effort. As your spine extends from your pelvis while sitting you can feel your lower, middle and upper back muscles relax. Your entire body, including your vital organs, are less constricted. The improved sitting position is healthier for your body and allows you to sit comfortably for long periods of time. Your body will find a natural sitting position, just from sitting on YogaChair. You can test this comparison on a regular chair. Sit on the end of your chair, feet flat on the floor with your back not touching the back of your chair. Feel how your spine extends out from your rear end. Unfortunately, it is difficult to undo years of repetition and we do not sit properly in a regular chair for more than a few momentsIn a YogaChair you do not have to think about sitting properly. The design of YogaChair accomplishes that and sitting is easy.』

(It's Amazing! This is the best begginers class i ever took!)
『I love this class. It is a complete class, it includes energizing exercises, breathing exercises, warming up and strengthening ex., followed by a beautiful sequence of Yoga Postures and ends with a wonderful deep relaxation. I recommend it for every begginer! Yogi Hari also has intermediate classes and advanced, they are also great!

(Yogi Hari is a Master Yogi)
『I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years now. I took classes all over in gyms, videos even a college class; but Nothing and nobobys style compares to Yogi Hari's Sampoorna Yoga. When I found Yogi Hari about 5 years ago, something cliqued. I dont need to take any other class.

'Sampoorna' means fullness (Sanskrit). In his series you are working the entire body. All the muscle groups are being trained, heart, massaging lymph system, stimulating digestive sys., etc. But what is even more impressive is how it trains your mind. Building concentration, focusing the mind inward, and especially learning how to properly relax.

His voice on the DVD is so captivating. And the music , from one of his CD's (Shantih), is so relaxing, yet you dont feel tired, rather Alive relaxed.
I love commenting on his products bc its one area that has changed my and my family's life so much for the better. Yogi Hari's approach has taught me how to enjoy yoga, not only as a great physical exercise, but as a way of life. (Check out his book 'Sampoorna Yoga'. The cover picture of the book makes him seem so serious, but I've seen him and he is joyfully funny and down to earth.) Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. :)』

(Terrific, little-known yoga DVD)
『I have lots of yoga DVDs and had never heard of this one--I saw a reference to it on a review for another yoga DVD here on Amazon and checked it out. I was intrigued by the reviews and ordered it, and it has become one of the most-used DVDs in my collection.

A caveat--if someone has never done yoga before, I would not recommend this DVD. There really is not enough instruction for a total beginner (actually, that is true of most yoga DVDs, period). If someone wants production values a la Shiva Rea, I would not recommend this DVD. If someone wants chaptering to be able to slice and dice the practice, I wouldn't recommend this DVD. However, if someone is looking for a deliberatively-paced yoga practice, taught by a long-time yogi who really knows his stuff, with no show-biz razzmatazz and annoying New Age-isms, I highly recommend it.

It is quite a complete practice, with exercises I have not seen elsewhere (eye exercises); the music is very soothing; it is in an outdoor setting (if you've seen David Swenson's 'Short Forms' ashtanga video, it is like that--shot in a botanical garden) which I like a lot, and Yogi Hari doesn't skimp on the savasana at the end. One of my biggest complaints about most yoga DVDs is that the final relaxation is only a couple of minutes long.

The DVD is taught in voice-over, with Yogi Hari demo'ing the postures. He is incredibly strong and flexible; most inspiring!

I've been doing yoga a long time and I am long past the need to push myself to the utmost with grueling power yoga practices on a daily basis. Yogi Hari's DVD is one that I truly enjoy doing, with zero dread factor, and I feel terrific afterwards. It gets no better, for me.

(I rarely ever actually use the exercise dvd's I purchase -- this is the exception!)
『I have always had great difficulty exercising on my own. Typically, I would buy a video or dvd and never use it; for some reason this dvd is the exception. I watched it once to get a feel of it, then I woke up early one morning and tried it out. It was so fulfilling that I have have started reading books about yoga and practising with the DVD more often (at least four times a week). I am getting better and I love Yogi Hari. My only complaint is that the DVD is a bit long, so I really have to make the effort to do it early in the morning before my kids get up. This DVD has inspired me to try out the rest of my exercise DVD collection that has gone unopened and unused. Try Yogi Hari and be inspired!』

(Yoga -- in its Most Honest Form)
『What a great, honest yoga session. I could end up doing just THIS DVD most mornings. I have been using Yogi Hari's first four "Yoga at Home" series videos since 2000... and still consider them to be the best there is.
Yogi Hari's videos ARE probably what you're looking for in a Hatha Yoga session, you just don't realize yet. I didn't at first either.

This Level 1 DVD seems to me, to be Yogi Hari's "Come full Circle" session, after doing his other four videos for seven years. This is labeled Level 1, but one could easily consider this to be as well-rounded and fulfilling a session as his more Advanced videos. It's also his most up-to-date video... and it's now the FIRST one in his older series.

Ths invocation, pranayama, asanas and closing sequence are as well balanced as any of Yogi Hari's other videos.
The choice of asanas are very are accessible to almost anyone, but challenging as well.

As YOGA INTERNATIONAL magazine stated years ago, "If you're looking for the essence of yoga, look no further".

I've tried all the contemporary DVD's, classes, and styles. I came to yoga from a fitness lifestyle... and it was Yogi Hari's videos, books and conversations with him that helped me to have a better understanding of what yoga is in general.
Get this with an open mind. It truly has more to offer.』

『The fruit of the experience of a living yoga master. You will have the rare privilege of being taught by Yogi Hari and feeling his beautiful presence. His peace, focus and clarity will impact your practice and take you to a deeper subtler level. The more you practice with this DVD, the more your awareness will develop and the deeper you will go.』

(Genuine and Unique)
『I saw this product featured as "New and Notable"- the combination of sounds in this recording, Thunderstorm, Chimes, and Ocean Waves captured my attention.

Recently I've been reading about the experience of "Nada" during Meditation.
Nada is defined as Spontaneous inner sounds that may be heard during advanced stages of meditation; nada may take the form of sounds such as bells, blowing of the conch, sound of the ocean and thunder.

Immediately I got so excited with this idea. Perhaps this is the reason why when we are in the presence and magnificence of Nature we immediately feel content, happy, peaceful and at ease. This feeling always arises from a deep space or experience within.

There is something magical about standing in the middle of a thunderstorm, something very special about meditating or sitting quietly by the Ocean.
It is as if the sounds of Nature evoke the inner experience of deep meditation, of Nada Meditation, very naturally and effortlessly.

I found this excerpt and might be helpful:
"Metaphysically, the mystic sounds of the Eternal, of which the highest is the transcendent or Soundless Sound, Paranada, the first vibration from which creation emanates. Paranada is so pure and subtle that it cannot be identified to the denser regions of the mind. From Paranada comes Pranava, Aum, and further evolutes of nada. These are experienced by the meditator as the nadanadi shakti, "the energy current of sound," heard pulsing through the nerve system as a constant high-pitched hum, much like a Tamboura, a swarm of bees or a shruti box.
Listening to the inner sounds is a contemplative practice, called nada upasana, "worship through sound," nada anusandhana, "cultivation of inner sound," or nada yoga."
I think this label might me on to something. As I browse I see there are a few recordings out on the basis of "Nada" or sounds for deep meditation and deep relaxation. Such asTambouraChanting Omamongst others.

This recording is beautifully done. I find that the sounds help my mind become more still and content within itself. Therefore I can sit quietly for a longer period of time.

I am grateful to see this label doing their homework. They are coming out with innovative products that are not only genuinely helpful but reflect the wisdom and power within this ancient practices and cultures.

(High quality recording, creates beautiful atmosphere at home)
『The quality of the recording is A+ I love to play this at home, it creates a warm atmosphere at home without having to spend all the money a high quality chime would cost.

Also I like to use it for meditation of course, since the two tracks are nice and long. My favorite track to meditate with is the one with the ocean waves and the chimes and the thunderstorm. Really primal and beautiful.』

(Very soothing and healing)
『These are seriously good chimes, the notes are tuned perfectly with each other creating a wonderful tapestry of sound.
I love to lay down and simply let the vibrations wash over me. I feel the sounds are very healing.
Also it is good for meditation practice.』

『This powerful recording from Music for Deep Meditation features the healing sound of deep resonant chimes paired with the gentle roar of ocean waves and thunder. Ideal for sleep, meditation, and relaxation, this recording is an exploration of primal simplicity.

This is a very special recording, ideal for meditation.
Let the sound of deep resonant chimes accompanied with the
awe inspiring vibrations of rain, thunder and ocean waves, fill your body and mind with stillness and well being.

In combination with the sounds of breaking surf, you will find the chimes to be instantly relaxing. Each Music for Deep Meditation CD is made with the utmost purity and integrity of sound, creating vehicles that are truly inducive for meditation and deep relaxation. (You have the chants, now meet Krishna Das)
『Before waiting this presentation it would be wise to listen to "Inward Journey: East and West (Campbell, Joseph, Joseph Campbell Audio Collection.) [AUDIOBOOK] (Audio CD)". This is more of a super set of the Krishna Das presentation and makes it easer to follow by putting it in perspective.

"Krishna Das: One Life at a Time" is a composite disk. The main part is more of an auto biography or self journey with the 2004 Las Angeles filmed presentation of Indian devotional song spliced in throughout the presentation. One can feel many parallels and identify with his journey. This also helps fill in with friends, relatives, and acquaintances that are not available with his commercial recordings. There is even footage of Ram Das.

A separate section to the DVD is just Das presentations, in one he describes what you are about to hear others you will recognize right off:
Baba Hanuman
Mere Guru Dev
Kainchi Hare Krishna
Jai Bhagavana

A different section is "The Yoga of Chant":

(Nice practice for experienced beginners)
『This is one of the longer Yoga Zone practices led by founder Alan Finger. It's labeled as being for beginners, and although Alan does offer a good deal of form pointers, I think the practice would be most appropriate for experienced beginner to intermediate practitioners. The setting is an indoor studio, and Alan leads Yoga Zone instructors Lisa and Michelle; Michelle shows more modified versions of the postures, sometimes using props.

The practice begins on the floor, where Alan leads you through ujayyi breath while in a seated postured and then moves into a potted palm series. Kneeling poses follow, including cat, active cat, and lunge, and you finish with down dog and standing forward bend before moving to a standing position. Once standing, Alan moves through two series of sun breath and then two series of sun worship (aka sun salutations). Next comes a sequence of standing postures: triangle, standing quad stretch, side angle pose, and warrior 2, performed all on one side before switching to the other side. The standing work finishes with wide-angle standing forward bend and squat.

Returning to the floor, Alan first has you practice sitting in staff pose, then balance in scale (boat) posture. Next comes cow-face pose to open up both the hips and the shoulders, and finally, full seated forward bend. At this point, Alan has you roll down to the floor for savasana, and my one complaint is that he doesn't do any twists to release the spine before having you lie full on your back. He does lead you through a nice savasana where he has you tense and release various parts of the body, and he concludes the practice in a seated position for a total time of about 51 minutes.

Overall, this was a nice practice. I didn't enjoy it quite as much as my favorite Yoga Zone, Flexibility and Stress Release, which I find both more challenging than this one and more relaxing, but still, this is another solid Yoga Zone offering, especially for those newer to yoga.』

(Good beginner tape)
『I like this tape. I would like it more if it included more backbend poses. I don't like speeding through poses because I also do aerobic dance and step for heart health. I do yoga for flexibility and strength. I do one hour of yoga a day and I alternate hour-long Alan Finger tapes with Yoga Journal (Rodney Yee, Suzanne Deason, and Patricia Walden) tapes.』

(Good for Beginner's who like lengthy instruction)
『This is a great dvd for those new to yoga as Alan Finger directs 2 women while they do the poses while he speaks.
Other reviewers wrote the poses, so I'll just add, if you like lengthy instruction above&beyond the basics&no silence, this is for you. If you like less talking, try Gaiam's or other beginner yoga dvds.
Yoga Zone relies heavily on using mats, straps (you can use a belt instead), blocks&blankets. Don't feel you have to go bankrupt&buy these in order to do the poses correctly. Just do the best you can&through practice you'll get better.. it's doing it that feels wonderful, being aware of your body&getting the circulation going, not concentrating on being perfect, just don't do anything that is painful.

You can see a preview at eztakes com』

(Yoga Zone Review)
『We are in our mid-50's just trying yoga for the first time. We loved this video. We could actually do it and felt great afterwards.』

(Great for beginners, but not first-timers)
『I just recently bought this video and can't believe the difference it's made! I'm more flexible than I've ever been, and my legs are firm and strong again.
While this is a good beginner's video in terms of learning the postures effectively, I don't recommend buying this as a 'first-time' video, as some of the postures may be a bit tricky or confusing. However, if you're in the process of learning, this tape is for you.
This routine doesn't do much for abs or upper body toning, but your legs will get worked. And, it definitely delivers on the flexiblity. A great program!』

『Alan Finger gently guides you through 60 minutes of basic yoga postures with beginner and advanced modifications (two instructors skillfully demonstrate both levels). You'll need a mat, one or two towels, and strap or belt to assist in certain poses. The best part of this video is Finger's specific and explicit instruction on breathing techniques to build energy and heat in the body's system. He cues each breath, and you can watch the instructor's rib cage expand and rise on the inhale, release and lower on the exhale. With breathing as a focus, a dozen yoga postures are introduced and practiced, including potted-palm series, cat, down dog, mountain, sunburst and worship, proud warrior, scale, and cow's head. Many of these poses are also practiced in Finger'sIntroduction to Yogavideo, althoughYoga Zone: Flexibility and Toneoffers more advanced variations and poses. If you are interested in the mental and physical benefits of yoga--increased flexibility, conditioning and toning of muscles, stress reduction, and relaxation of the mind--this video is a keeper.--Christine Aiken

(Flow series, serious yoga!)
『This is the absolute best Yoga instructional series. It is easy to folow but challenging at the same time.I found the Earth tape to be alittle too slow, but I recommend it for those who are extreme couch potatoes, or overweight, however it is a great beginner instruction manual.I would recommend skipping straight to Water if you are already in decent shape or have some experience with yoga or pilates.Fire will kick your butt, which makes it very challenging after you have mastered the Water tape, but it is still do-able.All in all I like these videos because of the complete instructions, and the variations shown by using the 2 yoga instructors, also they show the whole body, and proper positioning throughout the series unlike some videos that continually zoom in on the teachers face for effect. The first week with these tapes I noticed a a great difference in my flexability, and muscle tone, after a month I could do things with my body I havent done since middle school.I recommend this series for anyone who wants to learn some real Yoga and be challenged.』

(a really nice practice set)
『i really enjoy the three workouts. water is the one i practice with most, since i like the pace. the instruction is very good, and gives you enough time to work through the poses without feeling rushed. this set is great for anyone who wants to develop a yoga practice, from new beginner to advanced ability.

(The Best Yoga Flow Video Workout)
『I bought this video because I couldn't find a hatha or vinyasa flow class in my community and wanted a solid, flexible practice to do at home. I love it for two reasons:

1) The increasing challenges of the Earth, Water and Fire sequences let me vary my practice. So far I have tried Water and Fire, and even though a few of the Fire poses are beyond me, I could modify them and still get a great workout.

2) I found many other yoga videos to be too introductory or not a real flow session. Total Yoga - The Flow Series really provides an everyday workout -- for days when you feel weak or strong. I have also been turned off by videos narrated in overly dreamy, otherworldly voices. Total Yoga includes no-nonsense narration that focuses on posture, focus and safety.

Highly recommended!』

(Excellent Find)
『I am a beginner Yoga enthusiast and I found this series perfect for me. I did the beginner earth series for a couple of weeks and then I moved to the water series. I find the videos very soothing and easy to follow, but at the same time I sweat like crazy. Great workout and relaxation in one. Looking forward to the fire tape.』

(Monotone, mediocre instruction)
『The level of detail in the instuction varies widely; some asanas are almost painfully dissected, others seemingly glossed over. Also, instruction is delivered in a very serious-sounding monotone. I would recommend the Yoga Zone tapes over these.』
『The three-volume set,Total Yoga: The Flow Series, contains three separate workouts, each targeting a different level of expertise.Total Yoga: Earthis the most basic workout drawing upon the foundations of Hatha Yoga. This 45-minute program introduces the fundamentals through detailed instruction on ujjayi breathing and sun salutation. Teachers Tracey Rich and Ganga White keep the asanas simple and demonstrate alternative postures for participants with compromised backs and necks. The cueing is both informative and clear, with valuable safety information about body alignment and form. This is a strong and thoughtful regimen that will be welcome for the first-time student and intermediate practitioner alike.

Total Yoga: Waterpresents a 45-minute intermediate workout with basic combinations of standing postures and floor poses. Based in the foundations of Hatha vinyasa,Waterdraws on core energy and ujjayi breathing to increase focus and flexibility. Rich and White illustrate modifications for most postures and limit the amount of advanced asanas. Participants will get a solid workout through a series of sun salutations and familiar poses such as triangle and warrior. Spinal rotation and inverted postures are kept to a minimum, but some great flexibility-building movements are incorporated that will increase the students' capacity to work into these poses later in their discipline.

The most rigorous workout isTotal Yoga: Fire, which combines both classical and contemporary postures in one continuous flow. These poses are advanced to begin with, but the difficulty is increased with the length that each asana (pose) is held and the repetition of each vinyasa (series of poses). Rich and White silently lead this 60-minute session with verbal instruction from a narrator, who gives direction in both traditional yoga terminology and simple directional cues. The fundamentals of balance, ujjayi breath, and safety are addressed at the beginning, but the intensity level increases quite vigorously. Rich and White exhibit impeccable form and alignment through standing postures and three series of sun salutations. All of the programs in this excellent series end with meditations.--Olivia Voigts
『Internationally renowned yoga masters Ganga White and Tracey Rich bring over 60 years of teaching experience toTotal Yoga: The Flow Series. This comprehensive and dynamic follow-up to the popularTotal Yogaprogram is divided into three separate videocassettes, each representing a complete daily workout routine that brings the many benefits of yoga to all levels of students. The first in this series, Earth, builds foundations for balanced daily yoga routine for both the beginner and more experienced students, including sun salutations, standing and other classical postures, emphasizing flexibility, attention, flow and breath in a comprehensive, restorative manner. The second in the series, Water, advances the positions and postures for continuing students with the fluidity and grace of Hatha Vinyasa, flowing transitions, with a broader complement of standing, seated and inverted yoga postures. The third and final volume in the series, Fire, forges elements from the first two videos into a higher level of aerobic intensity for intermediate to advanced students.』

(Love this tape - Brenda Strong is a wonderful teacher)
『I love traditional astanga yoga classes (fast pace, lots of flowing movement), so when I first ordered the tape, I was worried it would be too slow or too navel gazing. I love it. Brenda Strong is clear and positive without being treacly or too touchy-feely. She emphasizes breath and self-awareness, which some more fitness-guru types dabbling in yoga sometimes skip. Her instructions and demonstrations are easy to follow, and her manner is reassuring and firm. My friends who are yoga instructors reinforce that she's focusing on the right exercises to strengthen the reproductive organs.

I can't recommend this enough』

(Great yoga video but with two notes of caution)
『This is a great yoga video, with thorough and clear instructions for the poses along with reminders throughout the session to focus on your breath. I've been going to yoga classes for only a few months, and I would say that even a complete beginner can handle these exercises just by watching the video once before trying to follow along.

Unfortunately, the meditation/relaxation section was ruined for me by the fact that you're told to pause the video and relax for 5 or 10 minutes. There's no guidance for staying focused during that time or knowing when the time is up, and having to think about it necessarily detracts from your ability to relax.

Also, if you're actually dealing with infertility and tend to get emotional about it, you might be better off with a regular yoga video. The first time I did the routine happened to be a bad day for me for infertility-related reasons, and the video was a reminder of my problem that made me feel worse, not better. I have since tried it again and enjoyed it, but only when I've been in a strong and positive frame of mind. Many, if not most, of the poses in the video are pretty common and can be found in other videos, along with the relaxation element. If, on the other hand, you're looking specifically for the aspects of massage, channeling energy, and the mind-body connection focusing on the reproductive areas, this video is for you, but only if you're in the frame of mind to embrace them positively.』

(Best Ever)
『This is the best yoga tape I have ever done. I feel more at peace now than I ever have during this search for fertility.』

(Great!)
『A friend of mine knew that my husband and I are trying to conceive, so she bought this video for me as a gift.

I cannot express how much I LOVE this video. It is wonderful. I've been doing yoga little over a year and I rank in the intermediate range. I found the video to be clear, peaceful, and interesting. Brenda Strong is a beautiful woman, she has a very kind voice that guides you though the workout and the setting is out in a garden with birds chirping in the background. The moves that are done are very loving to the body and help increase energy around the reproductive areas.

This video is slow paced, effective, loving, and very feminine. I would highly recommend it to any woman.』

『I just bought this DVD and loved it. If you are still maintaining a hard-core workout mentality, this is not the DVD for you. However, if you are accepting of your changing body and priorities, then this is perfect! The DVD shows you how to properly breath, relieves stress and aches/pains associated with an expanding body. Its focus on overall wellness during pregnancy, including listening to your body on a day-by-day basis. I use this DVD and also walk a couple of times a week and this combo has helped me stay healthy, properly gain weight and stay tuned to the miracle that is pregnancy.』

(yoga mama)
『This is a very good video. The instructor gives good direction, including modifications and, very important, advises participants not to push yourself or do anything uncomfortable for you. It is a complete program, but a "do-able" length (45 min).』

(Love this DVD!)
『At first I thought this DVD would be cheesy but I really like it. The exercises are fairly easy to do and it really helps once you get into your 6-7th month.』

(Love, Love, Love it!)
『I tried 3 different yoga DVDs during my pregnancy, and I love this one. The instructor is really positive and calming. She smiles a lot and talks to you like an equal, which I really appreciate. I was a beginner to yoga and had no problem learning the poses. I'm so glad I found this. I've even used it a few times since having my baby.』

(Great for my back and hips)
『This video is great if you're having back, neck, or hip pain. The instructor is easy to follow and they make sure to have modifications available if needed. The pace is slow and relaxing focusing mainly on stretches. If you're looking for something more fast paced, this isn't the one for you, but if you want to work out sore muscles and sleep better, try it.』
『Women in various stages of pregnancy demonstrate a variety of basic yoga poses modified for safety.

『Crunch, a New York-based gym, keeps bringing innovative and hip exercise videos to VCRs across the country. You don't have to be in a metropolitan area to experience cutting-edge fitness trends and formats becauseCrunch: Yoga Mamadelivers an effective (and chic) pre-natal workout that can be done in the comfort of your living room. Instructor (and pregnant woman) Sue Elkind leads this 40-minute workout with concise descriptions and a healthy knowledge of yoga as it relates to pregnancy. The content here provides a workout that is both safe and efficient, with great attention to participants' individual fitness levels. This session is presented with a backdrop class (consisting of women in various stages of their pregnancies) that demonstrates modified and more challenging options to each pose. Pregnant participants may find it more appropriate (and less annoying) to take direction from another pregnant woman rather than an ultra flexible, ultra thin (non-pregnant) instructor. Basic postures within yoga are taught with intensive focus on breathing, flexibility, and the constant connection between mind/body (and mother/child). Some poses are altered to accommodate the roundness of the midsection with constant awareness of spine alignment. Elkind gives special attention to balance as she slowly increases the intensity of postures. After a series of basic poses are performed, Kegels are practiced (which strengthen the pelvic floor), and meditation closes out the workout. This basic format is friendly for beginners, pre- and post-natal women, or anyone who requires modifications. This safety-conscious video offers a simple, straightforward workout with real potential for increased strength and flexibility. Props needed: a blanket or pillow, a mat, and (especially if you are expecting) a chair.--Olivia Voigts

(The best prenatal yoga!)
『This is a wonderful DVD for pre-natal stretching, and back&leg relief. It's perfect for beginners. It flows at a relaxing pace and the poses are very comfortable and easy to do. This routine will leave you in a very peaceful state.』

(Just a good stretch)
『This did not feel like a workout to me at all. It felt like a really good stretch. So it would be good for light days or for someone who has no exercise experience, but don't buy it expecting a strenuous workout. The instructor is very soothing and has great cues.』

(ok)
『To be fair, I'm not a huge yoga fan to begin with. If you feel the same as me, this workout is not going to change your mind. However, I did feel pretty good at the end.』

(Love it!)
